This hotel is fabulous; the stay, the staff, the facilities, the food and the location to the several small villages to visit nearby. Easy to get to and to park. The gym is the best I've seen in a hotel. Thanks to all the staff for their attention to detail to make our stay the best.

Everything about the Artiem was great, firstly the service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble, the style & ambience is relaxing & very well maintained. The facilities including the gym & spa were of a very high level. Unfortunately it was a little cold to use the outside pool but it looked very tempting. Breakfasts are excellent & other meals are flexible either a sharing plate or an ala carte meal. We liked the Artiem so much we extended our stay & would definitely recommend.

Equipo bastante respectuoso, desayuno variado, on demand y con ingredientes de mucha calidad. Sobretodo, a señalar: el foco en sports, el spa, su oferta de duchas y todo el outdoors con la zona de la piscina.

Very modern and clean hotel with amazing spa and customer service. Ruth at the reception desk attended us and she did everything in her power to make our stay unforgettable! She even put together a route for us to see Picos de Europa. We tried the restaurant for dinner but I was not impressed and it is quite pricey.

Eigentlich tolles Hotel. Vorallem für sportliche Menschen. Top sauber und funktional. Die eine Dame an der Reception vergisst zum Teil, dass sie die Gastgeber Rolle einnehmen sollte. Der Küchenchef will zu sehr speziell sein und macht etwas Unfug mit den eigentlich sehr guten Produkten. Frühstück unbedingt dazu buchen - ist gut und separat etwas teurer. Die Nähe zur Autobahn stört etwas, aber sonst ist die Gegend sehr schön.

Was pleasantly surprised! Felt like a very high value for the cost. A little bit out of town from Gijon but only a 15 minute bus ride or 10 minute taxi to experience a truly lovely resort with excellent dining options and excellent customer service. Would stay here again!

Was pleasantly surprised! Felt like a very high value for the cost. A little bit out of town from Gijon but only a 15 minute bus ride or 10 minute taxi to experience a truly lovely resort with excellent dining options and excellent customer service. Would stay here again!

This hotel is fabulous; the stay, the staff, the facilities, the food and the location to the several small villages to visit nearby. Easy to get to and to park. The gym is the best I've seen in a hotel. Thanks to all the staff for their attention to detail to make our stay the best.

Eigentlich tolles Hotel. Vorallem für sportliche Menschen. Top sauber und funktional. Die eine Dame an der Reception vergisst zum Teil, dass sie die Gastgeber Rolle einnehmen sollte. Der Küchenchef will zu sehr speziell sein und macht etwas Unfug mit den eigentlich sehr guten Produkten. Frühstück unbedingt dazu buchen - ist gut und separat etwas teurer. Die Nähe zur Autobahn stört etwas, aber sonst ist die Gegend sehr schön.

This is an outstanding property in an absolutely gorgeous location! The scenery is fantastic! We found the staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the Artiem was great, firstly the service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble, the style & ambience is relaxing & very well maintained. The facilities including the gym & spa were of a very high level. Unfortunately it was a little cold to use the outside pool but it looked very tempting. Breakfasts are excellent & other meals are flexible either a sharing plate or an ala carte meal. We liked the Artiem so much we extended our stay & would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful location and property! Every member of the ARTIEM Asutrias team was friendly and professional and welcoming. It was a perfect, relaxing stay -- truly top notch. Excellent dinner, too! Wish I could've stayed longer!

Very modern and clean hotel with amazing spa and customer service. Ruth at the reception desk attended us and she did everything in her power to make our stay unforgettable! She even put together a route for us to see Picos de Europa. We tried the restaurant for dinner but I was not impressed and it is quite pricey.

It's a perfectly nice small hotel with a good restaurant & wonderful breakfast. Large comfortable, well-equipped room and bathroom. What slightly let it down for me was that it doesn't quite have all the amenities listed - or it's complicated! The website says bike hire on site but actually they do not have bikes on site - you'd have to book via a different company who deliver the bikes etc... not straight-forward. More geared towards serious cyclists with their own bike. But that wasn't clear. Think I also saw somewhere about care hire on site - I was told no, I'd have to pick the car up in Gijon. (However may have mis-read that). There isn't a snack bar really, only food from the restaurant menu. The hotel is not walking distance to any proper shop or cafe so I found it inconvenient to have absolutely no snacks or small plates like a tostada available on site, you always have to order an expensive plate from the restaurant. Not even fruit, muesli bars, nuts, something like that, which would make sense when the hotel is geared towards sport and exercise; and on the other hand towards business guests. These are small annoyances I know - otherwise a good convenient hotel with great cycling and walking routes from the door.
