Housekeeping and Breakfast Buffet Staff were Excellent at their jobs. Front Desk Staff who was there upon checkout on August 24th needs to be replaced. They dont take their job serious. My wife and myself were stuck in the elevator for over 15 minutes on 2nd floor. Two total elevators and one was already out of service. We used the elevator phone to call for help and got the front desk. Their response was "Oh No" and was sending someone to assist. We waited 15min and no one had come to help. Didnt even get a call back or anything to let us know what was happening. I called back on the elevator phone, this time No answer it went straight to voicemail. Then connected us to the local Fire Department who dispatched to assist us. Right before they reached us someone from the hotel staff finally made it to assist and get the elevator doors open. No Staff there was in any hurry to assist us except for the lady who was Head of housekeeping. We had to use the stairs to move our luggage. Lucky it was not a medical emergency. We have been waiting for a response back from this Hotel for over 2 weeks now about this situation. Avoid this Hotel if you Value yours and your family safety. The Front desk staff want be much help to you.

There is no pool. That was not stated. It is advertised that there is a pool

The pool was not working. I brought my children with me on my birthday because they had a pool. But the pool was closed, it had no water in it. Also, the toilet wouldn't flush by itself.

nice hotel i wish the pool was in service but it has been closed for awhile now we always stay here the staff is really nice

The food was not good breakfast the only thing was ok was the waffle that I made. Everything was cooked in a microwave. And no bottle water They had water out if a fountain machine and it taste like it may have had some cleaning supply in it. The bed believe it or not was the ONLY thing that was good. The elevator was very bad a sound like it would stop work. One elevator was already out of order. The AC in my room was leaking on the carpet the last night I was there. The towels looked dingy. And when I arrived there they were late getting my room together I got there at 3pm and it was not ready till 3:45pm. There was a girl that was sleeping in the lobby the whole time we were there. And we wanted to go swimming but they said the pool was out of order for maintenance and we could go to another hotel up the street and take a towel. Smoking area was close to the front door so you smelled smoke soon as you came in the building. Front desk staff was terrible very rude. One of the staff had her boyfriend up there in the smoking area with her smoking and laying out on the chairs. And to top it all off the room I was in wasn’t the room I just took it cause we came 3 hrs away and was tired. In the ruins the lamps were rusted and it was very small .. Not a good room for our wedding anniversary but we made the best of it by going out to eat and casinos

I came in town to visit my grand kids . I chose this hotel for the inside pool . I promised my grandkids they could come and go swimming. Only to get there with no water in the pool and the elevator out of commission. This was very disappointing. I paid for things they said they offered but did not have.

Both elevators should have been working the entire duration of my stay. No accomodations were made for the inconvenience.

The pool is not open. I would not have booked the room. I was banking on the pool being open. My daughter wanted to go swimming. That was a big disappointment. However, everything else was great.

Upon arrival and check in one of the elevators was out of order and the one that was working stopped sometime Saturday afternoon. We had to walk to the 3rd floor. Thankfully, Sunday morning, the one elevator that stopped on Saturday was working again on Monday. Both elevator’s should have been in working order.

The room was clean but there were bugs and ants in the room, the staff was very friendly and professional, I didn’t have time to try the breakfast

The room had a damp smell not pleasant and I paid for king bed and the room received was 2 queen bed wasn’t happy with that. We got there late too tired to go and complain when customers book a certain bed size I feel if that size is not available let the person know before they enter the room.

My first room I was in had bed bugs but once I went down stairs and told customers service they politely move me to another room and I truly appreciate that

The tub needed additional cleaning and and a dirty rag was left in the bathroom. The rep at the front desk apologized and allowed us to switch rooms.

The front desk was unattended for a little so it took a little while to check in. There was also a wet rag in the shower when I got to the room. The desk came and got it. Could have been a little cleaner.

There was mold in my room and I couldn’t sleep for real during the night.

Convenient to many restaurants Roaches in room / a/c had dripped a huge wet area in carpet/ no body wash in dispenser / iron was missing

Room was dirty, shower didnt work properly. Hotel is worn and management is unresponsive .

I ice machine for whole property. The rest were broken. Shower didnt work. Staff was great!

The property was clean and the gets very hot so you don't have to have a luke warm shower. The walls are kind of thin but I was so sleepy and the bed was so very comfortable that I barely noticed

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. I had good service.

Desk lamp broken. Desk chair broken. Toilet ran continuously unless you removed the tank top and messed with it.

Nice and clean room was smaller than other Fairfield hotels I've stayed in the past

This was our second stay at the Fairfield inn & suites EastChase. Our first stay was wonderful. We had a third floor room and all amenities were really awesome. This stay was not so happy. We had a second floor room and although all amenities were the same as the first stay, this time we had extremely noisy neighbors and person with a very heavy foot fall above us. , so thin walls and floors. I hardly slept at all.

The location was great for us as we were in town for my husband’s surgery. The outside of the hotel looked new to us and as we walked it new as well. That was not the case as we got into our room. The room needs a bunch of TLC. The bed was awful. I appreciated the lamp by the bed with electrical hook ups. All in all, the room was ok for our one night stay.

Staff was great very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Staff was awesome.

Unfortunately the Front desk clerk was working all by herself and was very busy . When i arrived there was noone at the desk , so me along with others , waited for about 20 minutes for someone to appear. Apparently she was away cleaning a room. That was terrible

Great staff, great stay

I stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Montgomery EastChase and had one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've ever encountered. My room was never cleaned during my stay — not once. I had no towels provided, the garbage was never taken out, and the bed was never made. Basic services that any guest should expect at a Marriott property were completely ignored. I repeatedly waited for some sign of housekeeping or follow-up, but nothing ever came. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially at a brand that promotes comfort and reliability. I’m extremely disappointed and feel that a refund is warranted for the lack of services I paid for but never received. I will not be staying at this property again and caution others to think twice before booking here.

My experience was great!!!!!! The evening receptionist went above and beyond to help me print my paperwork. I will return. This has been the best experience hotel wise.

Helpful staff

Check in is at 3pm. We got there after 8 pm and had no room. They young lady soung check in was fabulous. She tried to keep people calm because she had to check in then room up there and clean the rooms. All the people checking in and she do so many then room up there and try to get 1 or 2 cleaned. She was the ONLY person working that nite. She said she gave most customers upgrades to suites for their inconvenience, but she ran out when it came to us. She gave us room 201 and had to ckean so i left and came back later and still no room. The guy down there said that room was occupied and had to what he said just guve us a room which was not clean. There were water tops on table by lamp food left in there from previous occupants hair in bathroom and stain on cover. I actually had to take it off and go grt kids blankets out of vehicle to use. Asked next morning for them to change linen. Got back several hours later and nothing has been done. Went down to front desk to ask y and was told we have no house keeping . Was really upset then so went to walmart bought some stuff to clean with and sheet sets . For over 200 per nite these rooms should of been immaculate. This was really such a disappointment. Motel 8 would of done better

The staff was very good. Front desk was professional and very helpful. Always had a smile. Same is true with the person running the breakfast. She went out of her way to help everyone in the dinning area! Even the room cleaning people greeted guest with a friendly smile. Great service and facility.

Very comfortable stay with a much better than typical hotel breakfast. Our room was very nice and this morning’s shower was hot with great water pressure. Convenient location near restaurants with easy access to the freeway. Only negative was the construction nearby and the lack of sidewalks.

The Hotel was a little hard to find. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The only complaint I had was the bed was way too soft. I woke up with a sever back ache which made my drive home alot worse than it should have been.

Best hotel stay I’ve had in 3 years! Professional and friendly staff! Loved the cleanliness and the free water at the front desk. The free breakfast was so much better than that at most hotels! Great stay!!!

I didn't have a problem checking in or checking out. The breakfast had so many options. The rooms were clean and plenty of parking.
