Room was lovely, breakfast buffet was fab. Unfortunately we booked here with two other families specifically to use the pool after our Legoland trip and we were only told on check in that children are heavily restricted on what time they can use the pool - which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. We also had to sign papers saying the children (12,12 and 9) wouldn’t jump, dive, splash or make any noise while in the water. It’s a shame because the hotel itself was lovely, but we won’t be returning.

Great experience here. Spa and pool were excellent and large, great food options both at dinner and breakfast. Evening food was slightly pricey but excellent quality so fair really.

Really pleased meeting up with family. Have family usually stay there and were also starting there at sands time. Really nice place nice pool steam room sauna. Even says outside free bike hire. Free parking and lovely breakfast.

The staying was nice overall. Only disappointing thing is the swimming pool poor timetable for children under 16yo. 8/10am and 2/5.30pm ish. Basically at breakfast time and at shopping/visit time only. If you have planned to go to visit some places around and have children with you, forget the swimming pool. The staff was nice and very polite.

The hotel had a feeling of calm and wellbeing. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, super quiet with a very comfortable bed. There were spa facilities and a great pool and parking was free and on site. Breakfast was also great and catered for all types of diet. All I. All- a great stay

Lovely hotel with lovely staff and a brill breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Facilities were good. The hotel is in an industrial estate so there is really nothing around and the view from the room is a little bleak but didn’t impact our stay at all - we had a great time!

Great room with lots of space, a large comfy bed, good bathroom with Shower Bath. And a Fridge - always rate a room highly if it has a fridge. Staff very helpful, parking good underneath, and dinner in restaurant was great with a huge menu. Will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel very clean with welcoming staff. The bar & restaurant were very nice serving good food with generous portion size. The room was clean & tidy but unfortunately too hot & the shower wasn't great. The only other downside was one of the lifts was out of operation which meant queueing for the other as the hotel was pretty busy

Nice hotel and convenient for our needs. Was easy walking distance to the train station and only 2 stops to Reading. The restaurant and restaurant staff were great. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfy. Would stay again.

This hotel is beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely and there was a lot of choice. The pillows were too big for our personal preference and the tv in the room came on by itself in the middle of the night and woke us up. The remote was under the tv (no idea how it came on) so i had to.get up to turn it off.

The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because everytime I come here there's always an issue with the deposit. Last time they took the full £150 and never refunded it despite there being no damage. This time they charged from our deposit even though we paid all our food & drink bills in full at time of purchase. On both occasions we still haven't gotten the money back despite calling and emailing several times. It's a shame if it wasn't for this everything else was great, the menu is amazing the restaurant staff are lovely and our room was clean and comfortable.

Morning, I'm not happy with this hotel as they have not returned my deposit of £150 which was collected from me last week. I was assured this will be returned back to my credit card during checkout but so far this has not happened. The hotel was quick to take my depost and very slow givig it back. Please chase the hotel for my deposit as i did not use any extras as I paid for my breakfast in full when I booked with Expedia.

Staff very welcoming and bar staff very knowledgeable and pleasant.Bar meal on Friday evening was ok,had to ask a couple of times for the correct order.Breakfast was again ok,hot selection needs attention,maybe batch cooking rather than huge amounts cooked at one time?Due to family priorities didn’t use the spa unfortunately

Reception staff lovely, room smart, clean and modern. Arrived to the 'fancier' on site restaurant for dinner. Had to go find a waitress to order food after waiting 15mins....restaurant was empty. Food arrived after an age, i had to ask again for my drink, apparently my glass of wine was still being poured. It arrived 35mins after i ordered it. Breakfast lovely

Wonderful hotel, excellent food and really good service. It is an expensive place to be, but it does provides good value for money. If they could improve one thing I would suggest they get the reception staff to be a little more welcoming!

I had to wait 20 mins to check in, the man was very rude. I will never stay there again. Now they deny I stayed there.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff and a brill breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Facilities were good. The hotel is in an industrial estate so there is really nothing around and the view from the room is a little bleak but didn’t impact our stay at all - we had a great time!

It is always my first choice to stay to visit Lego Land in Windsor. The hotel is nice and quiet with great service at the bar and restaurant. It is only 20 min drive to lego land and my daughter loves to stay here every time.

Great experience here. Spa and pool were excellent and large, great food options both at dinner and breakfast. Evening food was slightly pricey but excellent quality so fair really.

Outstanding from start to finish. Hotel spotless. Staff incredible so polite and helpful. Restaurant food superb. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Bar so well stocked. Ambience in hotel fabulous. So nice. Rooms outstanding. So clean and well appointed. Beds so comfortable luxurious linen. Toiletries in bathroom excellent and smelt amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. Was a real treat.

Reception staff lovely, room smart, clean and modern. Arrived to the 'fancier' on site restaurant for dinner. Had to go find a waitress to order food after waiting 15mins....restaurant was empty. Food arrived after an age, i had to ask again for my drink, apparently my glass of wine was still being poured. It arrived 35mins after i ordered it. Breakfast lovely

I stayed here with a couple of friends for 1 night before a day at a local spa. We had a very pleasant evening in the bar with dinner and drinks and were looked after very well by the bar staff. Food was delicious with loads of choice. Would highly recommend and will be back again in a couple of months when we head to the spa again.

I would say our trip was over all great, the facilities and the cleanliness was perfect. However food and drink prices were definitely over price, £7 for 2 Pepsis and £11 for 3 scoops of mediocre ice cream. The hotel receptionists were the most friendly. But overall lovely hotel.

We had a nice stay for a one night getaway with pool facilities. Not much around the hotel, definitely designed for more of a business place to stay rather than leisure with exploring the area. We were put in an accessible room which wasn't ideal but was fine. It took a while to work out the lights as there's switches everywhere! Breakfast was great!

This hotel is well located close to the M4 and 20 miles from London Heathrow. It has good amenities. Our room was comfortable but had a shower over a half bath which would have been better as a walkin shower. Also, the entrance to the hotel is unusual- through an underground parking garage, which means a lot more walking via an elevator to reception. Those with mobility issues would be challenged.

We were pleased with our overnight stay in this hotel The room was clean and bed was large and comfortable Breakfast was very good and staff were all polite We had lunch in the restaurant which we enjoyed The only disappointment was when we returned in the evening and had a drink in the bar they stop serving hot drinks at 22,00 Would recommend
