The property still look like it was being renovated. They had a signed posted that they were displayed for roaches. I found two cockroaches still alive in my room. There was no iron but an ironing board. The freezer part of the refrigerator was completely iced over hallway carpets had severe stains. There’s not a shuttle to the airport. It has a lot of possibility once it’s completely renovated. The staff was nice and friendly.

This property is not maintained well. The staff were ok but there seems to be maintenance issues. The room was not stacked with toiletries like the body wash bottle was empty when it was mentioned to the staff I was told he will get it filled in the morning. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The first room I was given the toilet tank would not fill so we had to change rooms. Luckily there was another room available for me to shift. Some if the electrical plugs didn’t work so did the lights by the beds. I was unable charge the phones and watch, etc. quite inconvenient. Late night didn’t even feel like calling the front desk and asking them about it. Not sure what they would have done at that time of the night. Hotels.com showed breakfast included but the entire breakfast area was shutdown with a sign Do not enter. Hotels.com should be more diligent in verifying the authenticity of the property before listing on its website for travelers. The name of the property was confusing website said one thing and name was different when I arrived but was able to check in as the front desk staff was able locate my reservation. Thankfully it was just one short urgent requirement for one night so it was alright. I would not stay here again obviously. Overall unsatisfied with this property.

The mini fridge was iced over inside so I went down to the desk and told them and they told me just to open the fridge door and let it defrost was there answer to the problem.

The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help out. The room was nice, but being honest....if anyone cleaned it before we arrived, they did it very fast. Both of the bed side lamps didn't work or the USB ports. We called the front desk and was told it was fixed but never was. There was no hand soap or body wash as well. Not the end of the world but was advertised to come with the room. It was quiet and we slept well.
