Wir waren sehr zufrieden, gutes und einfaches Hotel, sehr angenehm und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage, Tram, einkaufen. Gute Velos zum mieten. Normalerweise sehr ruhig, zweimal mussten wir die Fenster schliessen, weil im Garten bis in die Nacht laut geredet wurde. Danke Bruno und Evelyne

Vi hadde en overnatting på hotellet. Fikk parkere bilen rett utenfor. Litt langt å gå til sentrum, så vi tok Uber. Fint rom og hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen.

Prima basis hotel, we sliepen er in verband met Vrienden van Amstel Live. Auto om de hoek parkeren bij Parkbee Heiman Dulleartplein, scheelt meer dan de helft parkeerkosten. 4 minuten wandelen vanaf het hotel.

Parking was a big issue. The website said they had some onsite parking but there was none. There was not even a spot to stop to unload on a very busy street. Facilities were a bit run down but the room was clean.

We were greeted very kindly. In addition, there were coffee and tea services in the room that was not available in other hotels. These were very impressive and beautiful. They also have a system that allows you to order food from various kitchens. Thus, you can easily order anything you want from different flavours in your room. I think I would recommend this hotel to everyone, besides, you can take a walk in Coolhaven, accompanied by a beautiful canal view.

This cheap and cheerful hotel was terrific value for money. When i tried to check in early they were able to allow me to do this since room was ready; Very convenient after a long journey! I had a lovely bright room overlooking the garden/ courtyard out the back. It was v. quiet( admittedly rooms overlooking road may have some more noise but not sure). Everything worked in en - suite bathroom good shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of breakfast buffet choices including hot items in attractive small kitchen area downstairs with restaurant. And v friendly staff!. Area close to historic delfshaven port and Euromast. Coolhaven metro stop close by. will definitely stay again!

Zeer schone, nette kamers. Bed prima, personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt was wat mager; broodjes al langer afgebakken vermoed ik en de melk/zuivel stond niet gekoeld. Familiekamer groot, prettig dat er aparte kamer is voor de kinderen. Lik verf tegen de muur/plinten zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very small and outdated. floorboard was broken in area and floorboards needed paint badly. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom was clean. If rooms were a bit updated this would be a fabulous little affordable gem super close to Schiecentrale Event Center.

Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze sehr unangenehm. Late check out gebucht und dafür 20€ gezahlt, Reinigungskraft macht ohne zu klopfen eine Stunde vor Check out einfach die Tür auf.. sollte vom Hotel besser kommuniziert werden, war sogar ein bitte nicht stören Schild an der Tür. Ansonsten ganz nettes Hotel

The wallpaper was pealing off the wall in a few places. Floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The room needed a paint job...and the TV was small. For the money I paid per night, I was expecting more than a 2 star hotel.

Afschuwelijk hotel. Zeer gedateerd. Wel opgeverfd maar dat is ook alles. Afvoer wastafel werkte niet goed. Afvoer toilet werkte niet. Matige matrassen. Ontbijt in kelder met zeer vel en koud licht.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec très grandes fenêtres. Grand lit double confortable, petite bouilloire pour faire son thé dans la chambre, télé avec Netflix et YouTube. Très propre, belle petite salle de bain sobre et douche spacieuse. Accessible à 5 minutes à pied du métro et du tramway. Les berges sont à 5 minutes aussi, très sympa pour se promener. Proche du centre ville, j'ai tout fait à pieds c'est environ 20/30 minutes de marche. Pas de petit frigo peut-être la seule déception mais comme mon séjour était court c'est OK. Je recommande, très bon rapport qualité prix pour Rotterdam !

Slaapkamer zeer gedateerd en slecht onderhouden; plinten waar de verf vanaf is, brandplekken van sigaretten op alle meubels, hoekplinten zeer slecht afgewerkt, verf van de muren af en ontzettend kleine badkamer.Zag er allemaal maar wat sjofeltjes uit.

Aspetti positivi: struttura a pochi passi da metro e tram, personale molto gentile e disponibile, buona la pulizia. Aspetti negativi: camera difforme dalle foto. La camera era davvero molto piccola, per non parlare del bagno, nel quale era difficile sedersi sul water senza sbattere contro il lavandino di fronte. Nota di colore: dopo aver fatto la doccia viene chiesto di non lasciare la porta del bagno aperta perché il vapore potrebbe far scattare il sensibile allarme rischiando l'evaquazione dell'interno hotel

Got the cosy single room, which was great and more than sufficient for my needs - good sized desk and a some electrical outlets woth built in USB ports. Nice clean bathroom. Would have been good if the late night access could be done with the card - had to wait 10 minutes while the person at the desk was helping a customer.

Hotel Port was excellent for my stay as a single traveler. The room was clean and cozy. Bathroom was very nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient as down the street had some restaurants and walking around the area was quite scenic.

Hotel Port was excellent for my stay as a single traveler. The room was clean and cozy. Bathroom was very nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient as down the street had some restaurants and walking around the area was quite scenic.

This cheap and cheerful hotel was terrific value for money. When i tried to check in early they were able to allow me to do this since room was ready; Very convenient after a long journey! I had a lovely bright room overlooking the garden/ courtyard out the back. It was v. quiet( admittedly rooms overlooking road may have some more noise but not sure). Everything worked in en - suite bathroom good shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of breakfast buffet choices including hot items in attractive small kitchen area downstairs with restaurant. And v friendly staff!. Area close to historic delfshaven port and Euromast. Coolhaven metro stop close by. will definitely stay again!

The staff was very nice, the room is quite small, the shower is great, it's not close to the busiest places but it's easily accessible by the subway which is two blocks away.

Not expensive and quiet location with helpful professional staff. A little bit out of the centre, but plenty of places within short walking distance, eg Pelgrim Delfshaven, Parqiet near Euromast, Bakeleit bar, Dahlak east african food. All brilliant.

Aspetti positivi: struttura a pochi passi da metro e tram, personale molto gentile e disponibile, buona la pulizia. Aspetti negativi: camera difforme dalle foto. La camera era davvero molto piccola, per non parlare del bagno, nel quale era difficile sedersi sul water senza sbattere contro il lavandino di fronte. Nota di colore: dopo aver fatto la doccia viene chiesto di non lasciare la porta del bagno aperta perché il vapore potrebbe far scattare il sensibile allarme rischiando l'evaquazione dell'interno hotel

Zeer schone, nette kamers. Bed prima, personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt was wat mager; broodjes al langer afgebakken vermoed ik en de melk/zuivel stond niet gekoeld. Familiekamer groot, prettig dat er aparte kamer is voor de kinderen. Lik verf tegen de muur/plinten zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Familie kamer . Prijzig voor het gene wat je krijgt , deuren versleten , vloer versleten ,kapotte losse plinten , airco,s niet werkend . Oppervlakkig gepoetst .Snachts luid door medebewoners en personeel.tv,s niet werkend . Dringend vernieuwings kuur nodig . Ontbijt oke . Personeel vriendelijk .

Afschuwelijk hotel. Zeer gedateerd. Wel opgeverfd maar dat is ook alles. Afvoer wastafel werkte niet goed. Afvoer toilet werkte niet. Matige matrassen. Ontbijt in kelder met zeer vel en koud licht.

Ich empfand meinen Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.. Frühstück war gut und mehr als ausreichen und mein Zimmer hat meine Bedürfnisse abgedeckt 😊

A basic Motel 6 (bare bones) type hotel. Walked to the Balkan Deli about 2 blocks away to get take out delicious goulash. Elevator works well which was needed for spouse with limited mobility.

The hotel states that they have EV chargers, they are actually in a car park 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was limited by tastes nice. The staff are helpful.

I honestly don’t understand how reviews are this good. We had two rooms and I kid you not the exact same thing happened in both rooms. When the rooms were ready the sheets were very stained - general dirt and even blood stains. We asked to have it replaced and they showed up with the manager and housekeeping, ”ok I guess change them” He proceeded to change them and while changing them I noticed he saw stains on the new sheets and tried to hide it by flipping it over which we caught him doing? We questioned it and he just sighed and removed all the sheets again and stormed off. 5 minutes later came with 2 new sheets, the first one he picks up has an even bigger stain so I tell him again not this one - and luckily he had another that was fine. We then went to second room and it literally happened in the exact same manner. 2 pairs of dirty sheets until ”clean” ones. When he was done I said thank you and he just ran away rudely. Unbelievable to expect clean sheets for 100€/night. The next morning breakfast is 7-10 we came down around 9.15 and it’s 90% empty, and don’t get me wrong even if you showed up at 7 you would be shocked at how small the breakfast is. If this was always included you couldn’t complain but paying extra for this ”breakfast” should be a crime. There was not enough for the four of us so we ended up having to go eat brunch shortly after. The only good thing is the bathrooms were newly renovated and modern. Stay away at all costs
