Bellissima struttura, ottimi servizi fra cui il ristorante e la spa. Ottima la possibilità di caricare l'auto ( presa industriale) senza pagare( se la carica avviene nel diurno o prima di notte, altrimenti si paga il servizio di custodia nel garage interno), un must non da poco. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile a risolvere ogni problematica.

Ruhig gelegenes, schönes kleines Hotel, etwas abseits vom Trubel, jedoch ist der kleine Hafen von Portese fußläufig erreichbar (leichter Anstieg auf dem Rückweg). Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Superior-Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war zwar von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung, benötigt jedoch ein Update, besonders die Dusche ist sehr klein und bietet wenig Ablagemöglicheiten. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Sicht auf Teile des Gardasee und die Umgebung (keine direkte Seelage). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Gras/Schotter) gibt es gegenüber vom Hotel, Tiefgarage kostet 13€/Tag. Die Getränkepreise des Hotels sind eher gehoben. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich gut, aber es fehlte an Abwechslung. Das Abendessen wird in vier Gängen serviert, die am Vorabend ausgewählt werden können (in der Regel stehen drei Gerichte zur Auswahl). Leider entsprach es nicht immer unserem Geschmack. Wir sind bereits mehrmals in der Villa Luisa gewesen. Der Service und dasFrühstück sind mittlerweile sehr gut. Es gibt 3 E-Ladepunkte fürs Auto. Mittagessen auch sehr gut. Gerne wieder!

Séjour en couple, en demi pension: petit dej très bon. Diner bon et copieux mais pas excellent non plus. On a paié l'accès au SPA et c'était excellent (10€ pour 1h dans la piscine avec jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, douche sensoriel, cascade d'eau sur le cou, salle relax avec boissons). Chambre et lit super avec un balcon vue lac. La nuit dans le parking souterrain est payante (8€) mais il y a un parking en extérieur gratuit. Les borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique sont lentes (3kw) mais dispo gratuitement même si dans le garage souterrain.

Habitación limpia y correcta. La cama no fue la más confortable que he utilizado. Hotel correcto y práctico si estás con vehículo. Para utilizar los servicios de SPA hay que reservarlos con antelación. El parking en el hotel tiene un costo de EUR 13/día (notificado post reserva) pero hay uno gratuito enfrente al hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr schön sauber und gespflegt. Das Personal alle sehr freundlich, vor allem die Dame an der Reception die uns empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet hat. Auch der aufgestellte sehr aufmerksame Herr im Restaurant war äusserst feundlich und aufgestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war top alles frisch und vielfältig. Alle waren sehr bemüht das fehlende wieder aufzufüllen. Die Zimmer sind sauber ein kleiner Kühlschrank steht zur verfügung super praktisch. Der Pool ist sauber und das Wasser schön warm. Poolbar auch gut mit freundlichem Personal. Wellness haben wir nicht genutzt da einfach zu warm war. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber dem Hotel kostenfrei super da auch Video überwacht oder für 15 Euro/Tag in der Tiefgarage. Umgebung zu Fuss ist man in ca 10-15 Minuten am Porto Portese sehr schön auch zum baden. Hotel Villa Luisa is a nice small hotel in the quiet village Portese. The hotel is situated in walking distance from the port of Portese and a few nice restaurants. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The pool area is very nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The breakfast selection is very nice with a large selection of fruits, eggs, bread and everything you look for. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. However, it would be good to have more storage space in the room, here is some room for improvement. Also, the shower cabin is very small and could use a renovation. The large balcony with amazing views of the Lake Garda is great. We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back sometime.

Sehr, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal von A-Z. Nachdem in einer Nacht von 1 bis 2 Uhr im Nebenzimmer Riesenlärm von Gästen veranstaltet wurde, und ich mich beschwert habe, wurde das unverzüglich behoben. Als kleine Entschädigung erhielt ich vom Manager eine Flasche Sekt. Auch die Zimmer, Räumlichkeiten und Poolanlage sehr schön und sauber. Schöner Urlaub!

Es gab keinen Schrank im Zimmer, nur eine Kleiderstange und Regalböden sowie Schubladen auf dem Fussboden. Dies ist sehr unpraktisch. (es ist sicher einfacher zu reinigen als ein Schrank, aber als Gast eher gewöhnungsbedürftig). Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, besonders an Kuchen und süßen Artikeln. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt etwas überteuert, da der Wellness-Bereich extra kostet. Halbpension hatten wir nicht gebucht, da wir vor Ort essen wollten. Villa Luisa is a very interesting location to spend time having fun and relaxing at Lake Garda. The property offers numerous comforts and services, such as a swimming pool, wellness area, restaurant, and bistro. The service is very efficient in all aspects, prompt in responses, and attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are spacious and recently furnished, and I was fortunate to stay in an apartment with a lake view. An area for improvement is the lack of wardrobes and the poor sound insulation of the rooms. In my opinion, the structure and organization reflect what a 4-star hotel should be, but often is not.

Ausstattung des Zimmers inakzeptabel. Wir bekamen für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kids, 11 15) sowie 2 Hunden ein winziges Zimmer komplett ohne Kleiderschrank. Es befand sich lediglich eine kleine Kleiderstange mit 5 Bügeln sowie kleine Ablageböden im Eingangsbereich. (Bild ist angefügt, hinter dem Spiegel befindet sich kein Schrank-was wir zuerst dachten). Aus dem Koffern zu leben war ebenfalls nicht möglich, da 4 Koffer nicht ausgeklappt auf den Boden gepasst haben. So etwas haben wir noch nie gesehen, obwohl wir sehr viel reisen. Ein Gespräch an der Rezeption erbrachte lediglich 1 Lösung: Aufpreis für ein Zimmer mit Kleiderschrank 100€ pro Nacht!!!! Für die Hunde ( jeweils 3 kg) bezahlten wir 30€ pro Nacht. Einen Schrank bei Ikea zu kaufen und auf den Balkon zu stellen wäre definitiv günstiger gewesen. Das Management verhielt sich völlig desinteressiert. Das Zimmer ist für 4 Personen und 2 Hunden nicht vermietbar - fertig! Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir das Hotel keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

Hotel Villa Luisa is a nice small hotel in the quiet village Portese. The hotel is situated in walking distance from the port of Portese and a few nice restaurants. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The pool area is very nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The breakfast selection is very nice with a large selection of fruits, eggs, bread and everything you look for. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. However, it would be good to have more storage space in the room, here is some room for improvement. Also, the shower cabin is very small and could use a renovation. The large balcony with amazing views of the Lake Garda is great. We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back sometime.

Nachdem in einer Nacht von 1 bis 2 Uhr im Nebenzimmer Riesenlärm von Gästen veranstaltet wurde, und ich mich beschwert habe, wurde das unverzüglich behoben. Tutto molto piacevole,location molto carina e pulita. Personale cordiale nel complesso . Piscina e spa gradevoli . Unico neo che stona la receptionist che nonostante avessimo prenotato con possibilità di late check out,ha insistito e polemizzato a lungo con noi.Sconsiglio vivamente questo atteggiamento ostile nei confronti di un cliente. Bellissima struttura, ottimi servizi fra cui il ristorante e la spa. Ottima la possibilità di caricare l'auto ( presa industriale) senza pagare( se la carica avviene nel diurno o prima di notte, altrimenti si paga il servizio di custodia nel garage interno), un must non da poco. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile a risolvere ogni problematica.

We loved this hotel and location. The staff are amazing and so attentive. Lovely facilites and great food. We hired a car which I would recommend from Europcar at Milan Linate airport. We were 30 mins from Sirmione and just over an hour to Limome Sul Garda. Nice restaurants only 4 mins away in San Felice Benaco.

I made the booking under my name and was later joined by a friend. At checkout, I was harassed, made to feel like a criminal, and made to pay extra because I did not inform them in the middle of the night that I had a guest in my room. I’m not a child, and they are not my parents, and I’m entitled to my privacy. Also, videos and photos of the beautiful surroundings were interrupted early in the morning by construction on-site.

Unique atmosphere with a qenuine and lovely attention from the staff providing top of the edge service all over the hotel. Their new apartment building is fantastic and offers peace and spaceous rolms and suites. Management is visible troughout the hotel and thrives to give you a warm and welcome feeling.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an der strandpromenade, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig man kann kostenlos parken und für Ausflüge ist es durchaus gut gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren gut klimatisiert und praktisch eingerichtet selbst für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Wir würden wieder dorthin reisen.

Habitación limpia y correcta. La cama no fue la más confortable que he utilizado. Hotel correcto y práctico si estás con vehículo. Para utilizar los servicios de SPA hay que reservarlos con antelación. El parking en el hotel tiene un costo de EUR 13/día (notificado post reserva) pero hay uno gratuito enfrente al hotel.

Wir hatten ein Apartment gemietet. Dieses war gut ausgestattet (inklusive Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Direkt angrenzend war der Mitarbeiterparkplatz, den wir benutzen konnten. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Poolanlage sah sauber aus.

Das Superior-Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war zwar von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung, benötigt jedoch ein Update, besonders die Dusche ist sehr klein und bietet wenig Ablagemöglicheiten. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Sicht auf Teile des Gardasee und die Umgebung (keine direkte Seelage). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Gras/Schotter) gibt es gegenüber vom Hotel, Tiefgarage kostet 13€/Tag. Die Getränkepreise des Hotels sind eher gehoben. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich gut, aber es fehlte an Abwechslung. Das Abendessen wird in vier Gängen serviert, die am Vorabend ausgewählt werden können (in der Regel stehen drei Gerichte zur Auswahl). Leider entsprach es nicht immer unserem Geschmack. Es gibt keine Kleiderordnung beim Abendessen, Bermudas und Flip-Flops wurden toleriert. Daher kann man sich die Halbpension sparen, wenn man gerne mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Hotel Villa Luisa is a nice small hotel in the quiet village Portese. The hotel is situated in walking distance from the port of Portese and a few nice restaurants. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The pool area is very nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The breakfast selection is very nice with a large selection of fruits, eggs, bread and everything you look for. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. However, it would be good to have more storage space in the room, here is some room for improvement. Also, the shower cabin is very small and could use a renovation. The large balcony with amazing views of the Lake Garda is great. We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back sometime.

Das Hotel war sehr schön sauber und gespflegt. Das Personal alle sehr freundlich, vor allem die Dame an der Reception die uns empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet hat. Auch der aufgestellte sehr aufmerksame Herr im Restaurant war äusserst feundlich und aufgestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war top alles frisch und vielfältig. Alle waren sehr bemüht das fehlende wieder aufzufüllen. Die Zimmer sind sauber ein kleiner Kühlschrank steht zur verfügung super praktisch. Der Pool ist sauber und das Wasser schön warm. Poolbar auch gut mit freundlichem Personal. Wellness haben wir nicht genutzt da einfach zu warm war. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber dem Hotel kostenfrei super da auch Video überwacht oder für 15 Euro/Tag in der Tiefgarage. Umgebung zu Fuss ist man in ca 10-15 Minuten am Porto Portese sehr schön auch zum baden. Alles im allem ist ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zu empfehlen da auch die Umgebung wunderschön ist und vieles zum erkunden bietet.

The Hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff, food. Cleanliness, pool. Nicely located, although we did have a car, we could also walk to Portese. Would recommend and would return again.

Fantastic stay in a 2 bed apartment, kids loved the pool and the restaurant was amazing. Staff are fantastic and a great.location to visit garda and surrounding area from. We will definitely come back.

The accommodation was clean on arrival and well presented. Unfortunately the service was minimal. Staff did not clean, wash our towels or even deliver toilet roll to our rooms when requested as we ran out. My husband was asked to come to reception and collect it. There was a washing machine and we laundered our own towels. The spa was ok, would not make me visit. The stay was pleasant, the pool and area of the hotel were good. The level of service was extremely basic for a hotel.

Unique atmosphere with a qenuine and lovely attention from the staff providing top of the edge service all over the hotel.
