Our room and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had at a hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The breakfast was great. A great place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge as the location is close to so much. We will stay there again.

Everything was amazing, except for the hot tubs, which both had debris and trash in them. We stayed two nights, and the hot tub and pools were the reason I chose this location.

When w got there, the internet was down , but the front desk young lady has no problem getting us checked in and was just so helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was hot and the staff was exceptional. The hot water in the shower never got very hot, but that was the only thing I would have changed. Thanks for a great stay!
