Waipouli Oceanfront Condo! - Steps to the Beach

We enjoyed the stay. Room was comfortable. Living area furniture a bit outdated. We didn’t know we’d be above the restaurant. They did a good job of keeping it quiet. Just didn’t expect that when we reserved. We frequently enjoyed the lania at sunset. Great for family stay with kids as there were a lot of families. Beach area was splendid. Communication was great and easy to use. Parking simple. Close if traveling north or south on island. Great spot to be centrally located. Loved the pool.

Great place, fantastic location - falling asleep to the sounds of the waves, and waking up to the ocean beauty.

This is our second stay in this unit- and when we come back we will not stay anywhere else! The unit is clean and in a great central location but the views are even more spectacular than the photos. While we did fun activities every day, the very best part was watching the sunrise from the lanai with a cup of coffee every day. Five stars all around!

We’ve stayed in 3 different units at Waipouli Beach Resort over the years - love the pool, the well appointed units, and the proximity to the beach! The units with views of the ocean and pool are absolutely fab. Kauai Calls property managers were super responsive and friendly - great to work with. This unit was clean and well appointed but was having some issues with dampness. Running dehumidifiers to dry out the unit would likely help a lot.
