Two points made this otherwise wonderful property absolutely terrible: 1. The AC constantly turns on and off throughout the night. Anyone with any prior history of insomnia can relate to how difficult this situation can be. The thermostat gives no option to change this and even white noise machines can sometimes not help in these situations. 2. Why is the cleaning crew working at 8 AM To 9 AM? They're noisy, running carpet vacuum cleaners, speaking loudly and absolutely not respectful of the environment or the property's guests who might want to sleep in or rest a bit longer. I sincerely hope the management pays attention and at least remedies some of these problems.

This was a perfect "homebase" for the Davis Convention Center during a con. I was able to walk to this location if I needed to or drive as well. Plenty of good spots for dining or I was able to use the kitchenette without issue for breakfast. Staff was nice and while I didnt have any requests, I was greeted all three mornings during my visit. Room was clean without any issues, plenty of towels, pillows and anything else I could of asked for.
