Room was new and clean, housekeeping only cleans the room after 3 days. One of the main reasons I booked there was because of the advertised fitness room, but it wasn’t open yet, pool wasn’t either. The free breakfast was pretty lacklustre even for being free. But all in all, the room was most important , and it was great.

Hotel is under renovations. Fortunately we were in a newly renovated room- however the smoke detector had plastic over it making us believe it was not working. We were excited to use some of the amenities however the pool was completely under construction and this was not mentioned when booking at all- very disappointing. Staff at desk Matthew was extremely helpful and kind

Having just opened a couple of days prior to our stay we were advised there could be glitches but to please let them know of any concerns and they would attempt to rectify any concerns right away. We had no concerns whatsoever the room was comfortable and clean, well maintained. The bed was
