Väldigt vackert och trevligt hotell. Underbart poolområde, jättebra gym och nära till stranden. Rekommenderas varmt!

fint hotel med fin pool & tillgång till stranden. frukosten var utmärkt. Fint & nybyggt gym där det dock inte fanns något dricksvatten, man skulle köpa det vid poolbaren, otroligt snålt. AC på gymmet var avstängd nattetid, det blev lite extra svettig på morgonen.

Very good value and high quality hotel. A bit far out of town but we had a car. Food and drinks double the price of bars etc in town . Tennis and Padel were too expensive to use .

Hotel was ok but lack of amenities, huge open spaces in rooms as if furniture missing, no basic facilities like tea/coffee making, it claims to be 4 star, it could be but they need to sort out facilities in the Hotel, huge Bar and area around on ground floor but not currently open

Whilst we had a very nice holiday here we were disappointed to find that there was no communal bar/lounge area nor a permanently established indoor restaurant (the indoor part was the breakfast room; the dining restaurant was entirely outdoor either in gardens or by the pool with no option to dine inside). On the one cool and cloudy day - too chilly to be outside - there was nowhere warm and communal to lounge around or get drinks. You had to be either outside by the pool or in your room. Although described as a "hotel" it doesn't seem to offer the full suite of services I would typically expect because it lacks that communal area. Secondly, we were visiting end of season about 3 weeks prior to seasonal close and they seemed to be getting low in stock of our chosen wines at dinner eg we were selecting the last bottle or the wine was no longer available. However, the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely - as a keen swimmer I enjoyed doing daily laps because it offers a good length of at least c. 25m in the longest stretch. The gym has good cardio equipment although it was annoying to find there was no water available to gym users. Regarding location: it is a short 10 min taxi ride outside of Estepon. Taxis could be called very quickly. Nearest grocery store is almost literally across the road but on foot is via a circuitous walk in order to cross a very busy dual carriageway.

Nice hotel But we had difficulties with the wifi Plus the hotel need more entertainment either at the pool or at the beach

Accueil très froid, avec une hôtesse qui insistait pour nous vendre la pension complète alors je nous avions opté pour la DP ainsi qu’un accès payant au spa. Le parking sous terrain à un prix exagéré de 20€ par jour et difficulté à trouver une place extérieure au bord d’une voie rapide. Pas possible de se promener jusqu’à la ville car pas de sentier. Hôtel sans âme, qui semble vide, la suite est immense mais vide, 3eme adulte dort sur un canapé lit très bas au confort sommaire alors que le prix est le même pour chaque occupant. A 600€ la nuit pour 3 on pourrait avoir 3 lits corrects. Dîner servi uniquement en plein air sous une toile de tente, avec la même carte pendant tout le séjour (on a vite fait le tour de la carte) pas de spécialité espagnole comme la paella. Petit déjeuner très bon, choix et produits frais. Seul point positif, pas besoin de réserver une chaise longue, on en trouve tout au long de la journée. Plage publique avec une vingtaine de chaises longues gratuites pour les clients de l’hôtel, plage de sable gris pas très propre, de gros galets pour accéder à la mer avec une pente abrupte qui rend l’exercice compliqué et douloureux. Bref, hôtel qui correspond à ceux qui cherchent à se reposer au calme, sans bouger. Personnellement nous n’y retournerons pas.

i visited this hotel a few years back when it operated under the name, fuerte estepona so we decided to return. we stayed a night, sat to sat and having returned a few days ago, i wish to point out that it was below my expectation. this hotel has so much potential. when we checked in i asked for private parking which costs €20 which i understand but the offer you a package for €30 which also includes kids club, padel tennis amongst other things. i had never heard than an hotel charges you extra for kids club or padel tennis. on the topic of kids club, there were no announcements of activities taking part. we were not informed of where the restaurants where or what time the breakfasts was. after a windy day on saturday, we ate on our sunbed which is quite nice. however, prices are a bit expensive. there is an extra charge as they take the food to you. however, once you are done, they won't come to clear up. after 2 hours i decided to take it back to the bar as the wind was blowing everything away and they were aware but decided not to do anything about it. staff is walking around sunbeds waiting for you to place orders but that is it. there was only 1 lift operating which can be quite annoying. the staff was either new or way under-trained. i dont think i will be returning to this hotel for the rate you pay.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente los espacios verdes, piscinas y habitación . El desayuno muy bien.

Room was dull and dingy. Stuck in a corner on ground floor. No discretion curtain. Not cleaned properly, things not working. Staff were grumpy at best - apart from the amazing main chef.

Schöne Anlage, sehr gut gepflegt, sehr sauber. Sehr angenehmes Personal. Insg. fehlt es dem Hotel aber etwas an Ambiente, wirkt relativ steril. Viele ungenutzte Bereiche. wirkt oft leblos. wenig/kein Rahmenprogramm. Buffet wenig abwechslungsreich. Frühstück sehr gut. Gute Auswahl für Lunch an verschiedenen Restaurants. Sehr nettes Team. Insg. sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.

There was no wifi in the room and they were not cleaning enough the room were still dirty

Petit déjeuner formidable, digne d'un 5 étoiles. Dîners corrects avec buffets d'entrées variées. Personnels attentionnés et agréables. Bref, excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui mérite allègrement ses 4 étoiles.

Views from balcony are amazing! Our room had ants near bed and restroom, we were moved to another room. Staff was split, some nice some rude. May book again.

The property is located right on the beach, it’s well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience especially if traveling with family. Rooms are spacious and great views of the sea. For a four star hotel it was surprising there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room and we were told if we wanted more than 4 towels there would be additional charges per towel. Other than that a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The kids loved the different activities and the lovely staff at the kids Club. The rooms are spacious and the pool area really nice. The breakfast and lunch was good, would go elsewhere for dinner as lacks a bit of atmosphere at the hotel at night.

Lovely hotel stayed as a family with 2 boys 9 and 12. Staff very helpful and the rooms are really big all with balcony’s . I feel it used to be 5 star but is going to be undergoing some work as only half open and a little tired in places but definitely worth a stay if you’re looking for a nice relaxing holiday. You will need to get taxis ( between 7-10 euro each way) to the port and Estepona if you want more dining options. As nothing local . We did this most evenings. Breakfast amazing and pool service good for snacks

La habitacion estaba bien aunque la zona donde nos han alojado llena de personas que entraban y salia de sus habitaciones dando portazos, bociferanfor por los pasillos, alguno a gritos. Mucha fiesta slgunos, y nosotros no hemos pegado ojo

Schlafsofa auch für Kinder nicht zumutbar (aus einzelnen Polstern bestehend, so dass keine durchgängige Liegefläche vorhanden ist). Die Suite ist riesig, aber sehr spärlichund spartanisch eingerichtet.

Beautiful resort. Highly recommend getting a sea view room as the view is priceless. The beach is rocky but still enjoyable. Has they recommend.

Hotel is really nice. No complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms. That was a let down.

Between 1 and 10 i would rate this property a 20. This was by far the best place we have stayed at while touring spain. The Service, room size, food, pool, and walking distance to the beach was fabulous. But I really have to say it was by far the best service. Im coming back.

Das Hotel ist schön und gepflegt angelegt. Lediglich die Lage ist suboptimal, wenn man kein Auto zur Verfügung hat.

Stort hotel, men fredeligt med få gæster i maj måned - bortset fra et meget larmende bryllupsselskab om lørdagen Morgenmad OK. Dyr og dårlig frokost/middags-restaurant - vi spiste de måltider andre steder. Der er OK restauranter i Estepona, men det er ikke i gå-afstand. Man er nødt til at ha' en bil. Hotellets P-pladser koster 5 Euro om dagen. Der er et antal gratis pladser uden for hotellets område, men helt sikkert ikke nok, når det er højsæson. Fin udsigt til havet fra de øverste etager. Men man kan ikke vælge og risikerer at købe katten i sækken, hvis man betaler for værelse "med front sea view" og bliver indlogeret i de nedre etager. Stranden er ikke børnevenlig. Der er over 2 meter dybt ganske få meter fra bredden. Grumset vand med tang og affald i pålandsvind. Groft, mørkt sand, som bliver brændende varmt allerede i maj måned. Værelsernes balkoner, som vender mod havet, har morgensol, men ikke aftensol - ligger i skygge fra klokken 16 eller tidligere midt i maj måned. Stort, komfortabelt værelse. Daglig rengøring. Upraktisk badeværelse, hvor vand fra uafskærmet badekar med brus uvilkårligt ender på gulvet foran håndvasken. mængderpå grund af uden bruse-afskærmning og med

Excelente local para ferias em familia, Hotel já com alguns anos mas com excelente condições. Buffet muito bom com qualidade e bom para crianças. Piscina igualmente bom. Pessoal muito atencioso.

Hemos estado genial. El sitio privilegiado. Si nos hubiéramos guiado de comentarios, no hubiéramos ido. Las personas son demasiado exigentes creo. El buffet desayuno de lujo y con todos los detalles de 5 estrellas. Los restaurantes de comida y cena, son techados aunque no interiores, pero el cuidado de detalles es de lujo. La comida no esperes caviar, pero para familias está muy bien. Los precios es lo normal en este tipo de hoteles, donde hay mucho extranjero y se pasan. Pero lo recomiendo totalmente.
