We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Rooms are massive and plenty of room. Only thing missing was an iron but I didn’t need one so didn’t bother asking. The car park is €10 per day which can be difficult to find especially when you don’t know the area and very tight spaces. The hotel was stunning overall and great location only thing that let it down was the view from the room which was just a wall in front. Breakfast was great and good variety of foods.

Nice clean room, nice balcony, but not the best view. The pool area was very nice with great views over the promenade and sea. However, the pool area space was quite tight with some days without any spare loungers. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Excellent overall, facilities, heated pool, breakfast. Only downside for some may be the nearby rock bar ”Harleys” (good bar & food in itself) having live show most nights from 9-11pm. Special thanks to Angel who kindly facilitated a prolonged stay on our last day

Every nice place in the middle of Costa Adeje. Essentially a one-bedroom apartment. It is NOT on the beach, but a short walk away. Break&ask buffet included. Parking garage available at 10 Euros per night, or you can park on the street (good luck) or find a public lot. Reception staff was inconsistent — some cordial and accommodating, others intransigent. Air conditioning broke but it took a few days to notice, then reception tried to convince us it was okay, then finally offered a different unit and comped our parking charges.

De ligging met uitzicht op zee, het zwembad, de terrassen en het buiten kunnen ontbijten. Het appartement was groot en mooi en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Er was ook een gym. Enig minpuntje is dat het in uitgaansgebied ligt met enige overlast door café's met optredens en karaoke. Daarnaast komen er kakkerlakken voor in de directe omgeving (maar niet in de accomodaties!)

Very nice resort, good location with fantastic staff, however the experience was marred by the beds that swayed and rocked with the slightest movement. Additional sun umbrellas around the pool are really needed.

Lovely ,modern,clean apartment fully equipped for self catering.Full maid sevice every day. Good size balcony with clever pull out drying lines. Good quality shower gel and body cream ,large shower and never ran out of hot water. First time using a salt water swimming pool and absolutely the best ever. Short walk to beach resteraunts and shops via quite a lot of steps but can be avoided by use of nearby escalators and hotel has ramps for mobility scooters and wheelchair users. Would highly recommend.

Our fault for not complaining during our 3 night stay. We had sub-basement room which had damp odour and each night we had to remove about 5 spiders. The breakfast was cold baked beans. Or omelette which the chefs did not cook the fillings properly, just dumped it in the egg mix and folded. Raw onion needs a but of frying. One plus, the conveyor belt toaster actually toasted the bread perfectly. The local area had drunk people who probably rarely went abroad and had no idea how to conduct themselves. Further along the coast, the class of people improved. Give this place a miss.

Very clean and spacious apartments. Everything you need in your apartments for your holiday is there. Very accommodating because my wife broke her foot and they gave us a ground floor room. Very central and will definitely stay there again. Thanks you flamingo beach mate for a very good holiday.

Good breakfast, clean hotel room and communal areas. Very helpful staff. We requested ground floor rooms which we were given. However there was an issue with the drains and the smell was awful. We asked to be moved and were offered new rooms right away. Maintenance also resolved the drain issue on the same day. So overall I was very satisfied

Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. The hotel is currently a construction site, which was never mentioned when we booked. There are building materials, tools, paint, plaster and dust everywhere, making the place feel unsafe and dirty. Large areas are unfinished, noisy and completely unlike the photos online. Our room itself was not ready for guests. The air-conditioning wasn’t even connected, the door seal was coming off, and the general cleanliness was poor. It’s clear they are still working on the rooms, yet they continue to charge full price. We booked this trip for our anniversary and informed the hotel in advance, hoping for a small gesture. Instead, the staff were rude, dismissive and not helpful at all. They refused to provide anything for the occasion, despite flyers in the room advertising that they offer cakes for special events. For the price paid, this stay was extremely disappointing. The overall conditions are unsafe, unfinished and far below a four-star standard. I would not recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay at Flamingo Beach Mate. The apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room to relax and store luggage comfortably. The buffet breakfast had a great selection every morning, with lots of choice and good quality food. The staff were the standout feature – consistently friendly, professional and delivering customer service to a really high level throughout the stay.

Myself and my husband stayed for 3 nights this month and absolutely loved the hotel. Rooms were beautiful, location was fab, breakfast was really nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bar downstairs is very noisy, but the music stops at 11pm so wasn’t an issue for us, but could be if you have young children. Would definitely stay again. Thanks guys

Great location, lovely staff who were really helpful. Pool area and public areas were beautiful, our room location wasn't the best, we had a 1 bedroom apartment, the bedroom had a little balcony and then you had a main balcony off the living room, our little balcony however was sort of inside and next to their office, so it seemed a little silly being there as we wouldn't use it 😂 but other rooms you could see their small balcony was outside, that was the only small downside - the location of the room. However the way our main balcony faced was great as from midday onwards we had the sun until it went down which was nice. Another small thing was the plumbing smell, occasionally the drains etc. were a bit stinky but not terrible. Breakfast had good options, the fresh juices weren't the best, that was the only let down. Being October it was relatively quiet and the pool wasn't too busy. All staff we came across were really lovely and really helpful and we had a lovely time. The views and the sunsets you get are amazing.

The front desk staff was very helpful and always gave good answers to the information we needed. Most other staffmembers English was not good and frequently there was some misunderstanding. The breakfast could be better. Live music in the hotel bar was sadly not good. Noise from the karaoke and beach bars is constant except after midnight so try to get a room away from the beach. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and clean with friendly staff and we really enjoyed our stay after we managed to change rooms as we were aiming for a "quiet relaxation" holiday. We stayed for 11 nights. A lot of drunk UK nationals do bring the area down a bit... We recommend staying at the Flamingo Beach Mate.

From the friendly welcome, the nice room (although could have done with seating, it was big enough!), huge bathroom, nice balcony, relaxing pool areas, nice breakfast to being able to arrange late check out, this was a lovely place to stay. It's a gem of a hotel made even better by the lovely staff.

Good breakfast, clean hotel room and communal areas. Very helpful staff. We requested ground floor rooms which we were given. However there was an issue with the drains and the smell was awful. We asked to be moved and were offered new rooms right away. Maintenance also resolved the drain issue on the same day. So overall I was very satisfied

Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. The hotel is currently a construction site, which was never mentioned when we booked. There are building materials, tools, paint, plaster and dust everywhere, making the place feel unsafe and dirty. Large areas are unfinished, noisy and completely unlike the photos online. Our room itself was not ready for guests. The air-conditioning wasn’t even connected, the door seal was coming off, and the general cleanliness was poor. It’s clear they are still working on the rooms, yet they continue to charge full price. We booked this trip for our anniversary and informed the hotel in advance, hoping for a small gesture. Instead, the staff were rude, dismissive and not helpful at all. They refused to provide anything for the occasion, despite flyers in the room advertising that they offer cakes for special events. Fantastic property in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was huge and spotless. Lovely view over the pool. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. We will definitely return !

Great location, lovely staff who were really helpful. Pool area and public areas were beautiful, our room location wasn't the best, we had a 1 bedroom apartment, the bedroom had a little balcony and then you had a main balcony off the living room, our little balcony however was sort of inside and next to their office, so it seemed a little silly being there as we wouldn't use it 😂 but other rooms you could see their small balcony was outside, that was the only small downside - the location of the room. However the way our main balcony faced was great as from midday onwards we had the sun until it went down which was nice. Another small thing was the plumbing smell, occasionally the drains etc. were a bit stinky but not terrible. Breakfast had good options, the fresh juices weren't the best, that was the only let down. Being October it was relatively quiet and the pool wasn't too busy. All staff we came across were really lovely and really helpful and we had a lovely time. The views and the sunsets you get are amazing.

Every nice place in the middle of Costa Adeje. Essentially a one-bedroom apartment. It is NOT on the beach, but a short walk away. Break&ask buffet included. Parking garage available at 10 Euros per night, or you can park on the street (good luck) or find a public lot. Reception staff was inconsistent — some cordial and accommodating, others intransigent. Air conditioning broke but it took a few days to notice, then reception tried to convince us it was okay, then finally offered a different unit and comped our parking charges.

Myself and my husband stayed for 3 nights this month and absolutely loved the hotel. Rooms were beautiful, location was fab, breakfast was really nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bar downstairs is very noisy, but the music stops at 11pm so wasn’t an issue for us, but could be if you have young children. Would definitely stay again. Thanks guys

Our stay a Flamingo was perfect. The apartment sizes were big, very clean and modern. The resort itself is very clean and modern and the location is amazing, very central to all key areas in Costa Adeje. A great place for family and kids. We will definitely be coming back.

Die Lage hat mir gut gefallen. Man konnte zu Fuß zur Promenade gehen. Es war auch schön am Pool. Das Frühstück war leider eher lauwarm - wir waren aus persönlichen Gründen immer direkt morgens bei der Öffnung des Speisesaals da :)

Our fault for not complaining during our 3 night stay. We had sub-basement room which had damp odour and each night we had to remove about 5 spiders. The breakfast was cold baked beans. Or omelette which the chefs did not cook the fillings properly, just dumped it in the egg mix and folded. Raw onion needs a but of frying. One plus, the conveyor belt toaster actually toasted the bread perfectly. The local area had drunk people who probably rarely went abroad and had no idea how to conduct themselves. Further along the coast, the class of people improved. Give this place a miss.

Excellent overall, facilities, heated pool, breakfast. Only downside for some may be the nearby rock bar ”Harleys” (good bar & food in itself) having live show most nights from 9-11pm. Special thanks to Angel who kindly facilitated a prolonged stay on our last day

Fantastic stay at Flamingo Beach Mate. The apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room to relax and store luggage comfortably. The buffet breakfast had a great selection every morning, with lots of choice and good quality food. The staff were the standout feature – consistently friendly, professional and delivering customer service to a really high level throughout the stay.

This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were modern, clean and stylish. The swimming pool area was lovely with comfortable sun beds. The breakfast has a great selection and was delicious. The staff were extremely nice, especially at reception. It is situated in a perfect area as it is so close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.

Building work being done in resort, nothing was mentioned upon check in or upon booking. Drilling next to the pool and workmen working from morning till afternoon. We chose not to use the pool for this reason and wasn’t the best to walk through considering the price you payed for the hotel

This is a great location if you want to be close to the action but removed from the chaos. The front desk staff were excellent, until we tried to book extra days, where the price went up and was more expensive than Dreams Jardin, which we went to and was a definite step up in every aspect. The room that was provided had a mini kitchen that was nice, but we never used. The view was of a white wall, so we tried to change rooms and nothing was available. There are rooms with excellent views and others with terrible views. Overall an ok property, but better ones are are available elsewhere for a better price!

The stay is a minimum AIRBNB experience, although you pay for a 4 star hotel. It would have been much cheaper with AIRBNB. We stayed 17 nights and no sheet change, towels with holes in them, understaffed. The cleaning meant just moping and throwing away the garbage. The breakfast, the minimum you could think of and not that fresh products. In all that complex I think I say at most the same 20 people for all areas. We stayed before and it was a hotel experience. Now again it's just an over expensive airbnb. I will never come back.
