Very happy with our stay. Our room was clean, safe, quiet, well-maintained and affordable! They also have a fridge and microwave in every room, and parking is right outside your door. They should stop saying they offer breakfast though since it's so minimal. Highly recommended for frugal travelers.

First of all the man at the front desk was also busy cleaning. Not a problem, but then who is attending the front desk? So he was running back & forth. We we're given a room & the bed & sheets were clean, but the toilet had sprinkles of mold on the seat. Which means it hadn't been used or cleaned in awhile. The shower at first seemed clean but when you looked closer you could see the water spots & soap scum... So I brought it to the desk clerks attention & he moved us to another room. The bed was clean, and the toilet seat was cleaner than the other, but the shower still had water spots & soap scum. They have installed the showers with a granite looking liner, which hides the water spots quite well, but I could tell it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly. I felt that at least the sheets were clean, but they need someone solid to clean. While the desk clerk was nice, We all know that most men aren't the best cleaners... Sorry, just stating a fact. And the breakfast was a mediocre continental breakfast.

Proprietor was very helpful getting me settled in a room to my liking. Property was 1/4 mile off the freeway but very quiet all night. Close by were a number if restaurants and the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! Very good value for the money.

Place was well maintained and updated especially for an older property. The owner has done a good job keeping the place updated and nice. It is clear he cares about the place. It was a great deal for the price and one of the bright spots on our trip.
