Persole gentilissimo,colazione ottima,stanza abbastanza grande,con un letto comodissimo...sarebbe perfetta,ma ci sono alcuni lavori di manutenzione nel rivestimento del bagno....ma è veramente minimo..ci tornerò sicueamente.la.posizione è lontana un paio di km dal centro,ma con un lungolago così bello è un piacere camminare....l'hotel da su una strada molto trafficata,ma è insonorizzata benissimo e si dorme bene. Complimenti infine x nn utilizzare plastica !!!

Leider sind aktuell noch Bauarbeiten am Haus. Sonst wäre die Bewertung besser. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht das auszugleichen und gibt sich alle Mühe. Leider ist die Bar auch noch nicht geöffnet. Den Besitzerwechsel sieht man den Gebäude schon an und ist kein Nachteil.

Our stay at MyLago was fantastic—primarily because of the location and the staff. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance and the lakefront/beach (spiaggia dei Pini) is literally two minutes walk from the front door. It is a very nice grassy/rocky beach with beautiful views and lots of benches which is nice for folks who cannot get up and down easily to lay out in the sun. The breakfast was abundant and delicious—really something special. The staff greeted us with smiles and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was onsite right in front of the hotel. Only negative was the air conditioner which struggled to cool the room and needed the help of a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable. Ceiling fan wobbled and was noisy. Room could use updating as well. The manager told us that they have scheduled renovations for November 2024 so I am sure those things will be addressed. But those small negatives certainly don’t outweigh the perfection of the location, the friendliness of the stellar staff, and the value of the outstanding breakfast. Highly recommend!

Leggendo le recensioni precedenti ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più, nonostante fossimo al corrente del fatto che si trattava di un hotel un po' datato. Abbiamo così prenotato una suite per avere il massimo comfort ma, appena arrivati, l'ascensore era guasto e abbiamo dovuto fare tre piani di scale con le valigie. Arrivati in camera ci siamo accorti che il pavimento era sporco e dopo averlo riferito in reception ci è stato detto che a causa del guasto all'ascensore l'operatrice non aveva potuto portare su l'aspirapolvere e che ce lo avrebbero pulito il giorno dopo. La camera al terzo piano con il terrazzone e’ meravigliosa. Pulita, luminosa e profumata. Il sorriso, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della ragazza in reception più unica che rara. Molto comodo al centro con una bellissima passeggiata di 10 minuti sul lungolago. Spero di tornarci!

Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Freunliches Personal. Zum See nur paar Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ausserdem ist um die Ecke, wahrscheinlich die beste Eisdiele Italiens.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, nella suite familiare composta da un soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Gli ambienti sono molto grandi e luminosi, l'arredamento è datato e non in ottime condizioni, ma è tutto molto pulito. Il letto matrimoniale è grande e comodo, il divano letto un po' meno. L'accoglienza e tutto il personale sono stati impeccabili. Riva del garda è una località magnifica, peccato che eravamo solo di passaggio. La struttura è vicinissima al lungolago e poco distante dal centro storico.
Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, nella suite familiare composta da un soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Gli ambienti sono molto grandi e luminosi, l'arredamento è datato e non in ottime condizioni, ma è tutto molto pulito. Il letto matrimoniale è grande e comodo, il divano letto un po' meno. L'accoglienza e tutto il personale sono stati impeccabili. Riva del garda è una località magnifica, peccato che eravamo solo di passaggio. La struttura è vicinissima al lungolago e poco distante dal centro storico.

Hotel ottimamente posizionato a due passi dal lago, 20 minuti dal centro ma vicino a negozi di ogni genere. Camere datate nell'arredamento (lo sapevamo quindi nessun problema) ma spaziose e con tutto il necessario. Personale di grande gentilezza, colazione ottima. Lo consiglio sicuramente.
Hotel ottimamente posizionato a due passi dal lago, 20 minuti dal centro ma vicino a negozi di ogni genere. Camere datate nell'arredamento (lo sapevamo quindi nessun problema) ma spaziose e con tutto il necessario. Personale di grande gentilezza, colazione ottima. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Sehr laut an der Hauptstrasse mit alten Fenstern als würde man an der Strasse liegen. Zimmereinrichtung sehr alt. Personal sehr freundlich. Verkehrsnah direkt an einer Tankstelle gelegen. Ich empfehle 50 Euro pro Nacht mehr auszugeben für einen besseren Standard.

Our stay at MyLago was fantastic—primarily because of the location and the staff. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance and the lakefront/beach (spiaggia dei Pini) is literally two minutes walk from the front door. It is a very nice grassy/rocky beach with beautiful views and lots of benches which is nice for folks who cannot get up and down easily to lay out in the sun. The breakfast was abundant and delicious—really something special. The staff greeted us with smiles and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was onsite right in front of the hotel. Only negative was the air conditioner which struggled to cool the room and needed the help of a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable. Ceiling fan wobbled and was noisy. Room could use updating as well. The manager told us that they have scheduled renovations for November 2024 so I am sure those things will be addressed. But those small negatives certainly don’t outweigh the perfection of the location, the friendliness of the stellar staff, and the value of the outstanding breakfast. Highly recommend!

Hotel ottimamente posizionato a due passi dal lago, 20 minuti dal centro ma vicino a negozi di ogni genere. Camere datate nell'arredamento (lo sapevamo quindi nessun problema) ma spaziose e con tutto il necessario. Personale di grande gentilezza, colazione ottima. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Freunliches Personal. Zum See nur paar Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ausserdem ist um die Ecke, wahrscheinlich die beste Eisdiele Italiens.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per due notti e l'esperienza è stata al di sotto delle aspettative. Leggendo le recensioni precedenti ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più, nonostante fossimo al corrente del fatto che si trattava di un hotel un po' datato. Abbiamo così prenotato una suite per avere il massimo comfort ma, appena arrivati, l'ascensore era guasto e abbiamo dovuto fare tre piani di scale con le valigie. Arrivati in camera ci siamo accorti che il pavimento era sporco e dopo averlo riferito in reception ci è stato detto che a causa del guasto all'ascensore l'operatrice non aveva potuto portare su l'aspirapolvere e che ce lo avrebbero pulito il giorno dopo. Mancava anche la presa shuko per il phon in dotazione. Il giorno seguente la stanza è stata pulita ma superficialmente e l'ascensore si è nuovamente guastato. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio sotterraneo, utile seppur un po'angusto e di difficili manovre. Colazione buona con varietà di torte fresche e confetture.
