initially room not that clean, there was a wad of human hair on the bedsheet, there was a "bug" under the sink. This was promply rectified the next morning. there was two power outages that lasted until 7:30 pm one night and 8:30 pm on another night, this resulted in there being no water available for the bathroom /toilet etc. These were planned outages and this info should have been available to us at time of booking. I know they have no cocntrol of outages, but these were "planned outages"I think a partial refund should have been in order instead or the " we're here for you" reply.

We had an amazing g 12 days at Las Vueltas. The location was perfect and provided easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. There was a great restaurant right next door which offered amazing breakfast specials. Our unit was small but comfortable and provided us with a safe place to stay while we discovered Bucerias. We chose this place because of the large seating area outside. We had a small pool for cooling off which was shared with other renters who quickly became friends. A barbecue for surf and turf on those rare occasions when we chose to eat at our rental. The cleaning person was friendly and helpful, and our hosts responded quickly to any concerns. Any concern we had were very minor. The unit is small and could use a few more forks and spoons. The safe is no longer attached to the wall so we stored our valuables elsewhere. A few tips for first time visitors. If you're planning to take a taxi go outside the airport entrance. The people inside charge three times the going rate. We would walk to the local grocery store and take an Uber home with our groceries. Be sure to pack a reusable shopping bag and maybe a collapsible back pack. All in all, this was an amazing vacation and I would highly recommend Las Vueltas. We're planning to be back next year for an even longer stay!

We rented the bachelor suite, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It came well appointed for cooking with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster and kettle. We enjoyed the common spaces... dipping pool, and the roof top palapa where we could sit and listen to the live music from the next door restaurant.

We loved our stay, thank you so much. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The area was fantastic. Our suite was clean and comfortable.
