Hotel Piast Wrocław Centrum

Beim Check In wurden wir nicht mal richtig vom Personal begrüßt. Hinzu kommt noch, dass durch den eigenen Parkplatz der einige Meter entfernt ist, noch zusätzlich Geld gemacht wird. Als Tipp: Am Wochenende kann kostenfrei an der Straße geparkt werden. Das wurde uns natürlich nicht gesagt! Die Bezahlung wurde vor Eintritt in das Zimmer gemacht, sodass man aufjedenfall bezahlen "musste", auch wenn es einem nicht gefallen hätte. Unser Zimmer war aufjedenfall sauber. Die Dusche hat nur begrenzt funktioniert (nur über den kleinen Duschkopf, die Regendusche war defekt). An der Badezimmertür war der Teppich schon angefressen. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen, weshalb wir es Menschen mit Rückproblemen nicht empfehlen hier zu schlafen! Wir mussten die Matratzen einmal umdrehen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und vollkommen ausreichend. Das einzige negative: Es gab 1 Kaffemaschine bei ca. 40 Gästen, die zeitgleich gefrühstückt haben. Hinzu kommt, dass man den Kaffee nicht in Ruhe im Zimmer genießen durfte, sondern nur im Restaurant trinken durfte. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben den Straßenbahnenschienen, die die ganze Nacht gefahren sind. Erholung ist somit bei Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf ausgeschlossen. Das Hotel ist relativ Zentral, 20 min zu Fuß zur Altstadt und hat viele Läden in der Umgebung- Für 2 Nächte war es in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt müsste man es sich überlegen. Preis Leistung stimmt teilweise.

Very difficult to access with car. No parking even for a short stop to check. Parking available ~200 m from the hotel. Very good breakfast.

Zakwaterowanie przeniesione do hotelu „europejski” z powodu remontu hotelu „Piast” Klimatyczny, historyczny hotel. Przestronne pokoje, duże wygodne łóżko, podwójna kołdra. Jedyny minus to, ze w pokoju było za cieplo. Brak możliwości regulacji kaloryfera, brak możliwości otwarcia okna w sypialni (zamykane na klucz). Jedyne wyjście to otwarcie okna w salonie. Oprócz tych mankamentów polecam, wróciłbym drugi raz.

Hotel beautifully renovated outside. The rest rather average. You can only have one working key to the room. Breakfast poor, we were told there is no temporally any bread . Ater an hour still no bread though bakery is next door????!!!

Personal an der Rezeption wirkt etwas lustlos. Machen Dienst nach Vorschrift, bedingt freundlich, man fühlt sich als Gast nicht wirklich willkommen. Vor dem Hotel kann man mit dem Auto nicht halten, auch nicht zum Ausladen des Gepäcks. Vom Hotel empfohlener Parkplatz ist 2 Strassen weiter. Kein grosses Problem, wenn man es weiß. Frühstück ist für diese Kategorie sehr gut. Zimmer sind sauber. Bei anreisenden Paaren ist die Vergabe eines Zimmers mit 2 Einzelbetten nicht unbedingt die richtige Wahl. Obwohl wir den Parkplatz für 24 Stunden im Hotel bezahlt haben, mussten wir beim Parkplatz nachtahlen, weil wir vor 15:00 Uhr am Vortag angereist sind. Altstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Lage gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes ist für Bahnreisende optimal.

Very good service by the staff. Although something was not updated after COVID. Wanted to rent bikes, but the brochure was more than 4 years old, and the receptionist didn’t know anything about how to get us a bike.

Great location by the main train station. It does feel a little bit dated, but I had a good size room, and a desk to work from. The breakfast was extra, it was a buffet style breakfast, but there are other cafes close by if you want a bigger breakfast. I found the bars in the railway arches just round the corner from the hotel good for food and beer in the evening. You can walk or take a tram to the old town.

The hotel was in a great area right across from the train station. The room was fine but didn’t have air conditioning and since it was so hot we opened the one window that was able to he opened. The bad part was we could hear the trams and it was very noisy. The shower was lovely & it was great to have a small fridge in the room. It was a nice historic building. The Hawaiin restaurant attached was awesome (and very cheap)

I stayed at Hotel Piast in Wroclaw and had a very good experience. The hotel is clean and tidy and everything was well kept. The location is very handy, just across the road from the main train station, so it was easy to find and perfect for travel. I had asked for a quiet room and they gave me one, which I really appreciated. It was peaceful and I slept well. The staff were helpful and polite, always ready to answer questions or give directions. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay and I would happily stay here again.

중앙역에서 가까워서 위치적으로는 진짜 좋았어요. 리셉션이 특별히 친절한 부분은 없었지만 그렇다고 나쁘지도 않았고, 방은 구석구석 청소가 깔끔하게 되어있지는 않았지만(전 투숙객의 양말이 그대로 남아있었어요) 편하게 잘 지낼만큼 다른부분들이 좋았어요

Very happy with my stay here. The location was excellent for me-right across from the central train station which meant not having to carry luggage around very far. There is also a tram stop across the street if you prefer to get around that way. Very walkable to the old town, perhaps 15-30 minutes. I had a room on the front/street side. While there was a lot of noise during the day with the trams and other traffic, it was quieter at night and I had no difficulties sleeping. The room did get quite cool when I was gone all day but i was not bothered by it. The shower smelled rather like sauerkraut when I first got there but the smell went away once I ran the water. It was back by the next afternoon but again, was gone once I ran some water. Perhaps a trap was not staying full and some sewer gas was escaping? Noticeable a few times but not a major issue. The shower had the best water pressure I have ever seen and I could have taken 12 showers a day. Room was clean. Breakfast was good with cereals, eggs, sausages, cheeses, meats, breads, salads (like egg salad and mayonnaise-based salads,) cucumbers, tomatoes, apoles and some deserts. No fridge in the room, which might matter to some people. I would absolutely stay again.

El hotel muy bien ubicado,al lado de la estación y a 15 min de la plaza del mercado. Habitación cómoda, baño completo, buenas instalaciones, el desayuno tipo buffe muy bien, buen precio. El problema es que no han limpiado la habitación a pesar de poner el cartel fuera.

Good value hotel close to the train station. Had a single room. Small but perfectly sufficient. A couple of lights didn’t work but I managed. Nice lady at the reception.

It’s across the road from the station and very clean. Particularly for one person, the rooms were quite large enough. The hotel should invest in some larger and/or fitted sheets for the beds, however – but the fact that bottom sheet ceased to cover the mattress during the night, because it was too small, did not stop me from sleeping soundly. My room faced towards the railway station and the tram lines but was well insulated against sound.

Ok stay. Convenient to station, but good walk to interesting parts of the city. Bed was rather small, as was room. Fair breakfast selection, but more fruit would be nice

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was very powerful which is nice from the normal trickle in other hotels. Only downside was other guests being very noisy in the early hours, nothing the staff could do and it was a busy period with the Europa League Final on at the same time.

Booked a comfort room which was lovely , little dated but comfortable and clean .. all comfort rooms are in the tower facing the main road where trams are literally 1m away so it was very noisy and the curtains didn’t quite meet . We asked to change rooms which as much smaller , however cooler and quieter . Hotel was very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. Great location of train station .. a 20 min walk to market square..

Es war alles super in dem Hotel. Personal superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde genau wieder dort buchen wenn ich wieder nach Breslau fahre.

Extremely helpful receptionists

Checking is slow and tedious as you need to enter your personal details on a screen in reception. Otherwise the hotel was clean and presentable

Stayed for a few days with family. The staff were second to none; rooms very clean and pleasant. Noisy on the front arising from various transportation options but the staff accommodated us and allowed for a room change. would highly recommend this location.

The hotel is within close walking distance to transport. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and they serve a nice buffet breakfast. We have stayed twice and would definitely recommend

We spent 3 nights while visiting the Christmas markets. We had a really comfortable stay. The room was nice and comfortable and very close to the centre. The breakfast was included and whilst very modest, it filled us up for the day. Will definitely return.

Läget var perfekt mittemot centralstationen! Överlag städat och bekvämt. Enda minuset var frukosten som inte var fräsch och tyvärr inte värt att spendera pengar på

The breakfast was okay, but really nothing extraordinary. Just some bread, cheese, cold cuts, boiled eggs and two kinds of cerials. One day there was scrambled eggs, but after having finished that, the tray wasn't filled up again. The room was heated much to warm and the whole night a disturbing humming noise came out of the ventilation system.
