So incredibly cute! food was a sweet little rotating menu, and spa services are part of a little extended pavilion. It’s a family run piece of land, and throughout our one day stay we met three! there’s real care and passion put into this place and we will be making it part of our routine. especially enjoyed the local wildlife on the nature trail around the property ♥️

Excellent location, beautiful views! Very quiet area with walking paths & a porch with comfy rockers & chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Home cooked breakfasts were excellent. It's not everyday we get to eat on china, cloth table clothes & napkins. All of the staff were very helpful & nice. Coffee, tea & snacks available late was a nice touch also.

The Trillium Cabin was a quiet retreat from the tourist driven excess of much which is nearby. The welcome including tasty dessert offerings with a wide choice of beverages was a unexpected treat. The Jacuzzi for two soothed our tired hiking trail joints. The breakfast delivered to our cabin was an excellent start to our day. Unfortunately, we only had time to stay one night.

Outstanding location and mountain top view. Main house and grounds beautifully restored. We stayed in one of the cottages. Beautiful and secluded. Inside equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, jacuzzi, bathroom and more. Outside had nice back porch with chairs and a porch swing. Breakfast was included each day either delivered to our cottage or in the main dining room. Cute cats around the property. Convenient drive time of ten minutes to most all attractions. Will definitely return and recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights. The place was well maintained, very clean, beautifully and conveniently located amidst mountains. What really made this place special were the pleasant polite staffs & great service. Breakfast included. Dinner made to order from set menu, 24 hr notice needed for dinner. Great food. Would recommend at least 1 dinner. 24 hr coffee, beverages, tea, snacks, and free desserts at night.

A very homey & quiet place to stay. Although you are very close to town it is out enough that it is very peaceful with trees all around. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch swing & listen to the birds. The food is excellent. Had a wonderful time.

Bottom line - this place is not as advertised. We anticipated a marvelous stay, based upon the reviews. instead we arrived to find the entire staff gone, with the exception of one young woman who told us (repeatedly) that she was left on duty from 0700 - 10pm for a solid week, while the owners went on vacation - leaving her alone to do literally all the work- including cooking and serving the breakfasts, cleanup and reception. It was nuts - we felt awful for her. the property itself has a very limited view, and the 'trail' is nothing but a grass field with a mowed path that passed nothing. they advertised a spa on site, but it was closed for the first 3 days we stayed, and when they finally answered their phone on day 4, it was to tell us that their spa staff (who would be normally doing facials) was temporarily filling in at the hotel, so there was no availability. Added to that, each morning, when breakfast was served, it could not be eaten until we all prayed to Jesus. Had that aspect been advertised, we would have at least known to stay elsewhere - but it's not written anywhere. We ended up leaving a day early and just the expense because we were so uncomfortable.

Room was super clean. Overall decor is old fashioned - country style but that is intentional. Staff was very attentive. Just my personal opinion is that It felt like I was in another person’ house and not a “paying guest”, so for me that felt kind of weird, so I preferred to be inside the room while I was there, but it was just me, and nothing to do with the hotel.

Everything about Blue Mountain Mist exceeded expectations. The cottage was spotless, cozy, quiet, and private. The staff was friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast was better than anything I've had at a restaurant in town. I can't wait to. Go back.

Absolutely loved staying at this B&B. It was the first time we’ve ever stayed at one and we will most definitely be back. Loved visiting with the outside kitties too. The rooms and house were very clean and I felt completely comfortable. There were a few cosmetic things that needed help (water stains in ceilings) but this didn’t make a difference on our opinion of this property. Thank you for an amazing two day stay! The breakfast was top notch.

This place is a home type atmosphere. The staff truly aim to make sure you enjoy your stay. I’ve recommended this place to every coworker, family member and friend since our trip. The rooms are very quiet. We stayed on a very busy weekend and once we left the common areas and was in the privacy of our own room, never was able to hear another houseguest. The Breakfast is a must.

The rooms are very quiet. We stayed on a very busy weekend and once we left the common areas and was in the privacy of our own room, never was able to hear another houseguest. The Breakfast is a must.

Outstanding location and mountain top view. Main house and grounds beautifully restored. We stayed in one of the cottages. Beautiful and secluded. Inside equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, jacuzzi, bathroom and more. Outside had nice back porch with chairs and a porch swing. Breakfast was included each day either delivered to our cottage or in the main dining room. Cute cats around the property. Convenient drive time of ten minutes to most all attractions. Will definitely return and recommend.

Had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Stayed in the Honeysuckle cottage, only complaint was the ceiling fan was quite loud from it shaking back and forth. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area.

Being far enough away, yet close enough to Pigeon Forge, TN made this location quiet, and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was outstanding. The rooms was fairly plain, but comfortable, and we had a good night's rest. I highly recommend this inn.

Everything about Blue Mountain Mist exceeded expectations. The cottage was spotless, cozy, quiet, and private. The staff was friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast was better than anything I've had at a restaurant in town. I can't wait to. Go back.

Absolutely loved staying at this B&B. It was the first time we’ve ever stayed at one and we will most definitely be back. Loved visiting with the outside kitties too. The rooms and house were very clean and I felt completely comfortable. There were a few cosmetic things that needed help (water stains in ceilings) but this didn’t make a difference on our opinion of this property. Thank you for an amazing two day stay! The breakfast was top notch.

The ambiance was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, with beautifully decorated common areas that invited relaxation and conversation. What a most memorable time away. I looked for a comfortable place with charm and warmth where my daughter and I could spent a few days writing while doing a couple hikes in the Smokey's and Blue Mountain Mist Lodge was all that and more. The hosts' goal may be to make their Inn feel like home but to me it was more like going to visit a favorite aunt who thoroughly spoils you. A place where you feel free to roam all the nooks and crannies and snuggle in to one of many cozy spots to read a favorite book. Special touches include thick towels, temptation station (desserts), comfortable bed with soft crisp sheets, drinks throughout the day including diff ones such as cold brew coffee, sweet iced tea and more on our visit- such fun to have so many choices! There are too many special touches, corners, treats to mention here and I don't want to spoil the fun of discovery to anyone actually choosing to stay. I also don't want to build this up so much that the place couldn't possibly live up to expectations at all times so just come knowing it is a wonderful place to stay and then enjoy all the attention to detail and care the lovely hosts offer! PS: As vegetarians we were surprised that host went to trouble of creating a full Vegetarian breakfast. Breakfast was a sausage stromboli with scrambled eggs and bacon on side. We had the same full meal in vegetarian form. So thoughtful!

I am SO glad that Blue Mountain Mist lists with hotels.com! It was EXACTLY what I was looking for! It is a family-run B&B where you FEEL like part of the family! We will DEFINITELY be returning!

We can’t say enough good things about Blue Mountain Mist. The staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the room, grounds and spa were charming. We had a great time.

We stayed for 2 nights. The place was well maintained, very clean, beautifully and conveniently located amidst mountains. What really made this place special were the pleasant polite staffs & great service. Breakfast included. Dinner made to order from set menu, 24 hr notice needed for dinner. Great food. Would recommend at least 1 dinner. 24 hr coffee, beverages, tea, snacks, and free desserts at night.

This is the BEST!!! They have 2 breakfast times, plus a time they deliver. I did both I am a diabetic and so many times, wherever I go, when it is mentioned, that's where it stops. We got to our cabin around 4. At 6;30 which was the time for snacks, they had fixed me a sugar free cobbler. It was DELICIOUS!!! The atmosphere was one of caring and friendship. They pampered me the whole time. At breakfast there were 2 items with sugar. They fixed the same as the others, but without sugar. The accommodations were FANTASTIC, the rooms were CLEAN. They not only pampered me, they did the same for everyone there. Rating - 10+++ LOOK FORWARD TO GOING BACK

Bottom line - this place is not as advertised. We anticipated a marvelous stay, based upon the reviews. instead we arrived to find the entire staff gone, with the exception of one young woman who told us (repeatedly) that she was left on duty from 0700 - 10pm for a solid week, while the owners went on vacation - leaving her alone to do literally all the work- including cooking and serving the breakfasts, cleanup and reception. It was nuts - we felt awful for her. the property itself has a very limited view, and the 'trail' is nothing but a grass field with a mowed path that passed nothing. they advertised a spa on site, but it was closed for the first 3 days we stayed, and when they finally answered their phone on day 4, it was to tell us that their spa staff (who would be normally doing facials) was temporarily filling in at the hotel, so there was no availability. Added to that, each morning, when breakfast was served, it could not be eaten until we all prayed to Jesus. Had that aspect been advertised, we would have at least known to stay elsewhere - but it's not written anywhere. We ended up leaving a day early and just the expense because we were so uncomfortable.

Excellent location, beautiful views! Very quiet area with walking paths & a porch with comfy rockers & chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Home cooked breakfasts were excellent. It's not everyday we get to eat on china, cloth table clothes & napkins. All of the staff were very helpful & nice. Coffee, tea & snacks available late was a nice touch also.

A very homey & quiet place to stay. Although you are very close to town it is out enough that it is very peaceful with trees all around. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch swing & listen to the birds. The food is excellent. Had a wonderful time.

Breakfast was great! It was way beyond the grab ‘n go, “continental” breakfast offered at many bnbs! Complimentary home made desserts are complimentary in the evening. Online check-in/ out made things easy too. The staff as well as the other guests are always friendly. (Our second stay) The grounds are beautiful!

The Trillium Cabin was a quiet retreat from the tourist driven excess of much which is nearby. The welcome including tasty dessert offerings with a wide choice of beverages was a unexpected treat. The Jacuzzi for two soothed our tired hiking trail joints. The breakfast delivered to our cabin was an excellent start to our day. Unfortunately, we only had time to stay one night.

It was nuts - we felt awful for her. the property itself has a very limited view, and the 'trail' is nothing but a grass field with a mowed path that passed nothing. they advertised a spa on site, but it was closed for the first 3 days we stayed, and when they finally answered their phone on day 4, it was to tell us that their spa staff (who would be normally doing facials) was temporarily filling in at the hotel, so there was no availability. Added to that, each morning, when breakfast was served, it could not be eaten until we all prayed to Jesus. Had that aspect been advertised, we would have at least known to stay elsewhere - but it's not written anywhere. We ended up leaving a day early and just the expense because we were so uncomfortable.
Bottom line - this place is not as advertised. We anticipated a marvelous stay, based upon the reviews. instead we arrived to find the entire staff gone, with the exception of one young woman who told us (repeatedly) that she was left on duty from 0700 - 10pm for a solid week, while the owners went on vacation - leaving her alone to do literally all the work- including cooking and serving the breakfasts, cleanup and reception. it's a beautiful B&B and we enjoyed our stay. our original bed wasn't good and was too hard. the staff did switch us to another room after 2 nights and that bed was very nice. they also gave us a partial discount on our rate because of the bed issue which was very appreciated. the food was great. we really appreciated the Christian and pro-America decorations and the prayer before each breakfast.

The breakfast was unbelievably delicious! Best we ever had at a B&B… ever. Amazing homemade southern style egg and sausage biscuit quiche. Pecan buttered pancakes, eggs, home cooked hash browns … other selections listed too. Daily fresh fruit parfait signature dish each morning. Even southern style desserts with endless cold / hot teas and coffee option. Lots of places to set relax and listen to various birds and watch bees in the wild flowers. We enjoy staying at boutique hotels and this was better than expected. Great couples great a way.

I found this inn on Expedia on the day we stayed and we couldn't have been happier. It's located out in the country with great views, run by the same friendly family for over 20 years. It has character and is nicely appointed. The highlights were numerous: away from the bustle of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville; a "temptation station" with snacks and beverages available 24 hours a day; full service cooked breakfast (scrambled eggs and chicken waffles the day we were there). I would love to return someday when I am in the area. Because of the location there is no dinner available on site if you have not booked it in advance, but we picked up some take-out in town and ate it outdoors while watching the setting sun and fireflies.
