👍👍👍…clean property with attentive staff. Included breakfast is from 7 AM - 10 AM. The gym is 24 hrs. The pool which is indoors is open until 10 PM. Of course, parking is on site.

Stayed here for a concert at Lakeview and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and the room had a microwave which was nice. The area was quiet and safe. The pool was closed for maintenance but that didn’t affect us.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle for Labor Day weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was welcoming, making check-in easy. My room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The hotel facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the well-maintained pool and the delicious breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

The lobby had an underlying smell of cigarette smoke covered by Pinesol. Also, the floor I was on had two vacuum cleaners out in the hall that didnt move the two nights I stayed there, and a random cleaning rag lying by the ice machine that also never moved. Separately, the gym is tiny with nowhere to stretch or do floor work. Finally, the mattress is very soft.

We had an overall wonderful stay at this hotel, but there's one glaring issue that needs addressing: the pool area. During our visit, the hotel hosted a pool party that ended up being a significant disturbance. The pool, which has a maximum capacity of just seven bathers, was overcrowded with what seemed like triple the number of people it could safely accommodate. This overcrowding made the pool area not only unpleasant but also potentially unsafe. The noise and activity from the pool party also disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance of the hotel. I question how such a small pool is permitted to host events of this scale in the first place. Aside from this, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. If the hotel addresses the issues with the pool, it would truly be a fantastic place to stay.

It is no longer Covid 19 times however our 5 night stay the room was not cleaned once. At a rate of $159.00 plus taxes. Had to request clean towels and toilet paper. Please improve on your overall room cleanliness. Breakfast was a nice touch as no restaurants close by. Jimmy John’s nearby been closed for some time now.

The room was disgusting and dirty. I was not happy at all. Things where covered in dust too. Fridge wasn’t cleaned out!!! It was very upsetting and the pictures look nothing like the place. The pool is small it was very disappointing especially at $200 a night ??? That’s just outrageous!!! The toilet was disgusting as well and not cleaned properly!!!

The hotel was clean, rooms are getting a little dated. Breakfast included was great! Good location to get for shopping and restaurants. Make sure you ask for your room to be cleaned if your there more then one night as we assumed it would be cleaned and it wasn’t. We found out when we checked out you have to ask.

The only complaint we had was that the room temperature wouldn't stay even. It was either blowing cold air or would turn off and be hot. This made it uncomfortable, especially to sleep. Other than that, the room and service was great!

This was a great hotel! The room was bigger than expected, and the couch bed was awesome! Was surprised at the trundle bed under the couch bed. We didn't use it, but others might. Check-in was smooth and Diamond at the desk was friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, and bread varieties. The area was quiet, and after spending all day at the fair, the quiet was welcome! Would definitely stay again! Thank you to all the staff!

No frills hotel with a nice overall appearance. The rooms are a little cramped and the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing - few options and not good quality. Given the price point, I would probably stay here again, but my back may think twice. My kids did enjoy the heated pool.

I made a mistake in my reservation, Hotels.com was not as cooperative as I would have liked, the were standing by company policy and wouldn’t budge. I worked with the hotel and Judy at the front desk was amazing, ensuring we were able to stay another night at the rate paid the 1st night. She was so friendly and cooperative, it helped me to realize how different it is when speaking with a kind and sweet individual, instead of communicating with a chat bot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, nice rooms, well designed with fridge and microwave and clean. Had trouble with our keycards even though we weren’t putting them next to our phones/in wallets which was only a slight annoyance. We came here last minute due to visiting family who was unable to accommodate us last minute. It was convenient location for us and got a good price too.

My family spent the week end and we enjoyed every moment. Hotel was exceptionally clean , rooms immaculate. Convenient ice machine, very good breakfast .Safe area and courteous staff. Reasonable distance to Destiny USA mall.

This was a great hotel! The room was bigger than expected, and the couch bed was awesome! Was surprised at the trundle bed under the couch bed. We didn't use it, but others might. Check-in was smooth and Diamond at the desk was friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, and bread varieties. The area was quiet, and after spending all day at the fair, the quiet was welcome! Would definitely stay again! Thank you to all the staff!

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle for Labor Day weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was welcoming, making check-in easy. My room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The hotel facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the well-maintained pool and the delicious breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed staying here on the way to send my son to school (college). There were many hotels in the area and the room had a huge couch. My daughter didn’t even need to open it to sleep on. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we need. The morning breakfast was delicious.

No frills hotel with a nice overall appearance. The rooms are a little cramped and the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing - few options and not good quality. Given the price point, I would probably stay here again, but my back may think twice. My kids did enjoy the heated pool.

This is a really nice hotel. But, there are two major negatives that caused me to drop some stars. 1. The beds are way to firm. I am a side sleeper and they are so firm that my hips can't settle in and the pressure on them causes so much pain that I have a sleepless night (and I'm a narrow hipped guy). I'm sure they are great for back sleepers, but a third of us are side sleepers. 2. Fox broadcasting being on every TV. Only a third of folks want to watch that and many find it offensive. There are so many neutral options! Other than that, I do highly recommend this property. So, if you are a back sleeping MAGA, this is a great property :-D

Everything was really great, food/parking/location/room/staff. I especially appreciated the "West Elm" pull out bunk-like sofa. It provided a huge amount of space (like slightly over twin xl) and just really worked. I will tell you, there was a blond lady hustling her bum off to keep reception and the breakfast going well and she knocked it out of the park (definitely deserves a bonus$). At check in there would have been a circus next to my room and they changed it, no questions asked, no making me feel bad. Like magic, all was well. I was incredibly grateful after a long drive. Area is safe and seems to be business-park-ish.

Not great when maybe too fully booked. When checking in the reception changed our room and said that Expedia had booked handycap room in error. Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast.
