The food in the hotel was excelent, breakfast menu was very good. Our room was a duplex, the furniture was outdated, the materesses were outdate and not comffy. Rooms lights at night were not enough, it was dark and dominated with "RED light". Furniture was clean, but looks old and missing some pecies, it felt empty in some corners. It had two bathrooms and one tiolet. The bathrooms need updating and maintinance work on them, shower floor tiles were brocken, Shattaf was broken and leaking water, shower door looked dirty and needs cleaning, but you can't see that with the poor lighting in the bathroom. Second bathroom was the same thing. The kitchen was clean but cabnites were water dameged. I had a look at the swiming pool, with the white lights and green tiles, it looked un clean. didnt go in. jakozy had no water in them, the gym lookd good. The lobby had three sections or four, one was bright with natural light with a small coffee shop, the coffee was not that good. The other lobby sitting just chairs with nothing to connect to the hotel. Cleaness, i give it 3.5/5, staff 5/5, room 2.5/5, pool and whatever behind that section 2/5, Lights in the room and decorations 2/5 at night, daytime with natural day light 3/5. location for me was 5/5 I give it at max 3/5.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, first time in Saudi Arabia, they made me feel at home, I stayed from December 23rd through the 26th in room 519. Amazing view, the best fine dining I’ve experienced in a long time. Breakfast and dinner buffets were more than amazing, I really enjoyed the spa experience as well. Everyone there made me feel valued and appreciated. I will be returning within the next couple of days.
