The property had a damp smell and wasn’t tidy. A gentleman across the hall stated his room was filthy and he was checking out immediately. The wifi didn't work. My family's ly Andi didn't complete the stay as we were not allowed to use the pool unless we paid $25 per person in cash for a wristband.

The beds were comfortable but the sheets were stained. There was coffee but no cups or coffee pot. The hotel didn’t have any ice machines or vending machines. You could smell marijauna in the hallways. The continental breakfast consists of a coffee urn and some bread and cereal. I felt like I was in the movie The Shining.

If seeking a hotel in this area, I would highly recommend seeking alternative options for a number of reasons (i.e. cleanliness, older, not maintained, poor breakfast, etc.)

This is a huge hotel with dark and spooky hallways, gym area and a swimming pool. They didn't provide room service for the whole three nights we were there. They charge extra cash only if you check in before 4:30pm. Very poorly maintained hotel. Doors were getting jammed and made lot of noise. Hallways are not vacuumed. Our room had a cockroach. I complained our microwave was not plugged in and the outlet was beyond my reach, but they did not come and help. Each time we needed fresh towels and toiletries, we had to walk all the way to the front desk. Their breakfast was terrible. On our last day, I saw stale oranges left there for breakfast. All in all, if you are travelling especially with family, do not live at this dump.
