The room and bathroom were clean. The temperature of the room was fine. Sadly, the toilet didn't function well. We had to repeatedly take the back off the tank and adjust the workings to get it to fill with water.

Don’t do it. It’s not correctly branded (signage) and therefore difficult to find as it says AMERICINN. it was dimly lit outside and in the lobby. Pool was closed. I’m glad we were childless this trip. In the Morning the elevator had a Broken off fake Finger nail in one corner. The other corner had what looked like a turd. The threshold tracks of the elevator doors were filled with dirt & debris. I skipped breakfast due to that lack of cleanliness. The people ahead of us at check out had pictures of mold, filth & loose (trip hazard) carpeting in their room. The desk clerk refused to Let them or me take a picture of contact information for the hotel, pass the page across the counter, or provide any paper to write anything down the information. (There was a printer directly behind her). We scrounged a flyer off the counter & used the back of it to have her dictate the addresses/info to Us. She was also unable to provide us receipts. I now know why this was $116 vs most other hotels in town being 250+ that evening.

We stayed for four nights, would have checked out on night one but couldn't get a refund!! No remote for TV, had to go to front desk four times before getting the correct one. Opened the closet door to a broken mirror, the bathroom door handle was falling off on the inside so you couldn't shut the door. Woke up the next morning to use the hair dryer only to get an electric shock from it.Asked to be transferred to a different room that morning for the rest of our stay, after explaining what happened and told it would be ready for us when we returned that evening only to be told they were completely booked and no one had said anything. Garbage was never taken out of our room, fresh towels never brought to the room and most of all,maintenance never me to do anything about the hair dryer!We never seen a vacuum cleaner ran through the hallways, hand rails were sticky, eleator never cleaned and decor very out dated. Will never go back or stay at a baymont again. Don't stay here whatever you do, dirty, dangerous and unacceptable

Room filthy. Hot tub boarded up. Pool freezing. Tried to get refund because room was disgusting and was basically told too bad deal with it. NEVER going back to this location
