The staff is excellent. Management needs to fix the electronic keys - they dont work at all. I had to get new keys every time i tried to go in my room.

Front desk staff helpful. You can easily miss the entrance but beside a Waffle House. Traffic has divider so if you miss entrance you must return. Beds comfy and always clean.

The bathroom lacked a fan to vent the room which may account for the heavy growth of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Beds were also old enough that with 2 of us in a queen bed we both rolled into the center. Staff was great but this place needs a remodel and a definite refresh!

Great Location and delicious breakfast. Bathrooms had mold and dirty, the floors smelled like a sewer, and room furniture were peeling and dirty looking.

The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of food choices. Only problem with our stay was we had no soap for the shower. Did not know until in the shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were nice. Will stay here again.

The interior was being repainted, so the fumes were overwhelming walking down halls. Bathroom tile was nasty and unkempt. Shower basin was stained and felt dirty and water was difficult to turn off. The room had a very damp feeling and IT STUNK. It was awful. I reported both concerns and was told they couldn’t do anything. This hotel needs much more than a simple repaint. I switched hotels after reading great reviews for this one. I regret that decision. My son’s team stayed in a nearby hotel that was much cleaner. He chose to sleep in a chair there, rather than stay in my room because he said my room was nasty.

The carpet was wet and the entire room smelled like mildew. The ceiling had water stains on it and the a/c unit was obviously leaking onto the floor.

The hotel lobby was very messy due to a storm which damaged plaster from the ceiling. We noticed it wasn’t cleaned until the next afternoon. The room was very humid inside, carpets wet and there was an odor due to the wet carpets which isn’t safe either. Breakfast left a lot to be desired which we didn’t use again and decided to eat elsewhere. We attempted to add our Aaa discount and were denied by the front desk person who seemed like he was barely all there to begin with.

When I first entered my room the first thing that hit me walking through the door was the room smelled like the previous customer smoked marijuana. I also did observe on my carpet floor what looked to be brown smoking paper that was burnt near the garbage can. Comfort Inn is supposed to o be a smoke free establishment. I told the front desk gentleman about my room situation. He said that he will have maintenance use the fog cleaner to get rid of the smoke and have house cleaning do a deep clean of the room. I left for the day to allow them time to get my room situated. When I came back, my room still smelled like smoke and the ashes of the brown smoking paper were still on the floor. I did see that the housekeeping people changed my towels and made my bed but they did not do a DEEP CLEAN. I am disappointed and wouldnt recommend this establishment.

We booked weeks in advance. We were given a room with a king bed just feet from the lobby. In the late evening hours conversations in the lobby could be heard in our room. We stayed two nights and for some reason our room was not cleaned after the first night. I don’t understand why it was not cleaned. We ended up asking for fresh towels from the front desk. The breakfast was great and definitely a plus. You get two remotes and no directions on which one does what. Overall disappointed when compared to other stays with Comfort Inn.

Property was good. Pleasant stay my only gripe was the fact that the windows do NOT have black out curtains and the lights from the parking lot are bright and shine in making for a less than perfect sleep.

Phone didn't work in room. So had to diwn to front desk or call from own room. Volume didn't work on tv. Said maintenance was calledd but nothing was ever done. Tv had two remotes and no instructions were given. Rooms had very thin walls and very noisy

Extremely loud heating system in 1st room placed. Paper thin walls made it too easy to hear everything being said in the room next door - without those guests being excessively loud. Water in shower failed to get hot. Shampoo/conditioner toiletries provided but no soap. Room was moved to slighter better room next to laundry but that TV did not work.

The staff when I checked in, were shift changing and were not friendly at all! The room needs some major updating! It was filthy! The bathtub could not even be used! The shower was barely outputting water and just cut off in the middle of taking one! No shampoo or conditioner and no soap!

My stay was canceled due to no availability. We purchased out stay online and had confirmation. MONEY was taken off my credit card and we got a call no rooms available day of my stay. I was there for work and had no place to stay after the hotel canceled my room for 3 days😡Very upset and unprofessional!

Paid online, I have done this multiple times as my husband is military and whenever the hotel is going to put a $100 hold on my card, I am told. Well here I wasn’t informed that when taking my card for on file they were going to put a $100 charge deposit and was taken by surprise. It would have been nice to have a heads up. Hotel was decent. Staff was super friendly and helpful, but they are working with what they have and it’s not much. The owner could definitely help ensure the bare minimum is met. Like a vacuumed room and toilet not left with bleach in it, where it filled the room with the aroma. Welp, thank you for the few nights stay. Tv and bedding was nice and air/heat worked great.

Saturday staff was rude and disrespectful ! My booking showed 3 guest me and my two kids I kept asking for washcloths that I never received due to so called housekeeping being off so I had to go buy washcloths for my me and my kids but the front desk was rude about the whole situation I would have never stayed here if Laquita wasn’t fully booked I will never stay here again kitchen staff was extremely excellent

While the hotel cannot control guest behavior, the type of guest this hotel attracts is less than desirable. Guest playing loud music in the common areas of the hotel, next door guests playing TV so loud you could hear it upon exiting the elevator. Front desk did respond to the floor and asked them to turn it down, those guests had a similar complaint the night before. The value for this room is way overpriced and should be considered price gouging for charging over $75 for this location, front side rooms can hear traffic going by on multilane highway. I had a previous bad experience here and didn't realize I made this reservation at same location, which is 100% my mistake.

While the hotel cannot control guest behavior, the type of guest this hotel attracts is less than desirable. Guest playing loud music in the common areas of the hotel, next door guests playing TV so loud you could hear it upon exiting the elevator. Front desk did respond to the floor and asked them to turn it down, those guests had a similar complaint the night before. Hotel is nice. Service stations close by. Eateries close by and in walking distance. All was good except the service at the desk at check in. The woman was not pleasant at all. Very stoic with bad customer service.

Front desk staff helpful. You can easily miss the entrance but beside a Waffle House. Traffic has divider so if you miss entrance you must return. Beds comfy and always clean.

The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of food choices. Only problem with our stay was we had no soap for the shower. Did not know until in the shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were nice. Will stay here again.

The hotel lobby was very messy due to a storm which damaged plaster from the ceiling. We noticed it wasn’t cleaned until the next afternoon. The room was very humid inside, carpets wet and there was an odor due to the wet carpets which isn’t safe either. Breakfast left a lot to be desired which we didn’t use again and decided to eat elsewhere. We attempted to add our Aaa discount and were denied by the front desk person who seemed like he was barely all there to begin with.

The staff is absolutely fantastic . Friendly, professional and always providing service with a smile and kindness. The pool was a must have with the 90 degree heat. We had Avery enjoyable stay.

The price that you pay for the rooms are not worth it and their breakfast is horrible… Housekeeping is wonderful and helpful but the rooms are old and needs to be updated…

My stay was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I had to wait in the lobby for over 15 minutes to check in because the staff was outside smoking instead of assisting guests. Once I finally got to my room, I discovered there was no hot water, making it impossible to take a proper shower. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was leaking, leaving water on the floor and creating an uncomfortable environment. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance and poor customer service made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.
