A great place to stay - walkable to supermarkets, beach and shopping. apartment was clean and well equipped. kids loved the pool - could have been a few degrees warmer though!! onsite parking under the building is always a winner! would stay again if back on the Gold Coast!

The rooms were very dated and was untidy (used tissues on the floor under the bed) Staff were friendly, The pools both kids and outdoor pool were closed unfortunately for us for upgrades (lucky for the people coming when completed) Rooms were very spacious, the view was nice, the Thai restaurant was amazing at the property. The oven in the room was broken told the staff but nothing got done, the washing machine tried to escape out the laundry (very loud movement)

Had an excellent 5 night stay. 2 bedroom apartment on level 9. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony. Check in and out was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot with a lockable bollard with it. Rest of building was clean, Thai restaurant located downstairs had really nice food. Lagoon pool had a nice atmosphere, clean sand and water. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again next time.

Great location and amenities for a family. The kids loved the option of pools, playground and water slide. This area of the hotel had a lovely resort feel. However, the room itself was poor and very run down. This was our second room as the first was not only run down but had that ‘nursing home’ scent so we asked to change. While the new room was still rundown, there was no smell. A shame because the beds were comfortable and balcony had a view of the coast.
