Parking is a little difficult. You're better off doing the parking valet at about 5 bucks a day. The gym is nice but it's too dark. The doors to the hotel room do not close all the way and it appears to be a contractor blunder. Just another lazy contractor from Mexico. Not enough electrical outlets when you need them. You have to ask for Face towels. Didn't see many kids thank God. The dining is absolutely beautiful Checking in to be a problem sometimes but remember it's the new hotel. Showers are not perfect but they work The safe boxes are horrible but they need to fire the person that ordered them. It's not the four seasons but overall it's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful building. I don't get the Popeye's Chicken downstairs They could have put a nicer restaurant. None of us it's a nice hotel as I used to stay at Ticuan for 10 years The lobby is beautiful and the people are nice

Little bit of confusion many employees don’t speak English. This is a problem, but overall they were trying their best. Breakfast was very good, but you have to communicate with them whether or not it’s included or not included. Parking was very good. Valet was good. The room was clean overall we’re very happy.

Beautiful hotel, smack in the center of Tijuana. It’s been open for a few months, hopefully all the guests treat it well. You have to valet, we waited quite a bit to get our car. Plenty of food, bars and nightlife around you. We could hear the music on the 7th floor, so if you’re a light sleeper, maybe not the place for you.

Very good experience, a half a block from the action but quiet and tranquil. We did not eat there. Staff was super helpful and nice. I would stay again
