Where do I start? The rooms were horrible. Peeling wallpaper, yellow stains on the ceiling, safety lock/latches have been removed, long black hair all over and in the bedding, door to bathroom was literally covered in black dirty finger marks, outlets did not work or were so loose that our phone charger fell out. Pleasant stay, room and bathroom was clean. The room was cold and the heater wasn’t working. Also the internet for the tv wasn’t working well. There was a lot of interruptions watching tv. But honestly, it was still a peasant stay. I didn’t expect the room and place to be that clean

We were given a handicap room which I had not requested when I booked two days prior. The floor in the shower was not clean. Only 1 facecloth and no plug for the sink.The receptionist on the morning shift was excellent when we checked out and very apologetic. The breakfast bar was not fresh and was missing batter for the waffles.The room did not represent the pics on the website also we were not told that they would hold a 200 deposit on our credit card for 3 days .we are not a difficult couple but unfortunately we will not be booking at any other days Inn by Wyndham .

Easy place to stay. Check in was fine, room was fine and it was quiet. View out the window terrible as there is a scrapyard beside the hotel. Hotel needs to put up a fence. Shower was super slippery so be careful.

The room was lacking a lot of things. I had to go ask for a coffee pot. Also had to go back to ask for facecloths. There were no facecloths and only one bath towel. Also had to ask for a fresh box of Kleenex. There was only 3 tissues left in box. Was expecting a continental breakfast but there was only coffee. The best part was meeting the nice girl at front desk that was very apologetic each time I was there requesting stuff. She shouldn't have to be fixing all those issues.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating, but the room was poor. There was a leak from the ceiling that was dripping onto the toilet making it impossible to use the bathroom without getting wet. This was not noticed until late in the evening of the first nights stay. Additionally, the plug sockets seemed unsafe as they would not retain plugs - they would just fall out. We had planned to stay two nights, but left after one night due to these issues. The manager offered a change to a different room, but it did not meet our needs as a family. I am disappointed in this experience and will for certain not stay at this facility again.

I've used this property over the years but it is showing its age. Room is dark, insufficient plugs for electronic. When there is no plug for the sink that is sign of not being eco-friendly. Access to Queen Street is very difficult. Rooms are clean, free breakfast is ok. Had to move rooms when I arrived as the key didn't work. The staff is friendly and supportive.

People loitering outside of the front main doors made you feel unsafe to park your vehicle for overnight. The actual place was not bad and suited my needs. There were a number of people seated on picnic tables in the dark that was concerning. Wasn’t sure if they were guests or homeless people. Was a bit shady.

I've used this property over the years but it is showing its age. Room is dark, insufficient plugs for electronic. When there is no plug for the sink that is sign of not being eco-friendly. Access to Queen Street is very difficult. Rooms are clean, free breakfast is ok. Had to move rooms when I arrived as the key didn't work. The staff is friendly and supportive.

The room was lacking a lot of things. I had to go ask for a coffee pot. Also had to go back to ask for facecloths. There were no facecloths and only one bath towel. Also had to ask for a fresh box of Kleenex. There was only 3 tissues left in box. Was expecting a continental breakfast but there was only coffee. The best part was meeting the nice girl at front desk that was very apologetic each time I was there requesting stuff. She shouldn't have to be fixing all those issues.

I booked here to have an early hot breakfast. All of the emails I received leading up (including today)mentioned the hot breakfast. But on arrival we were to there’s no breakfast. There’s a hole in my floor and peeling wallpaper. The others in my group were upset that I booked us here.

We were given a handicap room which I had not requested when I booked two days prior. The floor in the shower was not clean. Only 1 facecloth and no plug for the sink.The receptionist on the morning shift was excellent when we checked out and very apologetic. The breakfast bar was not fresh and was missing batter for the waffles.The room did not represent the pics on the website also we were not told that they would hold a 200 deposit on our credit card for 3 days .we are not a difficult couple but unfortunately we will not be booking at any other days Inn by Wyndham .

There was hair in my bathroom that was not mine. The floor remodel was really amateur and poorly done. There were exposed electrical from outlets that weren’t covered. The bedding was sub par and the comforter did not look clean. No elevator to the second floor which was challenging for a mobility issue guest recovering from strokes. I should have done my homework better and paid a little more - even though I thought it was expensive to begin with. The breakfast was definitely continental. It was definitely not in line with breakfast included from other similar properties. Staff were helpful and courteous, albeit a bit rude when explaining their website indicated no elevator! Furniture in the lobby was oddly covered with weird covers that made me think they were covering up old, ugly furniture. Covers were ugly though.
