This was, without question, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. Calling this place a “Resort & Spa” is completely misleading and bears little resemblance to the reality of the property. We spent two days without air conditioning in our room, and what was even more frustrating than the problem itself was the complete indifference shown by the hotel staff. There was no real sense of urgency, no meaningful effort to resolve the issue, and very little concern for the inconvenience caused. The experience became even more absurd when we were given a bucket and two brooms to clean our own room, as housekeeping was apparently not included. Despite leaving the apartment tidy and in good condition, the staff later complained that we had not taken the rubbish out ourselves. The nearest rubbish bins were located on the other side of the hotel complex. Expecting paying guests to carry their rubbish across the property and clean their own accommodation is simply unacceptable. As if that wasn’t enough, we spent our entire four-day stay without Wi-Fi. Again, there was little apparent concern about resolving the problem. Breakfast was another disappointment: extremely basic, with very limited options, and certainly not worth the price being charged. To make matters worse, check-out is at 10:00 a.m., with absolutely no flexibility. Overall, this property feels much worse than staying in an Airbnb.

We received a warm welcome, and were shown quickly to a room that was clean, well laid out and more importantly kept cool. The area around the pool was busy but there was space on loungers whenever we visited. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of different options. The man working the bar was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay.

Bathroom shower base was broken kept popping off showing its age . Slipped on twice and not that safe if one falls. More of a safety issue told staff second day but no ever responded.
