Place needs to shut down and have an upgrade and a really good clean cobwebs everywhere blinds missing from doors, no pool, no bbq, no facilities at all breakfast was a bag of weetbix fan in room only had one setting working and mold in the aircon stay away

The property and surrounds were fairly run down and needed a bit maintenance. We were told on arrival that the pool was out of action and not available. Plus side, our accommodation cabin although possibly not luxury was clean, the bed was comfortable and the spa tub clean. However, the cabin urgently needed fumigating. In bushland so may be expected to a degree, but it was full of cockroaches, in the cupboard, on the walls and coffee table. If you don't like cockroaches and I certainly don't then don't book - we considered moving out at one stage and spent a sleepness night. Mentioned it when handing the key but not sure if it was taken onboard.

Being advertised on Wotif as a bed and breakfast. Advertised on Amore’s website as a continental breakfast included daily. When we inquired about this after checking in and noticing that there were no breakfast items in our room, the person at reception rang the manager and he told us that it is not provided anymore (we regard this as false advertising). Grounds and facilities extremely unkept eg. pool area, bin knocked over, lamppost knocked over, gardens and grounds require major clean up and trim back. Room itself was comfortable, spacious, quiet and private. Satisfied with the accommodation, however very disappointed that facilities and breakfast advertised were misleading, particularly the continental breakfast that is now ‘no more’, which was a factor for us booking it in the first place. Great spot for a quiet retreat. The room is spacious and well-designed, with a modern layout and comfortable bed. The standout feature is the jacuzzi right by the window, perfect for soaking while looking out into the forest. The private balcony offers a nice view of the surrounding greenery. If you're after some peace and quiet, this place delivers. Decor is modern with some interesting artwork to give it character. Solid choice if you want a comfortable, nature-filled escape.

Probably the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in and grossly overpriced. Reception staff didn’t speak English so I had to talk to someone on the phone to check in and even then they just took my Money and handed me a key with no other information about the facility. Upon entry to the cabin there was a half full packet of cigarettes sitting on the couch which was incredibly stained and felt dirty. The robe doors were not just broken but completely off the tracks and the outdoor area was very dirty and had a dirty ashtray with butts still in it. The cheap Venetian blinds were bent which compromised the privacy while in the spa bath. The spa itself was fine until we turned the jets on which filled the bath with a mass of ‘floaties’ of uknown origin. Needless to say the spa experience was very short lived. The shower cubicle leaked and was poorly designed. The bed was comfortable enough however all other furnishings were either dirty or in disrepair. For a discounted price of $370 for one night this establishment is an absolute rip off and the owners need to give some serious attention to the upkeep of the facilities to justify charging such a price. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Loved that it was so peaceful and relaxing, you woke up to birds & not traffic. Spa bath was a great size for single or couple. Loved the breakfast supplies. Only bad thing I have to say is normal maintenance is required, cobwebs cleaned & some furniture needs to be renewed as you can tell it's been there for sometime. Would definitely go back

Great location, very friendly staff, sadly room cleanliness and room maintenance must be seriously addressed before selling rooms to customers, no daily room servicing, funiture/bed needs updating (not comfortable) WiFi is very poor obviously due to rainforest, two of three included breakfast not received but these are very minor and fixable issues and would stay again.

A beautiful central location, but still felt like you were far away from the business of a town. Clean, tidy and spacious cabin, with plenty of space between each one. Lisa & Nick were wonderful. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I have stayed at Amore 3 times now. This stay was in Cabin 2 which we loved. It's modern and cosy with new, upgraded furnishings from our previous visits. Double spa bath is great and wood heater is toasty warm. Lisa is a warm and welcomjng host and only too happy to share her local knowledge if you need anything. The Buderim Forest Walk is close by as well as shops and resteraunts that can deliver. It's so close to everything but we love the tranquility and peace we always get from the cabins and rainforest surround. Highly recommend.
My husband and I have stayed at Amore 3 times now. This stay was in Cabin 2 which we loved. It's modern and cosy with new, upgraded furnishings from our previous visits. Double spa bath is great and wood heater is toasty warm. Lisa is a warm and welcomjng host and only too happy to share her local knowledge if you need anything. The Buderim Forest Walk is close by as well as shops and resteraunts that can deliver. It's so close to everything but we love the tranquility and peace we always get from the cabins and rainforest surround. Highly recommend.

The cabins were nice and private which we loved, along with the spa! However, the bed was hard and worn out. (It needs to be replaced.) Also the tv didn’t work properly and the cabin needs to be updated a little. All in all this place is nice for a getaway and is very relaxing.

The shower cubicle leaked and was poorly designed. The bed was comfortable enough however all other furnishings were either dirty or in disrepair. For a discounted price of $370 for one night this establishment is an absolute rip off and the owners need to give some serious attention to the upkeep of the facilities to justify charging such a price. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Had trouble checking in. No one in office at 2.15pm Monday and phone number was not answered after 2 calls. Eventually had a cleaner let us in. Nice grounds in the forest

Unfortunately I had to leave for family reasons on the night of my stay, so didn’t stay the night, but the check in went fine. The owners seem very friendly and lovely. The property is advertised a luxury but it is probably a 3 star. Some suggestions which are found in much cheaper places, would be to provide bottled water in the cabins, and some nicer amenities such as a tea selection or biscuits. Also needed is an update to the toiletries to nicer ones that are organic or eco friendly, this is expected for the price. Also bathrobes are in need of replacement so they match. There is no continental breakfast in the cabin as advertised. Had a beautiful spa bath area that is the highlight of the room. A nice touch was leaving some Lindt chocolates in a glass. The surrounding bush land is very pretty and overall it’s a nice place. A few little touches would really lift it.

Being advertised on Wotif as a bed and breakfast. Advertised on Amore’s website as a continental breakfast included daily. When we inquired about this after checking in and noticing that there were no breakfast items in our room, the person at reception rang the manager and he told us that it is not provided anymore (we regard this as false advertising). Grounds and facilities extremely unkept eg. pool area, bin knocked over, lamppost knocked over, gardens and grounds require major clean up and trim back. Room itself was comfortable, spacious, quiet and private. Satisfied with the accommodation, however very disappointed that facilities and breakfast advertised were misleading, particularly the continental breakfast that is now ‘no more’, which was a factor for us booking it in the first place. Would have been happy if a discount had have been offered due to this, however there was no attempt made to compensate for this false advertising.

Double spa bath is great and wood heater is toasty warm. Lisa is a warm and welcomjng host and only too happy to share her local knowledge if you need anything. The Buderim Forest Walk is close by as well as shops and resteraunts that can deliver. It's so close to everything but we love the tranquility and peace we always get from the cabins and rainforest surround. Highly recommend.

We were very well received by Lisa and Nick, the new owners of the lodge — both are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Even though we stayed just for the weekend, we were able to rest and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. The cabins are simple yet cozy, and the place is beautifully located — allowing a great connection with nature while still being close to the Sunshine Coast city centre and only about 30 minutes from the stunning beaches of Noosa. It was a lovely experience! 🌿

A beautiful central location, but still felt like you were far away from the business of a town. Clean, tidy and spacious cabin, with plenty of space between each one. Lisa & Nick were wonderful. We will definitely be back.

It was a lovely little cabin, the only thing i would mention is the drain in shower was higher than the floor, we thought the water was going to go over the tray and flood the floor. Otherwise everthing was great. It was close to 7/11 when i had a chocolates craving at midnight, so that was great.

Great location, very friendly staff, sadly room cleanliness and room maintenance must be seriously addressed before selling rooms to customers, no daily room servicing, funiture/bed needs updating (not comfortable) WiFi is very poor obviously due to rainforest, two of three included breakfast not received but these are very minor and fixable issues and would stay again.

Loved that it was so peaceful and relaxing, you woke up to birds & not traffic. Spa bath was a great size for single or couple. Loved the breakfast supplies. Only bad thing I have to say is normal maintenance is required, cobwebs cleaned & some furniture needs to be renewed as you can tell it's been there for sometime. Would definitely go back

This place was a real treat, close to the coast but away from the rush. The best part was the Kangaroos that joined us for breakfast with mum and her little joey. If you are looking for something a little different you will love this place.

A quaint, hidden gem of a property which was well located away from the hustle and bustle. Lisa, who manages the place, was lovely and friendly. The spa bath was a real treat and it was refreshing to stay in pet friendly accomodation that didn’t charge extra for your pet (big plus!). The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the cabin had a lovely homely feel. Only small negatives were that the towels were really thin, there was just a sheet and thin blanket (no duvet) so it got a bit cold during the night, the clock above the bath, which was a lovely feature, had a flat battery (easy fix), the shower head seemed quite old and took a bit of time to adjust to get the right water flow and direction, and the toilet made a loud filling noise intermittently through the night. These are all small and did not spoil the enjoyment of our stay. They’re just the reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

This is an older venue, so don't expect everything to look and feel new. The charm of the place is that it is older and really takes you away from the modern world and rat race. Nick and Lisa were great at looking after us, and the rainforest surrounds are so very tranquil. Enjoying a hot spa while looking out into the forest was magical.
