A wonderful home minutes away from North Conway and many other tourist locations. The host was great and the property was beautiful. We were very happy with our stay.

House was cozy, well appointed, spotlessly clean and just as advertised on the site. We had a wonderful visit and would love to visit again.

We had a lovely stay in Madison this summer! The house was very clean, no bugs inside (hard to get in NH!), and the kitchen was well stocked with the dishes and paper products we needed. Having a dishwasher and the included pods, as well as a washer/dryer and detergent was fantastic!We had an issue with the bees outside (as did the entire town apparently), and due to a drought, we were not able to use the fire pit at all, which was dictated by the fire warden. Neither of these were the fault of the property owner but wanted to note them separately.The property owner was very communicative and their expectations of us were clearly detailed in their documents. Items to note: you will need to get approvals from the fire warden to have any fires (the permit costs money), there are no beach towels provided, and you will need to take your trash with you when you leave or bring them to the transfer station. Overall, we had a great time, and would stay here again!
