Lovely little Turkish 3-star hotel. If you want the Turkish breakfast experience at a low price, this is great. Breakfast tended to be mostly cold, but substantial, with bread, sweets, and a rotating selection of at least 20 traditional Turkish sauces and munchies. We really enjoyed it. The staff is very helpful - and their airport shuttle service is nicely affordable. Overall, this was exactly what we hoped for from our 3-star hotel.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit nettem Personal und sehr gutem Restaurant. Die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Hat uns gut gefallen, wir würden wieder buchen.

Çok temiz çok rahat bir otel. Restorasyon kısmı da oldukça güzel. Özellikle personel karşılaması ve hizmeti çok güzel Gönül rahatlığıyla ailenizle konaklama yapabilirsiniz.

Stayed for four nights over New Years Eve with friends. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. Location for places of interest, staff for helpfulness and room for cleanliness. Even the Lotus restaurant which offered a 20% discount to guests was fantastic. Will certainly be back

Konumu çok güzel Sirkeci’ye 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde. O yüzden tercihim Asur otel oldu. Yemekleri lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgililer her zaman yardımcı oldular. İstanbul’a gelince burada kalmayı düşünüyorum artık

All the staff very friendly and very helpfull. Ilyass was realy great by helping me to book transport for me and my family. He was great at showing me how to get to places using public transport . Bourhan was very helpfull as well great service . The food was great as well, the buffi has different food wich makes it easy for everyone to find something to eat .

Albergo confortevole, in pieno centro, silenzioso, pulito. Ottima la prima colazione e molto buona la cena al ristorante, con buoni prezzi e per il quale c'è uno sconto del 20%. Unica pecca, il riscaldamento eccessivo delle stanze e la luce della scrivania troppo debole, suggerisco di aggiungere qualche attaccapanni.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance: Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Topkapi Bridge, and T1 line just a few yards away and you can get to any other part of the city easily. Stuff is very friendly and ready to help at any moment. The street where the hotel is located is for pedestrians only, with no traffic. Very cozy restaurant with good food and a 20% discount even for alcoholic drinks. The only inconvenience - is the third bed close to the balcony, I would prefer an armchair and tea table to relax in the room and enjoy the street view in the evening.

とても良いホテルです。駅や観光スポットから近く、クチコミも良いので宿泊しましたが、予想以上に素晴らしいかったので、日本人はじめ全ての国の観光者にお勧めします。一番のポイントは、スタッフの皆さんがとにかく親切である点です。私は、トルコ旅行初日にパスポートを紛失してしまいました。気づいたのはこのホテルに到着間際で、とりあえずホテルに行き相談しました。チェックインは、パスポートのコピー（控えを持っておいて本当に良かった…）で対応してもらい、スタッフの方は空港の警察や落とし物センター（？）に電話で問い合わせてくれました。警察には翌日含め何度も電話してくれて感謝でした。 また、別のスタッフの方も、トルコ国内の移動時の航空会社にも問い合わせてくれたりと、本当に助かりました。結局、パスポートは出てこず、警察で紛失届を得て、領事館で帰国のための渡航書を発行しましたが、できる限りの対応をしてくれたスタッフの方々に心から感謝します。パスポートの件で追加で宿泊が必要になった際にも、割引価格で対応してもらえてありがたかったです。 もちろん、部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごせましたし、朝食も美味しかったです。野菜（おかず）やフルーツがたくさんだったので、とても健康的な食事ができました。 壁の防音性（遮音性）はやや弱いですが、5泊のうち4泊は外の騒音がうっすら程度で心地よく過ごせました。（爆音で音楽を聴く人が隣だった1日だけ、朝から煩いなぁと感じました）モスクにも歩いて行ける距離なので、その分、アザーンも聴こえます。神経質な人は耳栓を持っていきましょう。私も結構神経質なタイプですが、耳栓でどうにかなりました。夫は耳栓なしでぐーすか寝てましたが（笑） 洗濯サービス（kg単位の料金）や荷物保管サービスもあります。洗濯は、畳み方が大雑把で笑ってしまいましたが、連日バタバタでしたので大変助かりました。 パスポートの件で電話の必要性を感じ、市内でSIM販売のお店の相談をしたら、意外にもホテルフロントでSIM販売をしていて（まじかい！しかも良心的な価格）、とても助かりました（持参スマホがSIMフリー機種だったので良かった）。 アスールホテルでは、本当に心地よく過ごせました。挨拶など片言のトルコ語にも笑顔で対応してくれて、時に大げさなくらい褒めてもらえたのも嬉しかったです。イスタンブールに次に行くときにも泊まりたいです。パスポートの件でサポートしてくれたザヒさんはじめ、スタッフ全員に感謝！

Sehr sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und von hier aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos entweder zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen, die Hygiene und insgesamt das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Bu yıl içinde bu oteldeki ikinci konaklamamızdı. Otelin konumu görmek istediğimiz tüm tarihi mekanlara çok yakındı ve her yere yürüyerek gitme imkanı bulduk. Otel odası gayet konforlu ve kullanışlı, yataklar çok kaliteli idi. Temizliğe çok önem veren birisi olarak, hem odanın hem de otelin ortak kullanım alanlarının temizliği 10 üzerinden 10 puanı fazlasıyla hak ediyor. Bunun dışında konaklamadaki en önemli unsurlardan birisi otel personeli. Bu konuda da tüm çalışanları takdir etmek lazım. Resepsiyon, servis ve kat temizliğinde çalışan ve iletişime geçtiğimiz herkes çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Bunun dışında çok ince düşünceli kişiler olduklarını da belirtmeliyim. Konaklamamız sırasında bizi her zaman özel hissettirdiler ve ne zaman bir konuda yardıma ihtiyacımız olsa, içtenlikle ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaptıklarını görebilirdiniz. Hiç tereddütsüz bir şekilde bu oteli herkese tavsiye ederim.

Très bon séjour ! Le personnel est très serviable et gentil. L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. L’emplacement est impeccable pour visiter : tram, bus, métro et bateau sont à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Scarsa pulizia,camera totalmente da ristrutturare ,crepe sul muro ,soffitto con aloni d' umidità, bagno non proprio pulito,porta schizzata di sporco e così rimasta per tutto il soggiorno. Unico punto forte è la cortesia di tutto il personale della reception e dei camerieri del ristorante la sera

Great location, clean, friendly staffs. The 2 reasons for 4 stars rather than 5, are the unstable and slow-ish internet. It's workable, just a bit annoying. The other thing is the thin wall. It's ok if your neighbour is quiet, but during our last night stay, they decided to watch TV till late.

Location: Excellent 5 minutes walk from Gulhane Tram Station (T1) 12 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia Mosque 12 minutes walk to Eminonu Port for Ferry to the asian side. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Check In Process: Very Quick Room: We were in Room 111 which was a good size for 2 people, but did not include a chair or a Kettle, but you could call the reception for hot water and a flask with hot water would be sent over. This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint yet again. It is a great hotel! Location is perfect, close to everything, only short walk to Bazaars, Sultanamet, gardens, Bosporus. Both train and tram nearby. While it is in the heart of everything it is very quiet. Lots of restaurants around the hotel too. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Breakfast has so much choice and was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

We arrived before check-in, and I was pleasantly greeted with the news that a room was ready. Borhan introduced us to the hotel, and even brought us a lovely Turkish coffee to welcome us to Turkey. Our stay went perfectly. Great location between Guilhame Tram Stop and Eminou. Easy walk everywhere, including the Bosphorus River. Breakfast was excellent, and the room met our needs. Housekeeping was fantastic, the room was serviced in the morning, so when we returned, it was already cleaned. We would stay here again.

Asur is a hidden gem, in the land of whether or not you are getting the right information, staff were truthful and advised that was best for the guests. An example of this was, the taxi driver we got ourselves were quoting 2000 liras for a ride to the airport and the staff got us a taxi for 1000 liras which is the normal price, a taxi quoted us 500 liras to go to taksim and they said do not go more than 150. I always found comfort in a trustful staff. As for the hotel, it is close to most of the tourist attractions (all walking distance), we went to Hagia Sophia 3 times and it takes 7 minutes to walk there! Everything is so conveniently close like The Grand Bazaar, Galata Tower, Bosphorous etc. The free breakast is also a nice touch, it tastes goood and I loove the fresh bread every morning. I definitely recommend Asur. Love from Canada

All the staff very friendly and very helpfull. Ilyass was realy great by helping me to book transport for me and my family. He was great at showing me how to get to places using public transport . Bourhan was very helpfull as well great service . The food was great as well, the buffi has different food wich makes it easy for everyone to find something to eat .

This hotel was about 50 minutes from the airport (IST) during peak hours when we arrived and 35 minutes on the way back which was late at night. The staff were super helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. This includes everyone from the house keeping team, to the waiters, chef and the receptionist (Ilyas). Ilyas provided us with excellent advice and answered any questions we had about Istanbul. He even asked us each day how our day was and what we did. Although most of staff didn’t speak English, they all made an effort to check that we were ok and if there was anything they could do for us. Kaadri did speak some English and always engaged in conversation whenever he saw us. The breakfast was similar each day but extremely varied and plentiful. The rooms were a good size with an excellent bathroom which had a shower panel and a handheld shower option too. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of two tram stops. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. If this hotel is within your budget, then you should book it. We didn’t find Istanbul to be a cheap city for eating out, so considering breakfast is included with this hotel, it might make this hotel more economical when budgeting.

Lovely little Turkish 3-star hotel. If you want the Turkish breakfast experience at a low price, this is great. Breakfast tended to be mostly cold, but substantial, with bread, sweets, and a rotating selection of at least 20 traditional Turkish sauces and munchies. We really enjoyed it. The staff is very helpful - and their airport shuttle service is nicely affordable. Overall, this was exactly what we hoped for from our 3-star hotel.

Stayed for four nights over New Years Eve with friends. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. Location for places of interest, staff for helpfulness and room for cleanliness. Even the Lotus restaurant which offered a 20% discount to guests was fantastic. Will certainly be back

We returned from the trip to Capadocia and stay in this hotel for the second time. Same as the first time, staff are very nice, polite and attentive. The hotel location is great, close to public transport, easy to reach tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good.

The staff at Asur made our stay so pleasant. They were so incredibly helpful and on point. For example ordered a private car/driver for us to get to the airport, prepared sandwiches for us for the early am departure since we missed breakfast. The location is good and the room was comfortable.

Liked: staff with good English and smiles. Zeki and cleaner Esma. LIked hot shower water. Didn't like: calling for hot water to make a cup of tea or Çaykur branded tea bags (Liptons are better). My wake up call was 30 minutes late, luckily I heard my phone alarm. My room card cancelled on me 3 times. Annoying because I would go up and then have to go down again to reception.
