A well set up hotel. Parking cheap and easy. Nathan and all the reception team were great ambassadors for the Autograph brand. The lake view room was an unexpected bonus, and the bed and bathroom were fine. Bar service good, breakfast food very good, though service a little sleepy...overall a happy experience and we'd certainly stay again

Great location if you want to be near Lake Champlain and the Church Street Marketplace. Staff excededingly helpful and nice.

The room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice view of the lake. The hotel was in the middle of a conversion to a different name, so some signage was confusing and some amenities were not available, but to be fair that’s temporary. Location is convenient to Church Street and the waterfront.

Pictures on their website are deceptive. Water view is not really a water view unless you’re on the 8 or 9 floor. We had a trees view and was quite disappointed. But they still promise you and charge you for it. Very thin walls; can hear neighbours snoring and talking, very noisy. Would never go back.
