We had an embarrassing moment. We had a toilet emergency and the toilet was not working. How the maid missed that when cleaning the room for check in? Check in was a bit slow too. Everything was clean, breakfast meets standards. Walking distance to Cupe beach. To go to Porto's town for shops and restaurants, you need a car or Uber.

A estadia no hotel foi ótima. A palavra “aconchego” realmente faz jus ao nome do hotel. Quarto confortável, com ótimo tamanho; colchas e toalhas cheirosas e bem limpas. As plantas e o estilo rústico dão um charme especial ao ambiente. Ótimo café da manhã. Chá da tarde deixa ainda mais interessante a estadia. Eu e minha galera amamos!

A pousada é realmente aconchegante, mas falta um pouco de manutenção nas áreas comuns e agilidade no entrada e saída da mesma . Passei duas horas esperando para entrar no meu quarto, por não está pronto. Café da manhã bom, piscinas legais, restaurante da pousada é TOP, mas a recepção deixa mt a desejar em informações, avisos e organização para com os clientes, pode melhorar nisso.
