I used the hotel for business and really enjoyed it very much. The hotel offers plenty of space in an old villa set in a beautiful park. Gym, SPA, two swimming pools: there is something for everyone! And what about the staff? Truly top-notch! From the consierge to the lifeguard, from the waiter to the porter, everyone is ready and willing to help you in a friendly and cordial manner, making you feel as if you were part of the place. The welcome was truly exceptional and next time I will definitely return with my family.

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. I servizi sono davvero ottimi, curati e ben organizzati. La stanza era bellissima, pulita e molto confortevole. Il giardino è qualcosa di speciale: enorme, curatissimo, perfetto anche per una passeggiata serale in totale relax. Avevo con me il mio cane e siamo stati accolti in modo impeccabile. Nessun problema né in sala pranzo né durante la colazione: tutto lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e attento. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto, torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel reception team were lovely and helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy although we did have anys in our roo. Housekeeping team did a brilliant job. Pool was closed 1 day due to weather and 1 day due to a wedding. Hotel was out of the way and you do need a car to as there wasnt anything near by.

Room was not cleaned. Dirty towel on floor used tea cup, empty water bottle on counter . Trash can full. Air conditioner did not work at all. Very disappointing . It calls it's self a villa not at all , Next to a villa just a 5 story hotel. No bar staff available. Never again.

Camera familiare al 5 piano .. realizzata con letti bambini e bagno al piano è quello matrimoniale sul soppalco. Tutti i comfort funzionano bene e la pulizia è ottima . Come ripeto per un 4 stelle ottimo anche il prezzo . Soddisfatti 👍

A szobánk a lift mellett helyezkedett el, ami elég hangos, emiatt a korai reggeli óráktól kezdve zavarta a pihenésünket. Sajnáltuk, hogy nincs jakuzzi a spa részelegen. A szobánkban hangyák és poloskák voltak.

My family’s stay here was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Key issues: 1. Booking Confusion & Blame-Shifting Despite booking a family room in advance, we were informed upon arrival that no such room was available. The receptionist claimed Expedia had “downgraded” our reservation without notifying us. When I questioned this, the hotel blamed Expedia, while Expedia redirected responsibility to the hotel. This lack of accountability left my family waiting **over 3 hours(we arrived at 5:30 PM, got a room at 9:45 PM), forcing us to cram into a friend’s room 2. Unhygienic Room & Inconvenient Room Switch The first family room we were assigned reeked of a strong odor, prompting another complaint. Though staff initially claimed no alternatives existed, they suddenly “found” another family room. Even then, I had to assist staff in moving children’s beds, wasting precious time while my exhausted kids waited. 3. Broken Amenities No AC:The air conditioning was non-functional. The receptionist dismissively stated it’s “only turned on in summer,” ignoring guest comfort. If a hotel advertises AC, it should be available year around Missing kettle: Basic 4-star expectations unmet. 4. Neglected Facilities Rooms need urgent renovation (outdated, poorly maintained). Many amenities had hidden fees. Breakfast was average. 5. No Compensation No refund for the ordeal. Avoid This Hotel Misleading advertising, unprofessional service, and neglected facilities. Not worth the cost.

This hotel was very charming!!! The staff extremely helpful, nice pool with a bar!!! The hotel’s room was a bit outdated, I understand keeping some of the history’s charm however in my opinion that should be reserved for many things just not the bathroom. The location was perfect for Venice, we drove to the train station, parked the car for free, and visited Venice for the day, it was perfect. The staff very helpful they recommended a great place to eat, need reservations that is how busy the place is hit we were able to get them through the hotel. Perfect location, perfect spots to eat, staff were kind and really helpful!!! Please update your bathrooms, that is my only recommendation.

God beliggenhed og dejligt område omkring hotellet. Venlig betjening og fin rengjort. Værelse i god størrelse og dejlig ac. Poolen var super men dog lidt kold selv efter en varm dag. Det negative var et køleskab som ikke virkede. Blev efterset men uden at det hjalp noget. Det manglede vi til at holde drikkevarer kolde. Morgenmadsbuffeten med scrambled æg, bønner, bacon osv holdt ikke maden varm så det var nærmest koldt når man spiste det, ærgeligt. Godt brød mod ost m.m.

Bella struttura ma da rinnovare le camere. Il bagno non aveva il box doccia bensi un telo in plastica. Ho chiesto il cambio camera e me l'hanno sostituita. Personale molto gentile e professionale sopratutto al bar della piscina. Bella piscina contornata da un bel giardino ma ma "curare" i lettini. Colazione ben servita con tanta scelta

I used the hotel for business and really enjoyed it very much. The hotel offers plenty of space in an old villa set in a beautiful park. Gym, SPA, two swimming pools: there is something for everyone! And what about the staff? Truly top-notch! From the consierge to the lifeguard, from the waiter to the porter, everyone is ready and willing to help you in a friendly and cordial manner, making you feel as if you were part of the place. The welcome was truly exceptional and next time I will definitely return with my family.

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. I servizi sono davvero ottimi, curati e ben organizzati. La stanza era bellissima, pulita e molto confortevole. Il giardino è qualcosa di speciale: enorme, curatissimo, perfetto anche per una passeggiata serale in totale relax. Avevo con me il mio cane e siamo stati accolti in modo impeccabile. Nessun problema né in sala pranzo né durante la colazione: tutto lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e attento. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto, torneremo sicuramente.

My family’s stay here was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Key issues: 1. Booking Confusion & Blame-Shifting Despite booking a family room in advance, we were informed upon arrival that no such room was available. Hotel reception team were lovely and helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy although we did have anys in our roo. Housekeeping team did a brilliant job. Pool was closed 1 day due to weather and 1 day due to a wedding. Hotel was out of the way and you do need a car to as there wasnt anything near by.

The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly, the front desk staff was okay, some were nice and some had a bad attitude. There is a party by the pool area almost every night, it didn’t bother us as much since we went to sleep late anyways but I could see it being a bit frustrating for people who need the quiet to sleep. They do have nicer rooms that further away from the main pool which can provide additional privacy and quietness. Parking was very easy and convenient. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the airport, 25-30min from Venice, 15 mins from Treviso downtown, and around an hour from Bibione. Plan your meals well, while they do have breakfast, it is only from 8am-10:00am, most days they have lunch and dinner (food options are okay, not too much variety). They did closed them early at times without notice and the main restaurant (and almost every restaurant near the hotel) closes on Sunday. Overall, it was a good stay.

This hotel was very charming!!! The staff extremely helpful, nice pool with a bar!!! The hotel’s room was a bit outdated, I understand keeping some of the history’s charm however in my opinion that should be reserved for many things just not the bathroom. The location was perfect for Venice, we drove to the train station, parked the car for free, and visited Venice for the day, it was perfect. The staff very helpful they recommended a great place to eat, need reservations that is how busy the place is hit we were able to get them through the hotel. Perfect location, perfect spots to eat, staff were kind and really helpful!!! Please update your bathrooms, that is my only recommendation.

God beliggenhed og dejligt område omkring hotellet. Venlig betjening og fin rengjort. Værelse i god størrelse og dejlig ac. Poolen var super men dog lidt kold selv efter en varm dag. Det negative var et køleskab som ikke virkede. Blev efterset men uden at det hjalp noget. Det manglede vi til at holde drikkevarer kolde. Morgenmadsbuffeten med scrambled æg, bønner, bacon osv holdt ikke maden varm så det var nærmest koldt når man spiste det, ærgeligt. Godt brød mod ost m.m.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing pool and jacuzzi was in holiday mood being here totally relaxed. Room was very Venetian and classic but hotel and restaurant food wonderful. For the price can’t be beaten.
