Comfort Suites Near City of Industry - Los Angeles

Nothing against the staff or the place it self. Just keep in mind that it may be a safe haven for adventurous couples at times. Too adventurous sometimes. I'm guessing the neighboring adventurous involved an unfaithful dude. His wife showed up, caught the guy and woke up the entire section of the motel.

Very handy to have breakfast in the morning, especially traveling with kids.

The reservation was made for 6 people for the 2 queen plus sofa bed room. When we arrived late in the evening after traveling all day, we discovered the sofa bed was unmade. I went to the front desk and was given sheets to make the bed myself. I was told there were no additional pillows or blankets in the hotel so my family members were not given a completely made bed. I did find 1 pillow and a soaking wet blanket in the closet of the room. I asked the front desk for a discount since I was not provided what I paid for. I was told to speak to the manager during the week. During the day time during the week, I went to the front desk and explained the situation. She went into the back to talk to the manager. She came back and said they don't make the sofa bed and everything that is needed was supplied in the closet. This is a lie as the closet did not contain sheets, only 1 pillow, and a soaking wet blanket. She went back to the manager and came back with more excuses and blaming the evening front desk worker. The daytime front desk worker went back and forth between to the manager that refused to come out and speak to me directly. I eventually directly asked is he refusing to give me a discount for the services that I paid for and did not receive. She came back from speaking the manager and said yes. So I left after being scammed by this hotel selling a service they did not provide. Do not stay here. This was an awful experience with incomplete beds & bad management.
