The only super minor issue I have is that they say in their on site info that the pool side bar is open till 8:00pm, I went down there at 7:00pm and it was closed and the people around said "it always closes way early this time of year". That being the case they should update their on site info.

Beautiful property right on the beach that’s well maintained with courteous staff. The large heated pool and hot tub makes this place an excellent getaway anytime of year.

This is a great property. We have stayed here several times when visiting Panama City Beach. The kids love the pool and the DJ makes it lively on the weekends. The location is very close to Pierre Park and Topgolf. There are plenty of restaurants very close.

Loved the amenities: free hot daily breakfast, 2 free beach chairs and umbrella, and free parking. Hotel was very clean. Wish they had daily room service though.

Location is perfect! You get beach and umbrellas, pool and views! My boys loved breakfast! Thankfully we booked early in the year when it was still free, now there is a $14 fee per person so be advised because older reviews all say free breakfast is included. Decor is modern and tasteful. Parking is easy and across the street. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The pool was a lifesaver! The lazy river made for great entertainment since there had been storms and the ocean was a little rough. Breakfast was delicious and easy to access. Desk help and beach attendant were both very kind and informative.

Pool area was filthy. Lobby was as well. Lobby furniture was stained/dirty. Some front desk women were rude and not friendly. Elevators were broken and extremely slow. Our bed was extremely soft and broken down. Our room faced the street and it was very noisy. The mini fridge didn’t work and we did let front desk know. We were told it needed time to cool down. People were vaping at the pool. Breakfast ran out of food and it was not replenished. Kids at the pool were using the pool hand rails as a slide!!! 😳 we chose this hotel because of the “Excellent” on line reviews. We were very disappointed. We will never stay here again.

Room was spacious, nice balcony. Coffee cups were dirty, under bathroom sink floor was dirty, balcony had food on it. Refrigerator so small not useful. No microwave. Parking is across the street, secured area, but terrible for going and coming. Beach was great, pool was nice, breakfast was chaotic. Always out of bowls, or plates. Good variety of food though. Most was cold. Cold eggs, potatoes. Front desk was always friendly, but understaffed. One person workingphones, check in and starbucks. Charging enough per night should be able to afford 2 stsff per shift.

Very dirty! Look at all the trash when you pull in, zoom in on all of the dust and look at the dead fly in the dining area. So much for the “resort fee” I know that doesn’t go to cleaning !!! My son who is 10 months old was crawling around the room for just a few minutes and we noticed that his feet were black. We complained to the front desk and two women came up and used a large, mostly dirty swiffer to go over the area. They seem to have a little bit of an attitude about the whole thing. Not sure if that was because of us or because another cleaning staff didn’t do their job, but anyway, it wasn’t a good experience. Even afterward, the floor was still dirty. My feet were dirty the next morning and you can see where I just took out white towel and wet it a little and then wiped it across the floor in one area, one time and look at how disgusting it is… when I told the front desk, she seemed mildly apologetic, but no one offered to comp the room or anything… something in my opinion that they probably should do considering this is such a gross place to stay. Will not stay at another Hyatt. Also, no complementary lotions, no complementary anything. Bare bones overall and food at the restaurant is pretty average and super salty, stay somewhere else and spend a little bit more, you’ll be happy you did!!

The only complaints I have were flat pillows and a loud ac unit. But the bed was amazing. The view was fantastic. The shower pressure was top tier. We will definitely return.

We just stayed for just one night passing through. We tried to check in at 3 but were told it wasn’t ready and received a text at 3:30 but we already left to get dinner. The rest of the stay was fine. We liked the room and the view is amazing.
We just stayed for just one night passing through. We tried to check in at 3 but were told it wasn’t ready and received a text at 3:30 but we already left to get dinner. The rest of the stay was fine. We liked the room and the view is amazing.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean, and the included breakfast was really good. However, we were disappointed in the hotel desk staff that treated us poorly because we booked our room through Expedia, and not directly through the hotel.

This will be my "go to" hotel whenever I am in PCB! I have never encountered a staff as friendly as the ones at this Hyatt. Everything is super clean, the room was spacious. The beach chairs were an extra perk too.

Check-in and staff and room. We were charged for incidentals twice upon checkin. There was an error on the hotel side saying it declined my card for some reason so i used a different one. The incidentals went through on both cards. I brought it to the hotels attention and they were able to fix it quickly. We were assigned one of the rooms that have the door connecting to the other room. There was a screaming baby that was in that room that kept us up all night so we asked to be moved to another room about 8am. Finally got the call about 4pm to move rooms and was charged yet another incidental fee. I brought it to their attention and they said i would have to wait for the extra fee to drop off in a few days. On top of that, went to get coffee early about 5am and the lady was rude and didnt know how to make the advertised coffees. Lastly, the hotel room had empty shampoo and body wash in the shower and and we ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and the food was terrible. The prices were expensive and expected the food to be much better than it was.

3 days and the staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was great. Room Was quiet and nicely appointed. No complaints and the view was beautiful. We were very early but the lady Say I believe was her name made an effort to find us the same room that was already cleaned a few stories higher which was perfect. Overall a very nice experience.

Great location. Customer Service was probably one of the best I have seen in a long time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good. I am a World of Hyatt member and the was the best Hyatt based property that I have stayed at. Will stay here again when visiting PCB.

During check-in, the employee put us in a queue until a room was available and told Us we would get a text when a room is ready. We ended up waiting for 2 1/2 hours for a text. The room was ready, but the worker just didn’t send a text out and clocked out. waited one hour for wings. When we finally went to go, ask to see if the Room was ready, He informed us that it has been ready And gave us the key to the wrong room. They They gave us the key to someone else’s room and thankfully, I noticed it wasn’t our room because it did not have a balcony.

Room and view were amazing. Hotel staff themselves were extremely rude. Every single one of them except for one very nice guy when we checked in. The bar area at the pool, horrible. I do not drink so I ordered 2 non alcoholic drinks. The female bartender messed up the order so badly. On top of that she wore gloves, the same ones for every drink she made, then would run her gloved hands down her ponytail then continue to make drinks touching glasses, the stuff that goes in the drinks, give out the food from the kitchen and never change her gloves. Hand out the bills, take money and cards and still wear the same gloves. She also was double dipping. I paid with my debit card and did not bill it to my room. She charged my debit card and when I got the room statement when we left she charged my room too, for what I already paid for. I had proof of this and the front staff argued with me and never fixed my bill. Overall nice room, beware of the staff and check your bill statement for over charges.

The hotel was great! The hotel bartenders were great. Food at coconut Charlie’s was so good. Grouper sandwich was to die for! Hotel room was clean and the view was stunning. So close to all the hustle and bustle in walking distance. Would definitely go back. Only downfall was the Starbucks in the property only sold espresso products not regular coffees. However, it was a small price to pay for a great vacation.

Check in: The Hyatt website check in says 3pm, and hotels.com site says 4pm. Not a big deal, however upon arrival at 4pm, the hotel said "that's just the time they 'start check in' but does not guarantee you can actually check in at that time." We waited in the lobby for another hour, until texted at 5pm that our room was finally ready to check in. After a 6 and a half hour drive, this was extremely frustrating. Parking: Parking was very easy and included with the stay. This was really nice considering how busy PCB is. Made for loading / unloading with ease. Breakfast: On Hotels.com, it says breakfast was included. When you get to the hotel, it was not included and at an additional charge. Due to not being able to check in, the hotel gave us the breakfast each morning free of charge. Much appreciated. The breakfast buffet both mornings was fantastic. This should be an added perk to all people staying there. Pool/Beach: The 'lazy river' pool was pretty cool. The hot tub was nice as well. However, this is definitely a "family friendly" place, so you can expect a LOT of kids. The hot tub was FULL of bugs... I think the hotel could have kept it a little more clean. Plenty of towels and easy beach access. You cannot get a chair on the beach until 9am, which was a little frustrating, but a towel works just as well. Overall, it was nice. Room: Gulf-view room is a must. Very small, and fairly clean. A little mold and salty air due to being right on the beach. Not too bad.

We were there for only one night, but we really did enjoy it. What a beautiful property the bar area and the dining was very very good. The free breakfast in the morning was one of the best that we had had in our travels at a hotel that gives you free breakfast. Check in was quick and easy, the pool area was very nice and I had forgotten how much nicer the water is done at this area then the eastern part of town! We will return

Everything about our stay was great. The room was clean and the high floor view was gorgeous. The free breakfast buffet was the best I've had and changed a little every day. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. Beach access was perfect. The married couple that work the desj and coffee bar at night were so sweet and helpful. The only downside side is crossing the street fir the garage and the elevators take a while sometimes. Otherwise we really had no real complaints about the property or staff.
