Fantastic house! It’s in immaculate condition and is in a perfect location close to everything in Rockridge. The owner is friendly and flexible. This is perhaps the best rental house experience we’ve ever had. Highest recommendation.

This delightful house is in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Oakland. I lived in the neighborhood for 30 years, so I know. Every detail about the house was thought out, including the heated toilet. I rented this for family coming from Italy. My 87 yo cousin and his daughter. They loved it. The house is off College Ave, a main shopping/eating street in Oakland. Market Hall with all the food and wine shops is just blocks away. Trader Joe’s is just on the other side of the BART station. So many restaurants and coffee shops. This the best part of Oakland.
