I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia .

Gostaria de parabenizar durante a virada do ano 2025-26 a prestatividade do Tel e do rapaz da manutenção em solucionar o problema de água ocorrido na região, assim como a Júlia e as meninas da copa que realizaram um excelente café da manhã, sempre prestativas e educadas.

Quarto razoavelmente limpo. Em relação a equipe são educados e prestativos, porém uma certa demora no atendimento da recepção. Ar-condicionado Ateneu muito bem a necessidade. Em relação ao estacionamento não utilizei.
