Our room was clean, comfortable and had all we needed in it. Staff were efficient and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay overnight at this hotel. The food in the restaurant was freat. Cannot fault this hotel. Had a car park too.

Lovely themed place, we did an evening event on the Spa Valley Railway and wS 2 minutes walk, no worries about parking. Food was great both meals in restaurant and breakfast. If you suffer with being hot, suggest you use the supplied fan

An unusual place to stay but a good value & perfect for me. I was on a road trip in the UK and this was my first stop. The hotel is ancillary to a Cowboy & Indian themed restaurant. I arrived before 3pm and had no trouble parking in their lot. A restaurant staff member checked me in and showed me to my room. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern. All the rooms were themed and named after Native American tribes. I was taken aback by that. At least there was an educational statement about the tribe on the wall of my room. The room had a fridge as well as coffee machine and kettle. There was no AC, but a small fan had been provided. The wi-fi worked fine. Reception is not 24/7 — no staff are on site from about 12am to 6:30am. There’s a side door accessible using a fob attached to your room key if you’re coming or going after hours. It sounds like the rooms are always filled in advance, so no need to worry about being there alone. Breakfast was included and one could pick from just about anything in the breakfast menu. The only drawback staying there was that music blared from down stairs until about 11pm so I couldn’t sleep. The location was great. There’s a Sainsbury and Lidl right there so I could stock up for the rest of my trip. I was also able to walk down to The Pantiles which is close by. If you’re traveling with young kids this is probably a fun place because of the western themed restaurant (think saddles as barstools).

A quirky place to and it was so much than I expected. The room was rather on the small side but for a one night stay this was a problem. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The decoration was based on the wild west and it was done very well. The evening meal was good with very attentive service. The range of food was reasonable and enough to cover most peoples palate. The included breakfast and the breakfast burrito was excellent. Very good value accommodation and food. I'd definitely stay there again.

Unexpectedly brilliant! First and foremost the service from all staff was superb. We ended up having dinner there which we hadn’t planned to do and it was good American style food! Breakfast was lovely. Room was great - plenty of room, coffee machine, good shower and immaculately clean. Brilliant theming throughout the bar and hotel. Two things to be aware of - the rooms are above the bar so you can here the music but that goes off at 11 so that was no problem for us as we were out, and the bed was a standard double which may be an issue for some. Overall a resounding 10/10 .

It’s very quirky and the theme is continuous. The rooms and bathroom are very comfortable and clean. Parking is easy & free for hotel guests. Every single member of staff we spoke to, whether bar, waiting staff, Manager and the cleaning ladies were absolutely lovely and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again. The included breakfast is delicious too!

Wow, the rooms where amazing. The decor was fantastic. Tied in with the cowboy theme. Equipped with everything for your stay. Beds were so comfy. Bathroom sower was excellent . So clean. Absolutely loved our stay

Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty. Staff could not have been more helpful, requested more tea and milk sachets, bought to our room with 5 mins and asked if we would prefer fresh milk! Lady serving breakfast was lovely, very helpful and friendly Definitely stay here again

Poor show. Had meals at this smith and weston before and really enjoyed then so thought when I'm next down I'll book a night. First impression was good but whe i arrived at 9:30 but once i had been out to get somthing to eat (and returned) i found the shower not to be working! Unfortunately this was after the staff had left. In the morning while eating my yoghurt from the self serve the spoon texture felt a bit odd. Much to my disgust and horror the spoon was dirty! I thought it must have been me so went to get another to find 5/7 were dirty! Very disappointed. Then to top it off the staff member said the showers was a know issue and it should now be working..... unfortunately this was at half seven so no tome to use.

The Rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you could need. Very comfortable and good size room. I liked the Western theme. Breakfast was prepared freshly and was a very good size. Very good all round and good value

Clean, spacious rooms with modern en suite. Tea making facilities and toiletries provided. Third time we have stayed here. Staff are always lovely. Choice of tasty breakfasts included. Definitely recommend.

The check in process was a little unclear for me as the website didn't say much, I arrived during dinner service and it was a tad strange lugging myself and my bags through the restaurant as I didn't really know where to go but after guidance from the staff I checked in at the bar, there is a separate entrance/exit to use once checked in which made it easier for daily use rather than going through the busy restaurant all the time. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and my room and ensuite were bigger than I had expected. The bed was a good size with lovely pillows and fluffy duvet, it felt like home. I liked the room facilities such as the coffee pod machine, much nicer than sachets of cheap coffee in the morning and the hairdryer was good too. My room was very clean upon arrival and refreshed daily. The TV actually had a good choice of channels which all worked unlike some places. The bathroom was a great size with a powerful shower, good sized shower not a tiny box shower like you might expect from a hotel and it had nice large fluffy towels. I felt very comfortable and it was like a home from home for a few days. I was apprehensive about being above the busy wild west restaurant with loud music but you don't hear a thing, it was very peaceful which was great. This was the most comfortable hotel stay I've had in a while and I'd definitely return.

What a fantastic hotel! I had an unforgettable stay here in one of their amazingly decorated, very comfortable 'ranch' rooms. The food was great, staff very friendly and accommodating and easy parking on-site too. This hotel is an amazing experience for any wannabe cowboys or cowgirls!

Loved it here, the food is exceptional!.. The room was very clean and tidy and all staff go above and beyond to be welcoming.. The one and only downside is the music was really loud in the bar, unfortunately it was the night we stayed that there was also a big party downstairs partying until 11pm!.. But don't let this out you off as it really is a very unique place to stay

Unexpectedly brilliant! First and foremost the service from all staff was superb. We ended up having dinner there which we hadn’t planned to do and it was good American style food! Breakfast was lovely. Room was great - plenty of room, coffee machine, good shower and immaculately clean. Brilliant theming throughout the bar and hotel. Lovely staff, great food. Mattress in Apache had some hard springs. Good value for money with breakfast included. Evening staff were really good with us even though we arrived late, thanks guys.

Clean, spacious rooms with modern en suite. Tea making facilities and toiletries provided. Third time we have stayed here. Staff are always lovely. Choice of tasty breakfasts included. Definitely recommend.

The check in process was a little unclear for me as the website didn't say much, I arrived during dinner service and it was a tad strange lugging myself and my bags through the restaurant as I didn't really know where to go but after guidance from the staff I checked in at the bar, there is a separate entrance/exit to use once checked in which made it easier for daily use rather than going through the busy restaurant all the time. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and my room and ensuite were bigger than I had expected. The bed was a good size with lovely pillows and fluffy duvet, it felt like home. I liked the room facilities such as the coffee pod machine, much nicer than sachets of cheap coffee in the morning and the hairdryer was good too. My room was very clean upon arrival and refreshed daily. The TV actually had a good choice of channels which all worked unlike some places. The bathroom was a great size with a powerful shower, good sized shower not a tiny box shower like you might expect from a hotel and it had nice large fluffy towels. I felt very comfortable and it was like a home from home for a few days. I was apprehensive about being above the busy wild west restaurant with loud music but you don't hear a thing, it was very peaceful which was great. This was the most comfortable hotel stay I've had in a while and I'd definitely return.

Our room was clean, comfortable and had all we needed in it. Staff were efficient and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay overnight at this hotel. The food in the restaurant was freat. Cannot fault this hotel. Had a car park too.

Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty. Staff could not have been more helpful, requested more tea and milk sachets, bought to our room with 5 mins and asked if we would prefer fresh milk! Lady serving breakfast was lovely, very helpful and friendly Definitely stay here again

A quirky place to and it was so much than I expected. The room was rather on the small side but for a one night stay this was a problem. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The decoration was based on the wild west and it was done very well. The evening meal was good with very attentive service. The range of food was reasonable and enough to cover most peoples palate. The included breakfast and the breakfast burrito was excellent. Very good value accommodation and food. I'd definitely stay there again.

Lovely themed place, we did an evening event on the Spa Valley Railway and wS 2 minutes walk, no worries about parking. Food was great both meals in restaurant and breakfast. If you suffer with being hot, suggest you use the supplied fan

An unusual place to stay but a good value & perfect for me. I was on a road trip in the UK and this was my first stop. The hotel is ancillary to a Cowboy & Indian themed restaurant. I arrived before 3pm and had no trouble parking in their lot. A restaurant staff member checked me in and showed me to my room. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern. All the rooms were themed and named after Native American tribes. I was taken aback by that. At least there was an educational statement about the tribe on the wall of my room. The room had a fridge as well as coffee machine and kettle. There was no AC, but a small fan had been provided. The wi-fi worked fine. Reception is not 24/7 — no staff are on site from about 12am to 6:30am. There’s a side door accessible using a fob attached to your room key if you’re coming or going after hours. It sounds like the rooms are always filled in advance, so no need to worry about being there alone. Breakfast was included and one could pick from just about anything in the breakfast menu. The only drawback staying there was that music blared from down stairs until about 11pm so I couldn’t sleep. The location was great. There’s a Sainsbury and Lidl right there so I could stock up for the rest of my trip. I was also able to walk down to The Pantiles which is close by. If you’re traveling with young kids this is probably a fun place because of the western themed restaurant (think saddles as barstools).

fully enjoyed our three nights, service was good, rooms where clean, dinning was excellent, and not to far to walk into the town, breakfast was served to us , we are used to getting our own, but this did work out ok, and upon leaving, we re booked for next year.

It’s very quirky and the theme is continuous. The rooms and bathroom are very comfortable and clean. Parking is easy & free for hotel guests. Every single member of staff we spoke to, whether bar, waiting staff, Manager and the cleaning ladies were absolutely lovely and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again. The included breakfast is delicious too!

Loved it here, the food is exceptional!.. The room was very clean and tidy and all staff go above and beyond to be welcoming.. The one and only downside is the music was really loud in the bar, unfortunately it was the night we stayed that there was also a big party downstairs partying until 11pm!.. But don't let this out you off as it really is a very unique place to stay

Poor show. Had meals at this smith and weston before and really enjoyed then so thought when I'm next down I'll book a night. First impression was good but whe i arrived at 9:30 but once i had been out to get somthing to eat (and returned) i found the shower not to be working! Unfortunately this was after the staff had left. In the morning while eating my yoghurt from the self serve the spoon texture felt a bit odd. Much to my disgust and horror the spoon was dirty! I thought it must have been me so went to get another to find 5/7 were dirty! Very disappointed. Then to top it off the staff member said the showers was a know issue and it should now be working..... unfortunately this was at half seven so no tome to use.

The staff here we’re absolutely brilliant at all times and in particular Fotie was truly incredible. He really seemed to care if everything was ok. The breakfast was absolutely Banging! We would definitely stay here again!

The TV had apps for all the catch-up channels plus Prime, Apple, Disney etc. The carpet was a little tired and stained on the stairs but otherwise it was well maintained. The booking said it included continental breakfast but in fact it was a choice of tasty cooked options along with endless juice, tea and coffee. If you’re looking for a lighter or healthier option, this isn’t for you as there’s no pastries, cereal or fruit. The car park was half empty when we arrived around 2:20 and has direct access to Sainsbury’s next door. There is a night entrance if you’re coming back late or don’t want to go through the restaurant. The pantiles is no more than 10min walk and the Forum is just 5min. Not a cheap option but very pleasant and a great location for our weekend plans.

Another wonderful stay at a quirky location. It was very warm and there was no aircon. There was a small fan but to be honest it was too small and the room would have benefited from a tower fan. We were right at the end of the corridor which was under the kitchen. The food was tasty and will definitely be back in a cooler month.

Superb location with amazing staff. Big shout out to Fotis who checked us in and looked after us throughout our stay - he absolutely made this for us. We will be back!!
