This is a beautiful hotel on the biggest beach of the island. Staff are accommodating. Breakfast had everything you needed from omelettes to noodle soup. Transfer was smooth - recommend to check with hotel before organising transfers.

The hotel was amazing, clean, modern and staff's hospitality was beyond I could imagine. Everyone was so welcoming, and always greeted you with genuine smile. The hotel has their own pier, parking and ferry in Ban Phe, and they will also take you directly to the hotel once you arrive Koh Samed. It's very convenient. It's also walkable to town which has restaurants, 7-11s, pubs, and shops. We will definitely come back!

Tranquil, private, premium. It’s worth the price. Enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. The live music is above par. The fire show was top notch especially the ending on the beach. We stayed at the least expensive rooms and they were excellent. Highly recommend this resort !!

We had a hut in the hide away zone which was nice and private with its own picturesque small beach. The resort handled the transport from the pier all the way to our hut. It was well organized. The grounds are beautifully kept and there are lots of flowers and birds. We also had an hour massage at the spa which was excellent. The main beach has soft white sand and clear warm water. Definitely would come again.

Very nice beach resort. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff but a bit slow service in the restaurant/lounge area. Waiting to orden, waiting for drinks and waiting to pay. Often after being the proactive part for contact. Apart from that: absolutely to be recommended. Nice pools, nice beach area, nice breakfast and nice rooms. Be prepared for loud music in the restaurant at evenings. Hard to talk at the table, but good if you are in party-mood. Also a bit annoying music at day time if you ask me. I would prefer to listen to the waves - not music. This is not Ibiza... (but of course others disagree with me). But again: To be recommended.

Ok so the bad first! We booked a Delux Cottage which was rather shabby & in definite need of a refurb. The bedroom was good but the bathroom was dated & dark. The cottages have tin roofs so when the fruit falls off the trees in the middle of the night the noise is terrible. The room & beach towels were ragged although a good size. Now the good! The bar, restaurant & Spa are gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful & had great choices of Asian & Western foods. Staff were friendly & all areas were spotless. Scoop ice cream parlor was delicious & the cakes in the cafe to die for. The beach was very clean & the sunbeds comfortable. Location was great ... 5 minutes walk in to town, easy to get taxis & close to all the beach front restaurants. All in all a lovely resort, just don't spend the extra money on a cottage.

Excellent resort located right on the main beach, the place was super clean, the team were super friendly and very accomodating. We stayed in the cottages, the older part of the resort, close to the private beach, the rooms there were in good condition and very comfortable.

Een mooi resort, … een premier kamer geboekt, uitzicht zwembad. Mooie grote kamer met balcon. Een opmerking, de kamer zou iedere keer moeten worden gestofzuigd door de housekeeping. Het is een strandhotel, dus zand! En dit draag je mee tot in je kamer. Met enkel vegen met een Thaise bezem is het zand niet weg. Als gevolg, zand aan de voeten en vervolgens in bed!

Næsten alt var skønt. Personalet, rengøring, stranden og hotellets Beach club. Meeen værelset var VIRKELIG dårligt desværre. Det var meget fugtigt og AC virkede dårligt. Så vores ting og sengetøj var konstant fugtigt. Så det gør at vi desværre ikke vil benytte hotellet igen.

I really enjoyed my stay at Saikaew Beach Resort. Having last visited 20 years ago I found things had completely changed and the resort is now a much more modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located on the island to have access to everything on offer. Would definitely recommend and return.

It was a nice stay, but when we checked out they presented a restaurant bill they said was ours, but it wasn't. The bill was signed by a woman with another roomnumber. We pointed it out and said it wasn't our bill, but after we left they charged our card anyway. Not very professional.

This is my second time at this resort, they welcomed me with an elephant made from towels in my room "Welcome back" Food was good but the service at restaurant was slow and served untimely. The beach is great but service on the beach was hard to get. Transportation to and from the ferry was provided by the hotel. My only complaint is when they drop you at the ferry it is very confusing where to go. They need to provide foreigners with some instructions where to go at the pier. My GF is Thai and she was frustrated on what to do.

Staying 2 nights at Saikaew beach resort was great. The room was very good and amenities. The staff was excellent and the restaurant and cafe were very good. This is a good location, right on the beach. Plenty of free loungers that were more comfortable than most places have. Pepe was a very helpful staff member and gave us tips where to go on the island.

Everything was very good although we found that when my friend got food poisoning that the staff were a bit rude. Food was taken off the bill but staff didn’t understand the severity of the food poisoning from the food from the restaurant.
