La atención del personal, Josué y Steven, en el desayuno super atentos, se puede disfrutar de café capuchino, mocaccino, cafe con leche, y otros, todo delicioso. Astrid en la recepción muy amable. Newly renovated. Steps to the beach and nice restaurants such as the Bakery. The pool is a bit small but sufficient for a lazy day away from the beach. The young staff is super professional and friendly. David helped us settle in and throughout our stay listened patiently to my broken Spanish. Louis helped us book a ferry ride at Playa Naranjo because the website is in Spanish only. We hope to revisit some day

We had a great 2 night stay here and would definitely come back. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was excellent-I particularly loved the cappuccino machine! The pool was small but lovely. The ocean view was only partial due to trees, but it is only a block to to the beach which was beautiful.

Excelente atención desde el front desk hasta la atención en el restaurante. Se nos recibió muy bien. Los chicos del desayuno fueron super amables. El Gerente siempre estuvo muy atento y muy servicial. Incluso el personal de la noche brinda del front desk brindaba excelentes recomendaciones de restaurantes en la zona. Las amenidades de la habitación y del hotel están muy bien pensadas para satisfacer todas las necesidades de los huéspedes. Importante que cuente con parqueo y piscina, además de que tiene una ubicación céntrica y estratégica Sin duda regresaríamos y lo recomendaremos.

We could not be any happier, this was the best location, close to the beach, great pool area to relax in a shady spot for peace and quiet. The rooms and room service are 5***** clean and fresh, smells amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and so friendly. We felt like we were family. Look out for the two resident iguanas.

The room was spotless. The staff were very kind and interested in making our experience the best it could be. The breakfast was delicious and we could see monkeys in the trees while having our morning coffee. The view from the room was a bit obscured but we were so close to the beach it didn't matter. Great to have deals at local restaurants as well. We had a great stay!

I had stayed here before, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel has been completely renovated under new management. Everything is spotless, modern, and well-maintained. Short walk to the beach and surfing. Staff very friendly. Hotel is very clean, new and modern. Beds are comfortable. Lower rooms have windows to the inner courtyard, restaurant and pool, no windows to outside.

We stayed here for two days. Very clean room and hotel. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Nice comfortable bed. The most helpful and friendly staff. Especially David and Victor and Estrid. They respond to WhatsApp messages and calls immediately with helpful answers. David was on the phone with me for over twenty minutes walking me through the process of booking a ferry from Paquera to Puntarenas. We would most definitely stay here without hesitation if we are again in Santa Teresa!

Fabulous boutique hotel, with great design! Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants, bars, yet quiet for a good rest. There were small construction works being done during our stay, but the staff could not have been more accommodating, so we were not inconvenienced at all. A nice variety is offered for breakfast. The service was second to none, all staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Jose, Stephen and Luis, who even booked ferry tickets for us. You guys are a credit to the business! Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

This was great for our 3 night stay. In the perfect area, with amazing restaurants a short walk away. Right near the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing complimentary breakfast every morning. Would 10/10 stay here again. Can't go wrong staying here when in Santa Teresa!

Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hôtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout très bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hôtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite .

My three friends and I stayed at Hotel Santa Teresa by the Beach at the end of June (during the end of rainy season), and took advantage of their newly renovated two-bedroom apartment - which was a very spacious space with everything you need and more. The beachfront and garden view was a highlight of our trip. The staff and manager are incredibly friendly and will provide support with anything you need. The breakfast is a 11/10 with fresh fruit and classic breakfast options upon ordering - including pancakes, French toast, and CR rice and beans. We truly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Santa Teresa!!
