The worst hotel and hotel experience I've had in Singapore. Avoid at all costs. I can not stress how bad the check in experience I received was. When I arrived the (only) receptionist was checking in another couple and there was no queue behind me. Despite clearly concluding all the necessary requirements for check in, he seemed more interested with taking as much time as he could to flirt with this couple and dragging out the interaction. After 10 min there was a queue of 5 other groups behind me all trying to check in too. He only decided to start doing more when a 2nd receptionist appeared and started working. His whole demeanor and attitude was extremely passive aggressive and he barely spoke to me as we went through the process. The worst moment was when I asked him if there was anywhere else to store luggage more safely other than out in the open at reception and with the broadest, smirked fake smile he told "Its Singapore, everywhere is safe". I have already provided this feedback to them and had no response so they clearly don't care. I also had a full length mirror fall of the wall and barely miss my head when I walked in. It was a miracle it didn't hit me! On top of all that its an awkward distance to any public transport (MRT and bus around 10-15 min uncovered walk away) so you need to get a taxi even for short distances.
