Was not aware that there is valet only parking and that there was a very high charge for that as my vehicle stayed in the main pull up area all night as I had to leave at 5:20 and there is no valet service before 6:00 am I made several attempts to turn the TV on and it was not working. That was disappointing.

Was not made clear at the time of booking that the hotel is undergoing renovations. The gym and pool are both unavailable and the corridors/public areas are a mess with construction and paint debris left around. Such a shame

I would say I’m a little disappointed that on the website it showed a pool and all the artwork and also the workout center. But when I arrived, everything was all closed off or nonexisting anymore. Otherwise it was a great stay. It was too cold to swim anyway, so it worked out

The area was beautiful and the little town had some nice, unique shops and good restaurants. We did not like that there was absolutely NO PARKING, without paying a way too high fee for valet. I did not want to drag my luggage through town if I found one farther out. The employees were all wonderful and very helpful !! Thank you.

I love the interior decor of this hotel, though I hear it is changing. My biggest complaint is the new parking situation. In the past, we have enjoyed the self-park option in the lot because we can come and go as needed. Needing to valet every time gets unnecessarily expensive and inconvenient. We also had a hard time getting the valet, restaurant, and front desk on the phone. I do love the town of Celebration though and love this hotel's location to all of the activities in town.

My stay at the Inn at Celebration was a nightmare from the start. The road to the hotel was closed due to a festival, and when I called for directions, the staff had no idea how to help. I finally made it to the hotel only to find a fresh urine spot all over the toilet seat and floor in my room—absolutely disgusting. To add insult to injury, there was no hand soap and the shower gel was completely empty. I called the front desk to ask for soap and body wash, and was told that housekeeping had left for the day and that I'd have to wait until the morning. The next morning, I still didn’t receive any soap or body wash. It took me a total of FOUR calls before I finally got someone to address the issue. This place is clearly not up to standard when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and find a better place to stay!

The valet was attentive and very helpful. But, otherwise not a great experience. The ceiling fan in the room was squeaky. They only give you two bath towels and when I requested one extra we never received it. I could not get change for a twenty to tip. And, worst of all, the shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was a lot of hair in the drain.

Food is good, staff friendly & helpful. Carpet in room is filthy & what one expects in $20/night cheap motel - not in $500/night hotel. Until renovations are done management needs to reconsider their high rates!

Awful, 40 min to check in because of many confusion with the guests ahead of us just to get to our turb and hear from Patricia that she has given our room to someone else but she was not sure so would have to go and check if there was someone on the room, HUGE MESS! Bad manners, just saying I apologize but would bot speed up . All the guests frustrated. Didn’t lbow if the rooms had a lake view or not. Just unbelievable. Felt like I threw my money on rabish. Dont go there. Breakfest comes in boxes, no diahes, fruits were not fresh. Room was dirty with something spelled all ive the TV cabinet. The door was broken and unless you aply real force you don’t close it . Will never go back.

Crumbs in bathroom and in main room that had ants all over it. Room needed to be vacuumed. Crumbs and small pieces of paper on floor. Messy unorganized outside patio area. Checking was so fast and friendly! My room was on the first floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was able to park on the street which was so easy. Food was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in room 243, the air conditioner was not working well. The room was very stuffy, the bathroom door would stick shut when closed and had to be forced open, the doors on the cabinet that the little fridge is in do not stay closed and is a hazard if getting up in the middle of the night as they pop open when try to close, the tub doesn’t drain so standing in 6 inches of water while showering. For being a hotel in the middle of Celebration it was pretty low rent.

Valerie greeted us cheerfully and worked to get us into our room early. We left our bags with the valet and walked to lunch. By the end of lunch our room was ready. Roomy & updated room-very comfortable with a nice view of the lake. Great stay!

Our room was somewhat small for a king at that price with no room for luggage etc.. we made it work but much smaller than most at that price. Usually there is more room for luggage and comfortable seating for two. But otherwise the room was very nice.

Location is great. The staff is friendly and generally helpful. The amenities need to be approved for an Autograph collection hotel within the Marriott portfolio. There was no fridge in the room, the coffee machine was kept in the bathroom and the bathroom was a little dated in design (no separate shower area).

Terrible customer service at the front desk. Unprofessional, unfriendly and certainly did not accommodate any of our needs or requests. Xavier was rude and unaccommodating along with his other staff members at the front desk. They also charged our stay 3 times on our credit card and still waiting for a reimbursement. However, the bell service and valet staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and very professional. Superb service from the bell/ valet team. Highly doubt that I will be visiting again!

Staff terrible: we asked if packages arrived to us, they never reply. Every night, for some reason, our keys were not working and we have to go down and set them up again. In one morning they did a confusion in the breakfast and reserve the same table to two guests and we have to leave the table...very bad experience.

The house keeping sucked. When got there said needed garbage can in room, stayed 4 nights, never got one! Second day didn’t realize they left no coffee for room, at six in morning went to desk, she seemed upset that I was there asking for coffee, told me restaurant didn’t open till 7 and I could go across the street if I wanted coffee now. I said couldn’t I just get the package coffee that was supposed to be in room? A young man that worked there said he would get it for me . We were also short face towels. Next evening when got back to room again no coffee, and no hand towels. Called down, said would bring up , 2 hours later had to call again, then they brought up . The valet workers were cheerful and happy, the others need to learn to smile, and quit acting like you are bothering them. Stayed there before and was great, management needs to give them an attitude adjustment, especially at their prices.

Second day didn’t realize they left no coffee for room, at six in morning went to desk, she seemed upset that I was there asking for coffee, told me restaurant didn’t open till 7 and I could go across the street if I wanted coffee now. I said couldn’t I just get the package coffee that was supposed to be in room? A young man that worked there said he would get it for me . We were also short face towels. Next evening when got back to room again no coffee, and no hand towels. Called down, said would bring up , 2 hours later had to call again, then they brought up . The valet workers were cheerful and happy, the others need to learn to smile, and quit acting like you are bothering them. Stayed there before and was great, management needs to give them an attitude adjustment, especially at their prices.

Awful, 40 min to check in because of many confusion with the guests ahead of us just to get to our turb and hear from Patricia that she has given our room to someone else but she was not sure so would have to go and check if there was someone on the room, HUGE MESS! Bad manners, just saying I apologize but would bot speed up . All the guests frustrated. Didn’t lbow if the rooms had a lake view or not. Just unbelievable. Felt like I threw my money on rabish. Dont go there. Breakfest comes in boxes, no diahes, fruits were not fresh. Room was dirty with something spelled all ive the TV cabinet. The door was broken and unless you aply real force you don’t close it . Will never go back.

Check in was a breeze, the staff- carlos and xamira(sp?) were so friendly and helpful! They both went above and beyond to ensure that this was a great visit due to two times prior visiting the hotel with less than desirable outcomes. Our room was perfect this stay! Everything about the visit was great this visit. We stay in Celebration due to family living in town and I finally enjoyed my stay. I will be back in a few months and I hope that the next visit is as wonderful as this past week.

Crumbs in bathroom and in main room that had ants all over it. Room needed to be vacuumed. Crumbs and small pieces of paper on floor. Messy unorganized outside patio area. Spilled drinks and trash on patio area. The front desk lady was slow, unprofessional and didn’t know her job had to constantly leave desk and ask a housekeeper how to do things.

Checking was so fast and friendly! My room was on the first floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was able to park on the street which was so easy. Food was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is located in downtown Celebration. Convenient to theme parks, dining, and shopping. Has it's own quaint little area for dining and shopping. Hotel has been renovated. Rooms are a good size. Only downside we had was that the room was not ready at check in time. Luckily we had other family members staying there and were able to get ready for an event we needed to get to.

when checking out, After waiting for 40 minutes while they were trying to figure out how to apply a Marriot credit, their solution was for me to email the ecard credit information to the manager. They entered the email address on my phone, and I was told that the manager would start to work around 12:00 PM and to expect an email back with the solution. More than 72 hours later, I still have not received an email from the manager, and I still see the full charge on my credit card. At check-in, the valet person told me that the valet was free, and if I needed my car, all they needed was my last name. These was not true and the valet is actually a self parking. Additionally, upon my arrival, I made a reservation for six people to enjoy the Thanksgiving menu that the hotel was offering. The reservation was made for 6:30 PM; we showed up at 6:35 PM. Then a group of relatives of one of the hotel culinary team members arrived. They were preferentially seated right after their arrival, and we had to wait for 35 additional minutes to be seated. They set our table next to the hotel culinary member’s family, and they were already eating. Our table server told us that we could go to the carving station and that she would bring the side dishes, which took her over 39 minutes to bring to our table. At the station, the salmon was cold and hard, the ham was cold. The person carving the turkey was carving a turkey where you could see all the bones.

The hotel is quaint. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had problems with the air conditioning. Had there engineer look at it but didn’t fix. So they moved us to a new room on the second night. Which was much better. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the walkable town.

The front desk staff was nice & professional but that's the only positive for me. This is a 2 to 2.5 star hotel at best. The only reason I booked this hotel is because we stayed here 3 years ago and it was wonderful. Well this hotel has gone to hell. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Food residue and drips visible all over the carpet in our room, hallways and elevator lobby. Went to an empty restaurant for breakfast & had to wait 35-40 minutes for pancakes. Tried to order room service & the person on the phone asked what we were ordering. It was just drinks and it was before the bar closed. They said, can't do it. We're closed. Luckily there's restaurants in the area. Awnings over the restaurant area are covered in mold. Valet staff lounge right next to the front doors of the hotel talking with friends non-stop & of course won't open the door for anybody since it's not their job, which just reminds you that this hotel is too cheap to have a door person or bell hop. Whoever manages this hotel: you need to wake up & clean this place up! Or if you know what's going on is wrong & you can't change it do to resources then have the self-respect to leave and go work at a properly managed hotel.

Excellent location, and a lovely hotel however a few things let it down. $18 for car park which is right next to free car park, bit of a rip off. Could do with better lounge area if you just wanted a nice place to sit and read in quiet. Some of the staff not that good. Sat down at bar and waited 5 mins before somebody came over, when nobody else waiting to be served. Staff around but would not make eye contact. Other people at bar noticed how long we were waiting and commented to us. The rooms were never serviced until around 1pm and that was just a case of new towels etc if needed. Bed was never made?? When our bill came had been charged for 3 days parking $36, however did get refunded when I queried it. One great feature was Happy Hour menu which was excellent as was our server Justin an absolute star and asset to the place.

Very unfortunate stay… I even left earlier.. not even a minibar at the room… terrible service, 2 hours waiting for a breakfast at the restaurant and had to left without being served. A real nightmare… sad that in such a nice location the hotel that’s stands as the best in town is a real shitwhole…

This is a place for people with small children as there’s nothing to do for adults except eat out. The restaurant was very disappointing as the only couple of tables inside put you basically in the lobby eating, weird. Their “Lakefront” should say pond front as it’s not a lake at all. The “king” room was tiny! There were a few other things as well. We checked out two days early, nuff said, right?

The location couldn’t get any better - lakefront with an over water deck and the occasional alligator sighting. Literally steps to the best restaurants, shops and an ice cream parlor. The staff are superb. Every interaction seems designed to beat guest expectations. Repeat visitors will find that they remember you, your preferences, interests, and often share happenings around the town that might appeal. For a civilized escape from the theme park madness, give the Celebration Inn a try.

This hotel is awesome and pretty with nice walking paths in nature or the pretty town and restaurants of Celebration. Front desk team so nice. Dining with everyday amazing breakfast until 2pm! With classics and new modern choices overlooking the outside greenery. Jo in the restaurant, Juan my fave bartender, Orlando too. If I had a better memory I would mention every single person that I came in touch with there there.

What a quiet lovely hotel. Restaurant...starting with breakfast...take a minute to search up the menu...it's really good! Bartender has a young man making just right beverages for anyone, with a peaceful demeanor that adds to the whole experience of this Hotel. Room and shower amenities...my wife brings her own products and didn't need too...she loved the soaps and shampoos.
