Rude staff, no parking available when arrived. Given single room when I had booked a double room. Poorest service ever. Please see photo attached if room received before having to complain to hotel to get the room I should have received originally. Not what I expect when booking through Expedia

I sent a note to the hotel that we were going to be late. No one at front desk had to get security to give us a key. Found out they canceled my reservation.

Very Old hotel! Completely different than the photo shown. Don't get tricked by that. Room is very small and very old shower area where water will splash out from the booth due to poor shower curtain. Reception will close down at 8pm and they told me that they have sent room key code for KIOSK to retreat the key via email. But did not receive the email and too me a while to contact the manager to retrieve the code. very inefficient and not recommended!
