Stayed in the Love Snug. Room was clean and had great facilities including a spa bath and a sauna. Staff gave a great welcome to us and were attentive whenever we needed them. Breakfast had a large choice of food. Will stay here again.

Booked as a short stay for our wedding anniversary. I've seen this property many times as we've walked between Windermere and Bowness and been intrigued by the waterball outside. Didn't actually realise it was this hotel when I booked. We stayed in a lovely suite with an outside hot tub, a steam room,small sitting area and jacuzzi bath, as well as separate shower room. When we arrived the room wasn't quite ready, which we expected, as we were a little early. We left our car parked at the property and walked into Bowness for the afternoon. It's about a 10 minute walk. When we returned , we were thrilled with our room and the lovely touch of an anniversary card. We'd asked for restaurant recommendations for our anniversary meal. The breakfast was hearty. There's no buffet but a menu, which provides plenty of choice. We had cereal with fruit compote,full English with mixed toast , juice, and coffee but there's all sorts to choose from so I'm sure almost anyone could find something to suit. The staff were lovely, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I'm not one for overly fussy staff but that's just me. The hotel is an easy walk either way into Bowness or to Windermere Village and is right opposite a bus stop we've used before to travel further. Theres not really anything negative I could say about the place tbh. If I was being picky I'd say the water pressure in the shower wasn't great but that's about it. Not much to fault, the decor is boutique, so it can feel a bit dated, but I guess that’s in the name. Only negative id give is the bathroom sink the water takes a long while to warm up (sugar suite) and the hot tub tv did not actually work , all other things I could mention would be pretty trivial, so otherwise was a good stay overall.

Booked the 'Sweetheart Suite' for our Honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Set in an annex cottage adjacent the main building it had excellent in room facilities, a large and comfortable bed, well maintained Hot Tub and Spa Bathroom. Nice bar and Lounge / Restaurant in the main Hotel building with great choice of breakfast options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay here again...

Stayed in Ti Amo for two nights and it was really lovely. Own entrance and secluded courtyard with swing, sitting area and hot tub were great. The rooms are lovingly done out and the owners are rightly proud of the place. Steam rooms are a steam room and was a great little addition. All of the little touches were lovely and the flower petals on the bed on the second night celebrating our anniversary was really appreciated. Breakfast was really nice with a decent choice, all freshly made with good ingredients. Ideally situated half way between Windermere and Bowness. They provide fresh milk and ice on request which is also great. A mini fridge in the living room especially, when it's so hot, would be the only addition I would make but we absolutely loved the place!

The suite was fantastic, spa bath inside and hot tub outside! Hot tub could have done with a canopy over the top but it was lovely! Room was fabulous and service brilliant. Short walk to all amenities, lovely pubs, shops and of course lake Windermere. We felt sad to be home when we got back!

First time visiting windermere and booked this hotel for me and the Mr and it did not disappoint! Was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were modern and well decorated and the hot tub in with steam room was just perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast and loved the fact the hotel was not far from the lake. We would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing weekend at the hotel it was very clean and well presented. The room was very spacious and had everything you needed in it. The front of house (Kathrine) was exceptionally nothing was to much trouble, fantastic accommodation with fantastic staff.

Our stay was amazing from the minute we walked through the door, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you, complimentary Prosecco on arrival and with breakfast both mornings, all amenities were fantastic and spotless, dinner in the restaurant was superb the best fillet steak we’ve had, breakfast served to the room for a small charge which was delicious, sitting on the little private patio in the morning sunshine was so relaxing, could not recommend this place highly enough we stayed in the Ti Amo room with hot tub, steam room and spa bath, bottles of complimentary water were also in the room and replenished each day

Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend for a romantic break. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress and pillows superb. The staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.

It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel was super clean and so lovely and fresh. The rooms were very clean. The hot tub was soo good, the bath was big enough to fit a family of 5 in haha. The bed was comfy, a bit harder then what i usually have but still comfy. The breakfast was lovely and a good selection.

What a lovely little break we’ve had as this hotel. Great location/ lovely staff / perfect room. Spacious and so clean and tidy, felt very luxurious and such a comfortable bed! Lots of lovely refreshments provided. Clean towels if required daily Room service if required Overall 10/10 we will return!

Nice pleasant room. Quiet. Slight disappointment would be the creaky floorboards and the low ceilings just as you exit out of bathroom within the attic suite. Rest of stay was faultless. Would come again.

We stayed in the T’Adore room and the quality was outstanding. We wanted a quiet and private stay and the room(s) and facilities were perfect. The staff were warm and professional, breakfast was wonderful and the attention to detail and personal touches very much appreciated. A particular thank you to Catherine.

We booked this for our 14th Wedding Anniversary night away. Usually we have stayed on Bowness side but we thought we would try Windermere side for a change. We were certainly not disappointed! The suite was like an apartment suite - lovely & roomy. The suite facilities were amazing - for a relaxing night away especially when it was cold & raining outside, we didn’t need anything else - open fire, dining area, sauna, spa bath - all very relaxing and therapeutic- a calming atmosphere to break from the daily grind of life! The staff were fantastic, friendly and very welcoming. I got the feeling that whatever we may have asked for would not have been too much trouble. The breakfast was ordered to suit and table service which gave that bonus edge to normal hotels with help yourself. Without a doubt we had a great stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you to you all for the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere 🙏

Stayed in the Sweetheart Suite as a birthday treat for the wife. Looked after from the moment we arrived with a glass of Prosecco. The suite was amazing and gave to a relaxing stay where we could switch off from the outside world. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Stayed in the Sweetheart Suite as a birthday treat for the wife. Looked after from the moment we arrived with a glass of Prosecco. The suite was amazing and gave to a relaxing stay where we could switch off from the outside world. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Our stay was amazing from the minute we walked through the door, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you, complimentary Prosecco on arrival and with breakfast both mornings, all amenities were fantastic and spotless, dinner in the restaurant was superb the best fillet steak we’ve had, breakfast served to the room for a small charge which was delicious, sitting on the little private patio in the morning sunshine was so relaxing, could not recommend this place highly enough we stayed in the Ti Amo room with hot tub, steam room and spa bath, bottles of complimentary water were also in the room and replenished each day

We stayed in the T’Adore room and the quality was outstanding. We wanted a quiet and private stay and the room(s) and facilities were perfect. We booked this for our 14th Wedding Anniversary night away. Usually we have stayed on Bowness side but we thought we would try Windermere side for a change. We were certainly not disappointed! The suite was like an apartment suite - lovely & roomy. The suite facilities were amazing - for a relaxing night away especially when it was cold & raining outside, we didn’t need anything else - open fire, dining area, sauna, spa bath - all very relaxing and therapeutic- a calming atmosphere to break from the daily grind of life! The staff were fantastic, friendly and very welcoming. I got the feeling that whatever we may have asked for would not have been too much trouble. The breakfast was ordered to suit and table service which gave that bonus edge to normal hotels with help yourself. Without a doubt we had a great stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you to you all for the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere 🙏

Booked as a short stay for our wedding anniversary. I've seen this property many times as we've walked between Windermere and Bowness and been intrigued by the waterball outside. Didn't actually realise it was this hotel when I booked. We stayed in a lovely suite with an outside hot tub, a steam room,small sitting area and jacuzzi bath, as well as separate shower room. When we arrived the room wasn't quite ready, which we expected, as we were a little early. We left our car parked at the property and walked into Bowness for the afternoon. It's about a 10 minute walk. When we returned , we were thrilled with our room and the lovely touch of an anniversary card. We'd asked for restaurant recommendations for our anniversary meal. The breakfast was hearty. There's no buffet but a menu, which provides plenty of choice. We had cereal with fruit compote,full English with mixed toast , juice, and coffee but there's all sorts to choose from so I'm sure almost anyone could find something to suit. The staff were lovely, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I'm not one for overly fussy staff but that's just me. The hotel is an easy walk either way into Bowness or to Windermere Village and is right opposite a bus stop we've used before to travel further. Theres not really anything negative I could say about the place tbh. If I was being picky I'd say the water pressure in the shower wasn't great but that's about it. Stayed in Ti Amo for two nights and it was really lovely. Own entrance and secluded courtyard with swing, sitting area and hot tub were great. The rooms are lovingly done out and the owners are rightly proud of the place. Steam rooms are a steam room and was a great little addition. All of the little touches were lovely and the flower petals on the bed on the second night celebrating our anniversary was really appreciated. Breakfast was really nice with a decent choice, all freshly made with good ingredients. Ideally situated half way between Windermere and Bowness. They provide fresh milk and ice on request which is also great. A mini fridge in the living room especially, when it's so hot, would be the only addition I would make but we absolutely loved the place!

Had a super stay, great escape from the rat race. Everything about the Windermere Boutique Hotel is fabulous - great location; excellent breakfast; beautiful suites. We stayed in the Sugar Suite which was so luxurious. Thoroughly recommend for a couple's break.

First time visiting windermere and booked this hotel for me and the Mr and it did not disappoint! Was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were modern and well decorated and the hot tub in with steam room was just perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast and loved the fact the hotel was not far from the lake. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel lived up to expectations service was excellent and the room was incredible (honey suite) all the extra detail just added to our stay with your bed scattered with rose petals one day to a towel swan the next. Also in a great location to explore Windermere and the rest of the lakes. Would highly recommend!

What a lovely little break we’ve had as this hotel. Great location/ lovely staff / perfect room. Spacious and so clean and tidy, felt very luxurious and such a comfortable bed! Lots of lovely refreshments provided. Clean towels if required daily Room service if required Overall 10/10 we will return!

Payed £350 for 1 night thinking we were going to have something special we arrived about 50 minutes before check in time to be told we couldn’t book a meal in the restaurant they were fully booked my wife had fallen the day before and wasn’t up to walking to a restaurant so we ended up with a takeout they never even asked if we wanted a meal in our very expensive room. Well waiting to be checked in we had 2 half s of larger and 2 small glasses of wine £27 The hot tub in the we never used it didn’t look over inviting

Absolutely amazing. Could not ask for more. I proposed to my girlfriend then stayed in this hotel, magical, romantic, glass of prosecco on arrival, breakfast was outstanding with love heart shape fried bread, we couldnt of asked for more and we will 100% be back

Very relaxing with quality kit. Can’t fault the stay which lived up to expectations for pampering my wife. Great restaurants nearby but food in hotel although was good quality was not in line with quality of establishment or expectation. Restaurant environment however was great. Would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel.

We were very pleasantly surprised on arriving at the Boutique Hotel. We were warmly greeted with a glass of Prosecco. Our suite was so much better than we had expected. In addition to the bedroom there was a room with a table for meals, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a Sauna. Our suite did not have a 'hot tub', which the other suites had, but that did not concern us.The Breakfast menu was excellent and food was cooked to order. Dinner was available but had to be ordered by 5.30pm. We ate out at local restaurants on both nights - restaurants that had been recommended by the staff at the hotel

Lovely room, much bigger than we thought and very good value for money. Staff we good and helpful. Short walk to Bowness. Comfy bed and loved the pillows. The only small thing I didn’t like was the fan in the bathroom automatically coming on when you went in so using the bathroom in the night kept the fan on for a while and was quite loud. Overall really liked this hotel and room and would definitely stay again

This is a really lovely small hotel. All the amenities are there and are fantastic but for the amount paid I think my room needed some tidying up around the edges really. The reception in our living room tv for terrestrial channels was poor, some of the decor needed a bit of tlc, tiles on the bathroom floor were a little loose, a bulb out in the bathroom and I’m not sure what the screen in the shower was for, maybe a tv that no longer works. I feel a bit guilty mentioning this stuff because we had a great time and the beds were super comfortable.
This is a really lovely small hotel. All the amenities are there and are fantastic but for the amount paid I think my room needed some tidying up around the edges really. The reception in our living room tv for terrestrial channels was poor, some of the decor needed a bit of tlc, tiles on the bathroom floor were a little loose, a bulb out in the bathroom and I’m not sure what the screen in the shower was for, maybe a tv that no longer works. I feel a bit guilty mentioning this stuff because we had a great time and the beds were super comfortable.
