Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

I’ll start by saying that every time we walked in the lobby they were mopping the floors. So needless to say it was spotless! The room and bathroom were also very clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Microwave & Fridge were clean as well. À/C worked great. Nice view from top floor. Very quiet. Good parking. Check in was easy, quick and staff were nice and helpful. Location was great, super easy to find, close to restaurants & shopping. Breakfast was okay. Not much variety but enough to choose from and be okay to start the day. Typical hotel breakfast. They have cookies every night at the lobby. Fun little treat for the kids! Check out was also easy and quick. Overall good stay, happy we chose Springhill from all the other options around.

The room was clean except for the furniture. It needs cleaning! The couch is not comfortable for sitting. Not much noise insulation from the hall way or from the traffic outside.

Good hotel and breakfast. But the lines were long for breakfast every morning so it took a lot more time than expected to get through. Kids enjoyed the pool especially the little ring of water so that was fun.

Absolutely everything about our stay was wonderful. First, the front desk staff when responsive and made us feel very welcome! (We were also the guest of the week & gave us snacks for our room!) Second, our room was constantly cleaned and had everything we needed. Next, I appreciated the adult only times after 9pm in the pool and hot tub! The gym was also very well stocked, except we couldn't get the tvs to work. Lastly, the food accommodations and clean up/stocking staff was excellent! Loved there were fresh cookies every night and plenty of food for breakfast time every day. Every time something spilled or was empty, they were on it! They even kept the breakfast fully stocked till right at the end of the time (not letting it dwindle for the late waking guests to not have anything to choose from). They also had a dinner option Mon-Wed, but we really weren't at the hotel at that time to partake, but its so great that it's available! Thank you again for a great stay!
