Check in was suppose to be at 4 didn’t get a room til 530 . Rooms were dirty floors looked unswept and not mopped. The door for the balcony was broken and barely opened. People throw things at you from the balcony’s while in the hot tub. Employees were rude vending machines were out of stock on everything. AC in the rooms didn’t work. Everything looked old and broken. Only good part was the beach. Pool was nasty hot tub was nasty no parking. Would never come back.

Beach view (7th floor) and walk out to the beach -perfect Elevator to the basement & walk across the pool area onto the ramp - into the sand Stayed for a week Negatives- neighbors got drunk and loud Construction was going on at 10:00 p.m. Not enough towels for the pool Pool and chairs also need a good cleaning Rooms were only swept and never mopped- black and sandy feet all week long. King size fitted sheets would not stay on the bed Location was great Parking was hard to find on the street and in the front of the building, and underground parking was not our thing. With a sign on your mirror you could park next door in front of the restaurant and not get towed. This hotel is quite dated. Balcony door did not open, lock, or close easily. Elevators were broken or did not work. No air in elevator. Ice machines did not work. Floors were dirty. Shower appeared to have mold growing in corners. House keeping only came daily to change out towels. They do not change the sheets but every 3 days. The only other thing they did was take out the trash. They did not sweep the floor. Staff was curious and friendly. restaurant that is located in the parking lot was decent but way over priced. Their drinks are weak and overpriced. The on site pool is extremely small.Parking is a nightmare. During the summer season they have valet parking for $20 a day but self parking if you decided you don't want to pay. parking fills up and spots are a little tight. We did not move our vehicle in fear we would loose our spot. When we did leave, we valet but was told their last day was that Sunday so we only had to pay for 2 days. We stayed 4 nights and when we decided to stay an extra day booked a room at the near by Hyatt Place which was much nicer with a better experience overall. Radisson really needs to spend some time and money fixing property issues. In my option, it appears that they have old room and equipment that they barely maintain. Overpriced for what it is. Better off going to a newer location.

Great location on the beach. The pool had not been skimmed when we where the 1st to use the pool for the day. Had 5 in party and had no linens in the room for the pull out bed. When asked the front desk they said they would tell housekeeping but was never brought some. Had to go to the front desk the 2nd day and stated i would wait to get them that day. The parking is horrible if you can afford it i recommend the valet.

Everything was very good. Really liked the valet service and employees were mostly congenial. The elevator goes to the pool level and a nice long ramp down to the beach. Drawback is no daily room service which is a victim from the covid era. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Picture online shows 3 rows of parking and actually only one row of street parking with about 10 spaces. All others are $20 per day parking OR park next door at a restaurant. Never had a hotel not have ice for rooms. They offer you a bag of ice to buy!

The property is nice, considering the age. Close access to the beach... Hot Tub was not very hot - wasn't great (hoping that would be fixed next time we are there), and play area for kids was a nice addition. Parking is a bit tricky with little to no signage...otherwise a good stay for the $.

I didn’t stay!!! The room was not clean. Bed sheets were dirty, hair on the floor and on bathroom floor. A live roach was in the bathroom. When told about the room the attendant just said what you going to do stay or not. I said I will not be staying, I paid for it his vacation at the beginning of the year only to have disappointment. With the hotel refusing to refund my money. I ddid do anything but check in go up to a filthy room. I would like to receive total refund back.

Arrival and check-in were fine. Got to our room. The door was a jar. Got our bags put up and found the room to be very straight and tidy but the floor was extremely dirty. The air condition unit outside sounded like a jet airplane starting up when it kicked on and the dirt within the unit was terrible and was part of the reason the floor stayed dirty. On the second night we found a very large roach above the bed and was disposed of. The third Day when we came out of the room there was the terrible smell of a dead rodent outside the room that stayed for the next 3 days. The area did not seem to be cleaned outside. The door of the room has trash built up and the smell was extremely terrible. Location was excellent. Beach access was excellent. The staff was very friendly. It was just the fact the room would not stay clean because of the ventilation and no sealing under the doors, therefore, bugs, sand and dust came into the room constantly.

The photos shown on Expedia are false advertising. The hotel doesn’t look nice and clean as the pictures depict. The hotel is dirty, old, dingy, lacks basic maintenance. The elevators are so dirty and dark. For $275 a night I was expecting the place to look like it was shown on the pictures in Expedia. This should not be considered a hotel but more likely a motel. Beyond disappointing experience. Also, there is smell of sewage coming out of the shower drain.

I booked this hotel through Expedia for a weekend getaway with my family, including my newborn baby. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The room was nothing like the photos online—the bathroom constantly smelled like fecal matter, there were roaches crawling in the bathroom, and the bedsheets had visible dirt on them. It was clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. The worst part: I woke up in the middle of the night with what appeared to be a painful, swollen bug bite on my foot (photo available). It developed into multiple small bumps and caused me discomfort for the rest of the trip. This made me extremely anxious about the hygiene and safety of the room, especially with my newborn sleeping there. Thankfully, I kept my baby wrapped in her own clean blanket close to me, and she remained safe—but I should not have had to worry about that in a hotel room I paid $700 for just 2 nights. This hotel was unhygienic, misleadingly advertised, and unsafe for families—I do not recommend it. I have contacted customer service requesting a full refund and will be disputing the charge if necessary.

Terrible hotel. Stains on the walls, bedding, shower, etc. we asked for housekeeping to clean up a little and showed where the stains where located, went to dinner, came back to the SAME stains. Will not ever be back to this hotel!

Hotel did not look pictures at all. Very run down & not very clean at all. We went & bought a mop & had disinfectant wipes & everything was black. We checked out early, we couldn’t take it. Beach patch is very grown up & pool is super grown up around fence. Not well maintained at all.

When I read reviews of the Radisson, I thought maybe exaggerated on the cleanliness of the rooms, well, I they were correct. I went and bought a wet dry mop and cleaners to mop the floors and wash windows and mirrors and disinfected everything. I have pictures to prove. Sad! It doesn’t take long to clean a room, I was a janitor for over 32 years, this was just plain lazy, or lack of cleaning skills. I should get reimbursed for cleaning

The location and view from the balcony were fantastic, and the staff really nice. This property is in desperate need of up an update and deep clean, though. We checked in on Sunday and by Wednesday afternoon, there had not been any maid service. I went to the front desk and asked how often they come by, and was told daily. To be fair, someone did come and take out the trash and leave towels right after that. By Friday, we again hadn’t seen anyone and were out of toilet paper. We had to go back down to the front desk again to get some. We spoke with two other guests having similar issues with the lack of maid service. The manager we ended up referred to did comp us partially for one night of our stay, and I felt that was fair. The wi-fi also didn’t work the entire time we were there. While the price was good, this wasn’t the best experience and I honesty wouldn’t book here again. If you don’t mind general dinginess and having to ask for maid service, it’s a pretty good deal.

The location was great, the staff who checked us in was very friendly. It's definitely an older place as there were some areas in the walls that weren't the prettiest but it was clean. We had a suite and the couch was very comfortable. The biggest complaint I have is the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. It was hard as a rock and the pillows were very flat. I think being comfortable while sleeping when you are on vacation is one of the biggest things you want so that was a bit of a let down and back ache. Other than that this place was close to everything we wanted to do and easy to navigate. Parking was bit of an issue as there just isn't much of it but overall not a terrible place to stay.

Many places to eat within walking distance. I did not like the fact that you have to pay for ice, the extremely high prices for the vending machines, the hotel was extremely hot in all of the common areas, elevators, and even the rooms. The thermostat did not work well in the room. The hotel has three elevators, but they were constantly broken. There was heavy cigarette and marijuana usage from the neighboring rooms. Parking was a headache as well. We had to park down the street for the free parking. I would suggest booking elsewhere for better service.

This hotel is good. It's a beach front hotel with quick access to the pool and beach. parking was a bit rough. The pictures of course show it's beautiful location. the room itself was fine. Family of 5 and there was room for everyone. we love that we had a balcony overlooking the ocean. the bathroom was spacious but there were holes from water damage. We were there for 5 days and the room was cleaned once but never swept so sand was all over the place.

It was alright not the best. Bed had lots of staining on it and they covered it up with the pillow…very gross! no light in the shower and the shower head that comes off didn’t even spray water. View was great

Check in was suppose to be at 4 didn’t get a room til 530 . Rooms were dirty floors looked unswept and not mopped. The door for the balcony was broken and barely opened. People throw things at you from the balcony’s while in the hot tub. Employees were rude vending machines were out of stock on everything. AC in the rooms didn’t work. Everything looked old and broken. Only good part was the beach. Pool was nasty hot tub was nasty no parking. Would never come back.

We stayed from Saturday-Friday and housekeeping never came. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper several times. Elevators were down on several different occasions. I had $100+ charges to my card every day I was there even though the balance was paid at check-in. Front desk was really no help when this was brought up. We have stayed here probably 5 times and each time is worse than the time before, but I kept giving them a chance because we like the location. We will not be staying here again.

We have stayed at this hotel for years, because this location is important to my family. But we have had a LOT of problems with them charging our card incorrectly. The last visit we made from Sept 1- Sept 7 2025. After I selected pay at property, they charged me card for the first night of each room, without consent. Then I paid in cash for two of three rooms, only to turn around and they charged my card for the entire stay of two rooms! I asked for a receipt for the cash payment and she refused to give me one. After several calls back and forth with the hotel, still no resolution and managers never call back. So if you choose to stay here, WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT. And don’t use cash!!

The front desk staff members were phenomenal. The location was A+, the beach felt less busy in this area for being so close to pier park, and there were great dining options in walking distance, loved the beach views from my room. I did enjoy this hotel and i would stay here again. I'd leave a higher review but not once were my sheets changed/bed fixed, floor sweeped, or trash thrown unless i put it out at the door. We stayed for 5 days and both of my rooms and attendants felt this way. If my room was better kept i would have given it 5 stars.

My family and I booked this place through Expedia, we were pretty excited for our family vacation, in or way there like 30 minutes before we arrived (it was around 8:30pm) i received a call from the hotel, the lady who spoke it to me was not pretty nice, she say they have been trying to contact me since 2pm and they have leave voicemails, I check I told here that wasn’t true, I didn’t have any missed calls or voicemails, she told me “well I have that on my notes” so she proceeded and told me that our book was canceled, due to Expedia over booking the same room, I was on shock, and while I understand it was not her fault, I didn’t understand why they lied about trying to contact me earlier, and even if they did tried to get in touch with me at 2pm it’s 2 hours before the check in, that is not okey, I ask her if she knew any places where we can stay, and she say “no it’s the weekend and it’s summer so I don’t think there is nothing”, I just think it is very unprofessional to call at 8pm to let people know their reservation is canceled, it’s even unprofessional to call 2 hours before, and lie to the customer about doing something they didn’t, so yeah thank god we were able to find a place last minute in a great location, I I won’t recommend this place or Expedia, use Airbnb instead.

We likely won’t book with the Radisson again. While the location near Pier Park and local attractions is great and the pricing is fair, our overall experience with the hotel was disappointing. Was told we would get a military discount by Expedia as they called the property and was told by Juan who works there to show our ID to verify military and then the discount would be taken off the price of the room. Got to the hotel and the staff were Rude as could be and said Expedia has to change the prices and got back On chat with Expedia and the representative supposedly gave me “misinformation” which is basically a new fancy term for a LIE and we did not get the discount. The room was terrible, bed was awful, bathroom not clean, no toilet paper and it reaked of pot smell even on the balcony cause the next room were smoking all the time, I think we could have gotten a contact high. So no, this was NOT the celebratory vacation I wanted to surprise my husband with for his promotion.

Our trip started off very rough. We were going to be late arriving, so we called ahead to let the front desk know. They went ahead and checked us in over the phone. When we arrived, they had given our room away and had no rooms available. This was at 4:00am. A couple ended up checking out shortly after we arrived, and the front desk clerk told us we could sleep in their room, even though it had not been cleaned. I was absolutely not going to sleep in a dirty room with my young children. They offered no resolution to their error. Eventually, the front desk clerk offered to change the sheets in the dirty room, so we would at least have somewhere clean to sleep. They indicated they would do a full clean first thing in the morning. While the beds were clean, the rest of the room was disgusting. They ended up changing us to a new room the next day at our request. The rest of the stay was lovely and the staff was better. The beach was beautiful and our family had a good time. Since we booked through a 3rd party, they could not compensate for our room. They did eventually reimburse the "resort fees," in an attempt to make up for their terrible error.

With a sign on your mirror you could park next door in front of the restaurant and not get towed. Website says they have continental breakfast and they did not have that just coffee and water. Additional fees was $20 per day for amenities such as WiFi, beach access, and using pool. There is a sign at the front desk that states “complimentary WiFi”. Also we had to keep begging for towels.

Shower was great. Good water pressure and hot temps. Going to and from beach was perfect. Listing was a little misleading with the chairs and umbrella set ups. They aren’t included and you have to rent them. Parking was interesting. Good luck. Went down for coffee one morning and there was none made. That sucked. Overall decent for the price but I would stay somewhere else next time I visit PCB.

I also like the fact that you can walk right out to the beach from the hotel due to it being on the beach. What I did not like about the hotel is it did not have anything to eat except a vending machine with few snacks and drink machine. No breakfast of any kind or no hot food of any kind. If you want to eat you will have to bring food to cook in your room since there is an oven and all in your room. Or you can walk or drive to get you something to eat. Only free amenities they had was lemon/lime water or coffee. The coffee was warm and not hot. We also noticed when we got on the elevator it was hot. No air on the elevator. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The view is perfect. The beach attendant was great! Close restaurants like Sharky’s. My one and only complaint is, it’s late when the coffee is available in the lobby. 8 or 9 AM is too late. Needs to be 6 or 7. So many people get up early. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, easy access to beach, clean rooms with descent size sitting area. Did not like parking, breakfast not provided unless you pay extra, and ice was also not provided for rooms. Have to pay for that separate too. Great for a one night stay like I did, but probably wouldn't recommend for more than that.

The only complaints we had was the shower head was not mounted in the wall. If you are really short then you would have it made because it did not adjust. My husband didn’t like that you have to pay for ice but we are finding that is more common. These things would not stop me from staying here again or suggesting it to my friends. I do not like the restaurant that is beside the hotel and advertised with the hotel. The waitress was rude and the menu is limited. I will not suggest it to anyone.

We liked the kitchen area in the room, the balcony view was beautiful. On the other hand, the kitchen had no dishes, no cooking items, the tv didnt work in our room, the front desk staff is horribly rude and unfriendly to work with. The maintenence team was wonderful to work with and they might teach the front desk about customer service, and the pool area needs a bathroom.

Room was sticky cause beachside door was open when checked in,took almost 2 days to get it cleaned,will never stay again could not sit on balcony cause of all the pot smoke then the people beside us was smoking InRoom a d it came into our room.

There was no towels in the room, also only one elevator worked. The staff upon arrive was all eating in the lobby. When we get to the room the chain was broken on the toilet. Me and my wife had to stick our hand in the back and physically pull the suction up every single time we had to use the restroom. Also there wasn’t even an iron in the room not towels no nothing we had to head to dollar general and for over 200 a night that’s INSANE. oh the chairs in the patio was weathered meaning cracking from the salt on the air ac unit barley works

The elevators were not working properly, the wait was in excess of 15 minutes on more than one occasion . There is not enough parking. You will be charged an incidental fee of $20 per day for nothing on top of your hotel room fee . The table in the room had not been cleaned and had something dried on the top . Gross … There was mold on the shower and barely any hot water . Once and done for me ..

Got there around 11pm and paid for two days. The room was filthy, there was one towel for 3 people, and no remotes for either TV. We went to front desk to ask for remote and were told you cannot get one until maintenance comes the next morning. My son with special needs watches sensory videos to sleep, so I asked the girl at desk if she could switch rooms and she was so rude and told us no, and the manager wouldn’t waste his time to come in and help us either. I asked for a refund and was denied. So we left and had to find another hotel, and they got 2 days paid for out of us and we never utilized it.

My daughters and I visited this property for the first time for birthday .. I highly recommend to stay at this location . Staff very helpful , rooms & hotel very clean . Pool & hot tub always clean & kept up with . We can’t wait to visit again
