Seven Seas

Great !

I recently stayed one night at Seven Seas Inn and, unfortunately, do not plan on returning. I arrived to check in at 4:00 PM and was given the key to my room. However, when I opened the door, it was immediately clear that the room had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, there was a basket of linens on the couch, and the floor was sticky. I immediately returned to the front desk, where the staff was very apologetic and located the cleaning crew so they could prepare the room for us. I asked if another room was available, but was told there were no other options. As a result, we had to sit outside the room for approximately 45 minutes while it was cleaned, meaning we were unable to get settled until close to 5:00 PM despite the advertised 4:00 PM check-in time. Unfortunately, this did not make a good first impression. Once we were finally able to get into the room, we found it to be quite run-down and underwhelming compared to what we had expected based on other reviews. The AC unit was also extremely loud, and we hardly got any sleep because it ran so loudly throughout the night. I truly wish we had had a better experience, especially since so many other reviews rave about this property. I will say that the location is excellent—it is very close and within walking distance of restaurants and the ocean. However, between the delayed access to an uncleaned room and the condition and noise level of the room, our stay was disappointing overall.

We was very susceptible about the place, but then when we got there, we was very pleased will be using it again thanks again staff
