The outside of the hotel is in extreme need of a makeover. It appears it was purchased from Springhill but the lack of signage for Comfort makes you second guess your stay. The inside of the hotel is clean, some upkeep needs to be completed. The hot tub does not work. That was the whole purpose for choosing this hotel, so we were very disappointed in that. During our stay, we did observe a few roaches in the common areas, none were observed in the room. The rooms were clean. Overall it isn’t a horrible hotel for a 1 night, lay your head down for a quick nap before resuming your travel. Don’t plan on a great breakfast however, it was definitely lacking compared to some other hotels I have stayed in. One being a hotel on the south side of Ardmore.

Clean place and the breakfast was great! The property was recently changed from a springhill suites by Marriott to a comfort suites. Booking through a third party, they were nice enough to honor my stay which I had booked way in advance. No problems on my end, staff was also great!

The room was very large and some spaces were nice and clean. However, we had to change rooms due to lack of hot water and the pool was cloudy and green so we didn’t swim in it. Could be nice with some remodeling and maintenance but wouldn’t return otherwise.

It seems this hotel was erected quickly, because finishing touches were missing. The elevator was dirty and small, there's no way 15 people would fit in there (as posted sign said).
