DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! We stayed one night because we have a child fighting for his life at St. Jude’s!! Everything is falling apart, the entire place was super dirty, and had a fowl smell. It says it’s a Baymount but it’s actually a Quality Inn so they totally lie about the hotel in and of itself. Our room had ZERO AC and it was about 100 degrees outside and inside. We tried to contact the front desk to switch rooms with a working AC and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Tried to tell them about how awful it was at checkout but nobody came to the desk so I couldn’t. I even rang the bell 3 times. They advertise a continental breakfast and they didn’t have hardly anything. They have a pool but it’s not even open and looked super gross. Honestly the entire stay was horrid and I would never go back! Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another hotel. Not only do they lie about the name of the hotel but also they lie about basic amenities such as Air Conditioning. Then refuse to help you when you try. Waste of money! Don’t do it. I don’t usually write reviews but this one was so awful it was necessary!

The management changed hands the day we checked in. The property had not been taken care of or maintained like it should. The new management and staff were very polite, courteous and helpful. We were their first customer. We chose to stay because of the staff and the cleanliness of our room. The hotel can be a decent place to stay with some renovation and TLC.

They started charging $20/day if we stayed past 11 am and not allowing us to check in until 3 pm even though the room was paid upfront for multiple days. The front desk lady has a horrible attitude.
