Although situated ten miles from Berlin city centre it was ideal for me as I like quiet long roads for my running when I am away. Far better than avoiding or almost being run over when staying deep in the city centres. There was free parking too, a petrol station and a McDougal's - although I never did get to buy a Toffee Latte! Right near the Autobahns so up and away early each morning. Also first stay in a hotel that does not need a key! You have a code so no worries about where the key is or who's got it - or even forgetting it in the room. I had read some poor reviews, but I did not have any issues - after all it was only for sleeping and resting in the evening like most hotels. You don't go to places just to stop in room all day. It's about getting out and about, dining, sightseeing, driving through quaint little villages that most people would never set their eyes on and saw some lovely places driving around. There is vending machines too which are reasonably priced - been in some hotels where prices are twice the amount.

wir waren auf der Durchreise, für eine Nacht. Damit war die Lokation, nahe der Autobahn perfekt. Vor Ort gibt es genügend Parkplätze und auch ein paar Plätze zum draußen sitzen. Leider ziehen dann die Rauchschwaden aus allen Richtungen um die Nase.

Zimmer waren staubig als würde immer nut Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgewechselt werden aber nirgends staub gewischt!!Beim Frühstück war der Camembert(kleine Dreiecke)seit 2 Wochen schon abgelaufen und standen jeden morgen wieder so auf dem Büffet!!Es gab keinen Schrank nur 2 Kleiderbügel,also eher was für eine Nacht oder bei längerem Aufenthalt kann man njr aus dem Koffer leben

Schöne saubere Unterkunft, abgerundet vom freundlichen Personal. Das Frühstück finde ich für 11.50€ zu teuer für das Angebot, nebenan ist ein Mc Donalds der 24h geöffnet hat und gegenüber befindet sich eine Tankstelle.

Bettwäsche schmutzig, Trotz geschlossener Fenster ziemlich laut und obwohl es ab 06.30 Uhr Frühstück geben sollte, war der Frühstücksbereich und die Rezeption auch um 6.45 Uhr noch verschlossen....auch die 6 Handwerker, die gern vor der Arbeit was gefrühstückt hätten, waren total begeistert. Nie wieder!

Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Über Expedia hatte ich Check-In ab 14 Uhr gebucht! Einen Tag vor Anreise bekam ich dazu einen Check-In-Code, weil die Rezeption erst ab 17 Uhr öffnet. Ich kam 15 Uhr an und das Check-In-Terminal war kaputt! Ich kam nicht in mein Zimmer. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar! Geht gar nicht! Und es ging noch mehr Gästen so. Also 16:55 Uhr die Schlange groß war und der Angestellte endlich da, hat dieser sich nicht um uns gekümmert, sondern sich erst mal ganz in Ruhe, vor aller Augen, einen Kaffee gemacht, den Fernseher eingeschaltet und uns keines Blickes gewürdigt oder guten Tag gesagt! Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Werde da nie wieder buchen!! Meine Veranstaltung, die 17:30 Uhr begann, konnte ich deshalb nicht mehr rechtzeitig besuchen. Das ist wirklich unschön!

Der Weg nach Berlin rein war doch sehr weit, der versprochene Check-in am Terminal hat nicht funktioniert, daher musste ich eine Stunde warten, das System vom Hotel scheint noch nicht ganz usgereift zu sein.

Das Hotel ist ja ein Haus bei dem man sich außerhalb bestimmter Servicezeiten selbst einchecken kann. Leider war dieser Service außer Betrieb, so dass ich 1,5 Stunden unverrichteter Dinge nicht einchecken konnte. Es gab hierzu, obwohl der Check-In über Expedia für 14h angekündigt wurde keinerlei Info, außer einem Zettel am Automat. Als der Mitarbeiter dann um 17h da war, gab es keine Entschuldigung, im Gegenteil er spulte seine Routine ab und kochte sich erst einmal einen Espresso. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer war zusätzlich als Einzelzimmer vorgereichtet. Mein Tipp: Lieber alternative Hotels buchen!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is great for motorists altough it's quite a walk to the next transport facilities on the weekend. Little downside is the lack of 24h check-in (the desk closes at 10pm).

Although situated ten miles from Berlin city centre it was ideal for me as I like quiet long roads for my running when I am away. Far better than avoiding or almost being run over when staying deep in the city centres. There was free parking too, a petrol station and a McDougal's - although I never did get to buy a Toffee Latte! Right near the Autobahns so up and away early each morning. Also first stay in a hotel that does not need a key! You have a code so no worries about where the key is or who's got it - or even forgetting it in the room. I had read some poor reviews, but I did not have any issues - after all it was only for sleeping and resting in the evening like most hotels. You don't go to places just to stop in room all day. It's about getting out and about, dining, sightseeing, driving through quaint little villages that most people would never set their eyes on and saw some lovely places driving around. There is vending machines too which are reasonably priced - been in some hotels where prices are twice the amount.

Accommodatie staat helaas op een industrieterrein, dus op zaterdag en zondag geen openbaar vervoer. Vrijdag van 13:00-17:00 moeten wachten met inchecken omdat de incheck machine defect was. 4 uur Berlijn is verloren gegaan.

wir waren auf der Durchreise, für eine Nacht. Damit war die Lokation, nahe der Autobahn perfekt. Vor Ort gibt es genügend Parkplätze und auch ein paar Plätze zum draußen sitzen. Leider ziehen dann die Rauchschwaden aus allen Richtungen um die Nase.

Der Weg nach Berlin rein war doch sehr weit, der versprochene Check-in am Terminal hat nicht funktioniert, daher musste ich eine Stunde warten, das System vom Hotel scheint noch nicht ganz usgereift zu sein.

Zimmer waren staubig als würde immer nut Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgewechselt werden aber nirgends staub gewischt!!Beim Frühstück war der Camembert(kleine Dreiecke)seit 2 Wochen schon abgelaufen und standen jeden morgen wieder so auf dem Büffet!!Es gab keinen Schrank nur 2 Kleiderbügel,also eher was für eine Nacht oder bei längerem Aufenthalt kann man njr aus dem Koffer leben

Schöne saubere Unterkunft, abgerundet vom freundlichen Personal. Das Frühstück finde ich für 11.50€ zu teuer für das Angebot, nebenan ist ein Mc Donalds der 24h geöffnet hat und gegenüber befindet sich eine Tankstelle.

Bettwäsche schmutzig, Trotz geschlossener Fenster ziemlich laut und obwohl es ab 06.30 Uhr Frühstück geben sollte, war der Frühstücksbereich und die Rezeption auch um 6.45 Uhr noch verschlossen....auch die 6 Handwerker, die gern vor der Arbeit was gefrühstückt hätten, waren total begeistert. Nie wieder!

Staff was a horrible piece of work. Nasty, mean, unfriendly and generally intimidating. If you don't mind being treated like dirt and yelled at - by all means stay here. Guards at Auschwitz probably were nicer.
