The maids are lazy. Came back yesterday evening to the room, it was a mess! Daughters bed, bed sheets were thrown on the floor, our bed, sheets were bundled in a ball, garbage cans were not dumped. Talked to front desk, the lady said they only clean on the 3rd day! She pretended to call someone to fix the room but no one came, Their breakfast was a joke! I would not feed that to my dog! You also can hear the neighboring room banging and slamming most of the night. Will not be recommending this location until staff gets their act together and do what they are paid to do

Older property, its needs a bit of an updating. Clean and quiet room. Lack of an elevator can be a bother if you have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. The front desk staff were very professional, friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed. We would stay here again.

The hotel was dirty, our room had water damage on the ceiling, the smell of bleach was beyond to the point we both suffered from a headache, our toilet kept running for our whole stay we called front desk and nothing was done. The staff was not helpful at all. The carpet in our room was black from the dirt. When I complained to the front desk I was given a email address and told to email the manager there is nothing they can do.

Staff were very friendly and help. It is obvious that they are in the process of updating the property, it will be lovely when finished.
